Reba - Really fluid and laid-back jamming, with Trey all but absent (relatively speaking), as if inciting the others to respond. This results in an all but total dialing down of the sound. Not so much a secret language, as a testament to the band, who, via subdued and nuanced playing, manage to maintain the structure of the jam before Trey works through a series of cool rhythmic shifts and wonderful sustain to arrive at the "note."
It's Ice - Band uses the jam as a segue for a performance of the entire suite of Gamehenge songs, one of only 5 such performances. Unfinished.
Show Notes:
Trey and Mike teased Fire (Ohio Players) in Stash. The Bowie intro contained Simpsons, Oom Pa Pa, Random Note, and All Fall Down signals and Mike teasing Sailor's Hornpipe and briefly Split Open And Melt. This show started with bad sound problems, resulting in the band aborting two attempts at a Chalk Dust Torture opener. After the first Chalk Dust failed, the band said a round of "thank yous" and Fish added "good night, we'll see you next time." Antelope contained a vocal jam in the intro and a Jean Pierre tease from Trey. YEM contained Who Knows teases. The YEM vocal jam was partially based on burgers. Before Terrapin, Fish was introduced as "the late Henrietta," and then commented that he is no longer Henrietta, but has not yet thought of a new name. He and Trey introduced Chris Kuroda (as "Cooter," with a "Charge!" tease) and Colorado fan "Erik the Viking." Terrapin included a brief Whole Lotta Love jam. Weekapaug contained a Theme from Bonanza tease by Trey.

In the last video on gameplay basics and tag system, there's 2 instances of a character doing what appears to be the equivalent of a level 1 super. Both times, the character does a quick down, down motion, the game pauses and the screen goes dark, then the super comes out.
You can see Ahri do it at 3:21 and Jinx does it at 4:22. It helps to watch it at 0.25x speed.
Would this suggest that we'll see a dedicated Super button? Down, Down, Super button gets you the equivalent of a level 1 super, but the button by itself gets you the level 3 (the ult). Maybe Forward or Backward + Super gets you a different level 1 or a level 2.

I am finally moving from my 1995 Yamaha R-V901 (family hand down) to an Onkyo TX-NR6050 as I am tired of having to use a digital to analog converter to play nice with my TV and peripherals. I got it on sale at Costco. I see the meta lists the Denon avr s760h as a better option, which they also carry for $100 more currently.

As this new receiver is quite a bit higher tech, including atmos/dts:x, I am looking to finally expand to a proper 5.1 or even 5.1.2 with room correction. I have not yet decided if I will use pass-through, or connect the avr to the TV via optical cable (current method via converter).
Looking for advice on a set of rears or affordable way to get into an atmos/dts:x setup.
I am also not opposed to a new sub, though I am not really looking to spend a lot, as I know they get expensive quick. I have looked into the Dayton sub-1000/1200.
I don't really have any idea as to what kind of budget I would be looking at given the receiver I just purchased cost more than everything else combined over the years, and my knowledge of audio is heavily limited compared to things like computers.
New is preferred for ease, though I don't mind sourcing used if it doesn't require watching postings like a hawk.
My uses for the system include blu-rays (possibly UHD soon), streaming video/plex, sports, video games, streaming music and vinyl. Though, I do have a separate vinyl setup in the works from my leftovers as I upgrade.

Just some notes. I know Ganondorf's game isn't perfect but outside of the first hyrule warriors, which I have already beat, it was the best I could find with him playable. Also, all the pokemon share a game and link shares one with young link because I felt it was still in the spirt of my idea. Next if you're wondering why i picked these games instead of others it's probably because I have previously completed the others, and these are the best ones I haven't finished.

I'll start with my first review of Shadow Dragon soon and will go from there.

