However, ointments don’t seem to be working now. And the haemorrhoid is so painful that I can’t poop without crying. It’s been 4 days and I still haven’t pooped. I usually go 2-3 times a day, and now I’ve missed at least 8 poops.
I took a laxative and that did nothing. I’m now in a hot bath wondering if I’ll ever poo again because it is pure agony. I’ve seen a doctor and she just told me to keep eating and not hold my poo in (as if I’m purposefully doing it). I’m scared I’m going die in a poo explosion or that it’ll come back up out my mouth like I’ve heard in horror stories.
My next step is to go get a stool softener and pray it works but I’m not feeling hopeful. I’ve also now been sick for 5 days and have not stopped coughing, every one causing pain and probably making my haemorrhoid worse.
TLDR: Got (almost) fisted, had a bad coughing fit, gave myself piles and haven’t been able to poop for 4 days.

Hi, on several occasions I've been having a reasonable discussion with someone and within a few minutes of them replying, bam, it says their account is [deleted] and their post is [unavailable]. I am 100% sure these people did not block me (I asked one of them), yet I seem to blocked. It is possible they downvoted my post but nothing more. I don't think anyone would write a detailed and reasonable reply to me, only to block me at the very moment.
Now on both occasions I was posting via a VPN. Is there some some sort of auto block function if the site thinks I am a spammer or something?

Having listened to Jagex's pitches for the three skills, like many, my interest was piqued most by Shamanism from the original video. After listening to the long-form discussion last night it was dampened somewhat, which is why I think it is important to consider what parts are good and bad.
The good
I think the interaction between natural and spiritual elements sounds cool. The presence of the Spirit Realm is intriguing. And a skill to augment other skills is welcome, if done correctly.
The okay
I know gathering skills aren't for everyone, but to me gathering feels like RuneScape at its core and I am completely fine with it. I am not sold on the completely untradeable element of it, however. My preferred path would probably be for the skill to involve collecting natural ingredients (buyable -- this could also utilise all those unused hunter items). As well as spiritual components (from the spirit realm - untradeable). I like that this could bring life to a lot of existing elements and areas of Runescape that are extremely overlooked presently (e.g. anything Hunter other than birdhouses/herbi/chins).
What would go wrong and how I would avoid it
A lot of people have gotten the feeling that this feels a bit too much like RS3 Summoning and collecting charms to train and use the skill. I also heard talk about applying oils and making tons of consumables to use in other skills. These are the elements that will make the skill extremely unappealing.
I really think Jagex should completely divorce how you train this skill from what you use this skill for. I don't mind a ton of gathering weird ingredients and processing them to train the skill, giving me shaman orbs which I can trade for XP or rewards (or whatever system Jagex wants to go with). What I don't want is to be collecting these ingredients to make totems or oils to be spamming before every boss or chopping every tree. Less consumables, more upgrades.
The other thing that could go wrong is backloading all the potent rewards at high levels of Shamanism. If the meta for training other skills becomes "have this reward from high shamanism to efficiently train it", the skill will be a monumental failure. RS3 has a ludicrous amount of small buffs you need to upkeep which can be overwhelming. OSRS has done a great job of minimising this - please keep it that way!
If there is a perk to add to your axe to have a 10% chance of chopping one tick faster, make it available at an easily accessible Shamanism level. Reserve the high level shamanism rewards for luxury endgame upgrades, not meta training methods.
Perks aren't a bad thing
This is more aimed at the community than Jagex, but I think a lot of people are making the connection that "perks" = "invention" = "rs3" = "bad. I think Invention is one of the few aspects of RS3 that is cool, but you don't even need to be drawing the RS3 comparison here. Augmenting gear is a thing in 95% of games with gear systems.
The reason augmenting gear is good, is that it constitutes another form of horizontal progression. Releasing new gear will just invalidate older gear, and Jagex is running thin on ways to create weapons or armor with niche usage without stepping on the toes of existing gear. Perks are a way to give minor power creep without needing to release new gear - this is a good thing!
Perks also open up ways to buff skilling - not just combat. For example, imagine there is a perk you could add to your tinderbox that gave 30% more points but no xp when used at Wintertodt. This would be an awesome reward for pet hunters with 99 firemaking, but not something that people training firemaking would feel pressured to get before touching the skill.
The name
Shamanism is a bit of a mouthful and while I don't hate it, I'm not opposed to it getting a catchier name. Thematically though I think the skill has enormous potential and I would love to see both it and Sailing added to the game if done properly.

Anyway these are just my thoughts on the skill as I realised there is a fine line between what would make me love and what would make me hate this skill. Good luck Jagex and looking forward to hearing more about the skills in the future - keep it up!

A weird kind of question, but still. I have submitted numerous applications to different universities and these are my top picks: WU, Antwerp, UU.
I want to study Economics and business there, all three universities provide excellent English-taught programmes, and I find them great for someone like me.
Now, the bad part is that in Vienna, I should go through an exam for their BBE programme in July. Whereas, Utrecht and Antwerp have already offered me a place in their universities. So it leaves me torn between waiting for the exam in July with a potential risk of failing it and accepting one of the offers from UU or Antwerp.
Another problem is that Utrecht University is very pricy for people outside the EU, like 11 thousand euros per year. There are possibilities to negotiate a reduced price for me, as a Ukrainian, but I doubt that I can afford to pay €5k+ each year. Antwerp is super chill about that, they can give me accommodation, unlike any of the other two, and only ask for less than €2k for the studies.
My question is: which uni should I pick, regarding those issues above? Utrecht appears to be the most prestigious out of them, but pricey. WU adds up a lot of uncertainty, and Antwerp is just fine for me, but still a bit less renowned than the other two.

Hello people! I'd like to check with you guys for possible ways my plan could backfire real bad. This will probably get min-maxy, but it's not taboo at my table.
Consider the situation: My party might have to kill a very sus level 5 paladin(has the stats of a player) who is usually well guarded, and I'm in a position to ask for a one-on-one type of meeting. Thing is, I'm a level 4 wizard, and at this level picking a fight with him is not a great idea. Smites are scary. However, very soon we reach level 5, so here's my idea:
- I'm a level 4 custom lineage divination wizard, I got fey touched at level 1 and lucky at level 4 for feats, so my INT mod is +4. I have hold person, I use it to enable crits for my party, but now I'm actually thinking of picking scorching ray at level 5 just for this. I also have Silvery Barbs.
The strat: Take advantage of my situation to ask for the one-on-one meeting on the day I get 2 very low rolls for my portent dies. I intend to cast hold person on the paladin, and every time he passes a saving throw, I use my reaction to cast silvery barbs to force a reroll, and I use portent to switch the reroll to one of the low rolls. This should give me 2 guaranteed turns of hold person, and most likely 3-4 turns.
Now all that's left is walking towards the paladin and casting scorching rays at 3rd level. Considering the paladin has 20 AC, which seems reasonable by his gear(his only magic item is a sword, I checked with detect magic), that would mean I hit him with a 13 on the dice.
Due to paralyzed state from hold person, I have advantage on attack rolls against the paladin, and don't receive disadvantage on ranged attacks, and every hit is a crit. Using a DPR calculator, I have an average of 36 DPR in that situation by casting scorching ray at 3rd level, so the paladin will be down in two turns at best.
I have gift of alacrity from fey touched and luck points, so even if my DM doesn't grant me surprise from the sudden attack, I'm almost certainly going to go first. Ideally I would stand far enough so he has to dash to catch me in the worst case scenario, but I don't have too much control over the meeting spot. Still, I don't think he'll be able to kill me through my luck points.
I realize I could die if I roll incredibly bad, but I'm willing to risk it because the chance of success seems almost guaranteed, and it would be a really cool move. So now I ask you guys, is there something I'm not seeing? Does a paladin have any feature or strategy at level 5 that would allow them to avoid this combo? The tricky part is I don't know his subclass, so consider everything!
btw, my items are a spider staff and a hat of wizardry, not very useful here. I will of course use detect magic to check out whether the paladin got new gear at the spot, and if yes I'll abort the plan.