Good day fellow EVE players,
I am writing this description of my recent series of interactions with another EVE player, and more importantly, a streamer, in the hope that I can shed light on CCP's stance of blatant favoritism toward EVE streamers, regardless of their behavior, and expressed opinions and commitment toward the game and its developers themselves.
On February 18, 2023, approximately around 16:35 – 17:45 EVE time, I interacted with a player named TamiyaCowboy in-game. This interaction consisted of baiting him while I was suspect-flagged. He never asked me what I wanted, and never asked me to stop; on the contrary, he taunted me and invited me to follow him in-game to his mission sites. He also invited me to his Twitch stream, where he proceeded to verbally mock and insult me. Here is a sample of the terms and phrases that he used to refer to me or address me directly:
- “retarded"
- “fucking retard”
- “idiot”
- “a fucking salty newb”
Additionally, he used quite a few choice phrases that didn't deal directly with me, but were said in the context of our interaction. One such line, for example, is “I love the fucking tears, I love the fucking tears from this fucking retard, I really do!”, which you can find in the video. He also bragged that he “killed many people,” and that he would “literally kill [me] pretty fucking easy,” and that his ship would “literally fucking rape the piece of shit that [I'm] flying anyway.” He also stated that I could report him, but that “CCP will just laugh in [my] face! The reason why is I’m an EVE streamer!" On top of that, he also joked about reporting me “just to rub some salt into it.”
I didn't stay silent of course, but the extent of my ostensible "hostility" mostly consisted of calling him a "scrub," a "stinking caldarian scum", “punk-ass pissy-whipped coward”, “too cowardly to fight me”. At no point during these interactions did he seem or act in a distressed manner, but in fact he laughed and also invited his twitch audience to laugh as you can see in the videos.
He used this level of toxic language solely as a response to me baiting him in-game using legitimate gameplay mechanics. At the time, I thought nothing of this behavior (I thought it was just another toxic player). After I destroyed one of his pods in-game using smartbombs, he instantly accused me of cheating, and continued to blame everyone but himself and his own lack of EVE abilities for the loss, even going as far as directly insulting the game developers themselves:
“They cheat by using scripts. They’re a bunch of script kiddies. They use multi-scripts to multibox and shit…” “It’s been proven that they use scripts but CCP are too scared to do anything about it”
“CCP are too fucking scared to do anything, they are literally a bunch of fucking girls!”
“CCP are too scared ass bitches to anything and that’s the fucking honest truth!”
“CCP are too scared to do anything. They are pussies! They are literally fucking pussies!”
“I am just going to say fuck EVE Online! Fuck CCP! Fuck the game!”
“If the developers are that fucking scared of players, they shouldn’t even be developers!”
“Put me in fucking… put me as a developer and I will touch him! I don’t care if he is a lead developer or not! I will fucking touch him! I will 100% touch him!”
Up until I podded him, his attitude was one of laughter and mockery, but after I podded him ( https://zkillboard.com/kill/106959785/ ), he reported me for “griefing” him for “over three days,” accusing me griefing him for 4 ½ hours in the first day, 3 ½ hours in the second day, and 1 hour in the third day. Out combined total interactions didn’t even come close to lasting that long: it was 1 hour and 4 minutes on the first day, similar on the second day, and only several seconds on the third day. This can be observed and verified in the videos linked below. I stress the fact that he never asked me to stop interacting with him, but on the contrary, openly baited me and invited me to follow him. He also accused me of harassing him in Twitch chat, which is false, as can be seen from the chats in the linked videos; no one was opposing/arguing with him in Twitch chat, and in the second stream I only talk to him at timestamp 02:24:50, when I tell him to stop complaining about me and CCP.
As a result of his report, and likely heavily assisted by a very selective portrayal of events and massive exaggeration on his part about my behavior and the length of our interaction, I was banned from EVE Online.

In the first stream, I didn’t even interact with him for the first 2 hours and 52 minutes, but he accused me of “griefing” him for the entirety of his 4-hour and 41-minute stream. Until seeing these videos in their entirety, I was unaware of the extent of insults, threats and explicit language that he used. I simply can’t envision how what I’ve said or done to a spaceship could've caused a rational player to react in such a way.
I'm grateful for the wonderful game CCP has developed, and the opportunity to play it for 5 years. I'm also thankful for every player that I’ve interacted with during these years. It was a real joy to play EVE, and I hope you all continue to enjoy playing it, and that one day we are able to meet again.
Adrian Vexier – “Stay safe and fly dangerous!”

Hi. Hoping that someone might help me if you've encountered something like this: I have the Series X and purchased the trilogy on disc, brand new. When I boot up DS1 or 3 it starts having weird little visual glitches in the character creation menu and then back to the home screen we go with no explanation! It doesn't happen with DS2, Elden Ring or other games like the Mass Effect Trilogy, Halo MCC, RE Village or even the great grandpa that is Gears of War 3. Played the trilogy countless times on PC but recently switched to console and only physical copies. I was feeling like playing a run of 1, 2, 3 and ER with Moonlight Greatsword build but fuck me I guess, unless someone can help. As for solutions checked and cleaned the disc, reinstalled the games, reseted the console both keeping and deleting ganes, power is on energy saver, not sleep; console and controller are up to date and deleted saved profile data. I have yet to try with a new profile cause it seems like a pain to create a new email (only have one) for this or external hard drive cause it's something like 250 € from what I understand. Helo me guys, you're my only hope!

I was expecting a creepy painting or a scary doll. Instead, the haunted/cursed objects that were being carried into the gallery were surprisingly modern: a plasma TV, a recliner armchair, a turquoise necklace, a miniature fire station, and even an animatronic singing fish. Without additional decor, the exhibit looked more like a yard sale.

The haunted/cursed objects exhibition was another low-effort stunt by professor Eric Melvin. He asked us student assistants to help with setting up the show, but we all politely declined. I was not going to touch any of those cursed things.
​
I was an art student at a community college near Shady Grove, Maryland. I applied for a job as a student assistant so that I could have a place where I could put my things down between classes. My jobs were to make photocopies, answer the phones, and look after the art gallery on the first floor. Other student assistants and I also took turns guarding the gallery until 8 pm.
​
Professor Melvin was one of those professors who thought he was too good for this little community college. I took his art history class once. His teaching slides were just blurry photos that he took of the pages from a textbook. Even this haunted/cursed exhibition stayed true to his minimal-effort brand. All the haunted/cursed objects in the exhibition belong to a single person, an art collector in New York.

The owner had a list of rules for her objects, but Melvin never bothered to look at it. I decided to read the rules aloud so that the professor can hear.
​
Dear profesor Melvin. Thank you for your interest in my collection. All of these objects have caused numerous misfortunes and deaths in the past. It is my sincere wish to not add any more tragedy to the collection’s history.
​
Melvin shook his head and scoffed. If this guy was not a believer then why did he host this exhibition, I wondered. I hope he wasn’t planning on breaking the rules to prove a point.

• Rule 1: Do not be in the same room as the objects when the lights are off.
• Rule 2: Do not allow pregnant women anywhere near the haunted/cursed objects.
• Rule 3: If one of the objects makes a sound or lights up without anyone touching it, the best course of action is to just ignore it, EXCEPT for the miniature fire station.
• Rule 3.5: This is unlikely to happen, but if the little light bulb above the front door of the miniature fire station starts to flicker, cover the entire thing with a piece of cloth that I provided and call me immediately.

The most dangerous object in my collection is the plasma television.
My collection contains both cursed objects and haunted objects. Haunted objects are possessed by spirits and can cause fear, while cursed objects are deadly to anyone who interacts with them. This plasma TV is both.
I guess it is pointless to ask you to not plug it in and turn it on. If you must turn it on for your show, then pay close attention because the plasma TV has its own set of rules.

• Plasma Television’s Rule 1: Do not change the channel. If you or someone else did, you must change the channel back to channel 33.
• Plasma Television’s Rule 2: Do not connect any other device to the TV.
• Plasma Television’s Rule 3: This is the most important rule. Do not let any person with the last name Sutter go near the television.

On the first night, I was guarding the gallery with another student assistant. We behaved just like any other night as we just sat in the mailroom and watched YouTubers play Dead by Daylight. We could see what was going on in the gallery next door through the CCTV monitor.