I hope it’s ok to post here. (23F) I was in a FWB situation with a guy for 3 years and it ended because we both wanted different things (I wanted a relationship and he didn’t). I can’t justify paying more than $30,000 on an accord especially for lower year 10th gen models. Some might argue that it priced like that because it’s a touring but I don’t know. I spoke with the dealer and he said it’s $28,000 but dealer and doc fee isn’t included. He also said I can only get that price if I finance with them, otherwise If I finance outside then the base price of the car will be higher. I thanked for him time and said I will look elsewhere. I don't know how common a post like this, but i seem to have a seemingly never ending case of GW. The general consensus in this sub (and medical community) is that most cases of GW end after around 2 years. I seem to have had near constant cases over a 10 year period (I am now 31). There was a period of around 4 years during this where I went to three separate medical professionals, and all told me that they were definitely not GW. After this time period (and moving country), i went to another professional who told me with no uncertainty that they were absolutely GW, that i had been misdiagnosed, and began treatment again. They have since got quite a bit better (really, really miniscule cases that I can barely spot myself unless i look unbelievably closely, and even then could could just be the general bumpiness of skin - but they are GW).

10 years is a long time. Like many on this sub, i've experienced the whole range of medical reactions (from obvious misdiagnosis, to completely bewilderment that i even care about this). I live in France and found that many professionals can be quite awful and really lacking care.

Does the fact that i have had near constant reoccurring cases over 10 years basically mean HPV is basically still in my body and it is not yet over it? I haven't read anyone with it for as long as i have had. I have more or less given up going to a medical prof, given the cost (and honestly, they are super tiny at this point in general), and have started basically doing self cryo (probably advised against, but when they come back as frequently as they do for me you'd probably do the same).

Apart from the lack of sex, I think we have a really great relationship, communication could be better(why else would I be posting on reddit?), but apart from that, it’s really great.
In my experience from previous relationships, the first year is the horniest with lots of sex and like barely keeping ones hands off of each other.
This relationship is different, we were having more sex in the beginning, but never more than 4~ times a week, which to me was great, never so much that my body couldn’t recover from it by the next time(I get sore easily and sex can be painful sometimes)
Now it’s more like 1-3~ times a month. There’s even been months with no sex.
I don’t understand why he doesn’t initiate more? I’m bad at initiating, and when I try it may not be obvious enough, so I know it’s partly on me as well.
I’ve asked him sometimes and he says he kinda always wants me like that, but I don’t feel like he really does, as he does little to show it.
I don’t want to seem vain, but I know I’m not ugly and up until now I didn’t think I was bad in bed.
It makes me sad to think my boyfriend might not be attracted to me, and the lack off sex is making me increasingly horny, but also sad and losing some confidence.
I’m finding it increasingly more difficult to initiate sex due to fear of underperforming, my own sexual traumas and a fear of rejection I didn’t use to worry about.
I’m not sure if he’s shy, has a very low libido(even though he has said that he’s kinda always low-key horny for me) or if there’s some other issue.
I don’t know how to bring it up, he’s not the biggest talker and I don’t want to make him feel bad, so I need some time to find the right way of bringing it up.
I need advice, not to sound heteronormative, but as a woman, I’m not used to my partner seeming this uninterested in having sex with me.
In my past, I’ve always kinda been the opposite issue so I am at a loss here.

Hey Guys, would love to hear your opinions on that one. So whenever there was a new technology coming around in art, there were a lot of people who felt threatened and rejected it. But now, art without digital painting and 3D and stuff seems unimaginable (at least to me). Do you think it will be the same with AI art in a few years? I mean I wasn‘t old enough when digital and CG came up, but I can‘t image the discussion wether this is a good thing or not was nearly as huge as it is now with AI, you know what I mean?
Also I don‘t really know where I‘m standing. I‘m not the kind of person to just reject something new but after almost a year of trying AI for myself and in projects, I have a very hard time embracing it. Right now I‘m in this „neutral“ state where I stay updated and curious what people are doing with it, but I kind of stopped using it myself because it somehow doesn‘t feel good, you know?

Someone I know swore they saw me and end up almost getting in a fight with the person they claimed was me. Don't take this part in to consideration but someone did call me a different name at the store one time and I said no I'm not them. Was different person than the 1st one that's just by chance?