At 7.50, both of us heard a very loud thud coming from the gallery. I didn’t see anything abnormal on the CCTV, so the other assistant and I both walked over to the gallery to check.
​
A bird with a broken neck was laying dead right in front of the plasma TV. It must have flown into the building and hit its head on a column. That was enough for me to freak me out and call it a night.
​
I had to turn off the lights and realized that the light switches were at the back end of the gallery. Not wanting to break rule number 1, I told the other student assistant to keep the door open and light the room up a bit with her phone’s flashlight. I shut off all the lights and ran out the door.
​
The other student assistant asked me what I would do the next night when I have to guard the gallery alone. I told her I would probably just leave the gallery’s lights on for one night.
​
I got to the mailroom the next day at around 10.00 AM and there was a commotion. One of the haunted/cursed objects, a turquoise necklace, was missing. I asked our supervisor bluntly if it was our fault, but one of the professors said he saw it early that morning which means that it wasn’t stolen overnight. Melvin could not be reached by phone, so I just went to class.
​
In the evening, it was time for me to guard the gallery alone, and I just watched Ohm plays Dead by Daylight to pass the time. I looked over at the CCTV monitor and saw a lanky man in ragged clothing staring at the plasma TV. Normally, a strange person walking into a gallery would not be a cause for concern. I mean, that was the point of having an exhibition.
​
But, two things made me run to the gallery. One, I could see that the man had a flickering glow on his face, which meant that the TV was turned on. It wasn’t supposed to be plugged in and turned on until the official opening on Friday. And two, he was changing the channel.
​
The man did not notice me despite the fact that I made a lot of noise. He kept staring at the plasma TV with his mouth slightly opened, seemingly in a trance. Upclose, I could see that he was unshaven and his eyes were bloodshot red. His fingers kept pushing the button that changed the channel.
​
I did not know what to do. The man broke the rules, but no one knows the rules except us assistants and Melvin. I can’t tell the security guard to kick him out just because of his disheveled appearance. This is a public college, so he has the right to be there as much as anyone else.
When it was near closing time, I realized that the man was not going to leave. I called my supervisor and she said to ask the security guards at the front of the school for help.
​
I brought two security guards back with me to the gallery. Once we arrived, we found the man seemingly strangling himself on the floor in front of the plasma TV. The TV screen showed a very old black-and-white clip of a man strangling another man. One of the security guards rushed in to help the man while the other one radioed his superior to call for an ambulance. I didn’t know what to do and just backed away from the chaos.
​
Then, an elevator next to the gallery made a sound. Something was coming down from the fourth floor. No one should have been upstairs since this was already past 8 pm, and our building did not have any night classes.
Once the elevator door was opened, a cleaning lady turned around. Her eyes were gouged out and there was blood all over. She held her hands up and ran out the elevator toward me. She tried to grab onto my shirt collar but her hands missed, and she collapsed on the ground. She was wearing the missing necklace.

I was so scared, I was on the floor and didn’t even remember falling. The security guards, who looked shocked and traumatized themselves, told me that I didn’t have to wait for the paramedics with them. And so, I just bolted home.
​
The next day, there were a lot of professors gathered at the dean’s office. I thought this was going to be about the cleaning lady and the man, who I later found out was named James Sutter. But, this was about professor Melvin.
​
Another professor found professor Melvin dead in his house. He fell down the stairs and broke his neck. She said his body was contorted in an unnatural way, with his legs twisted and wrapped around the stairs’ railings. He died with his eyes wide open, glaring intensely at whoever would walk through the front door.
​
While everyone was talking about all that went down, I glanced over my shoulder and saw a reflection of a small blinking light from within the gallery. I didn’t have to look, I knew that it was the light coming from the miniature fire station.

I started a new game and went through the tutorial stuff in docs house until he lets me free. When I press E on the door to go outside the game crashes or its stuck on the loading screen and the wheel doesn't even spin.

I own every version, classic (first and 2nd gen) compact, cyborg, cyborg compact, curved plate, flat plate, so I know these devices well, and wanted to give some insight to potential buyers. I also travel a lot and purchased them from several different continents, so I can speak on delivery from different parts of the world. I mostly play shooters and Mobas, and the experience has differed from game to game.
In the summer of 2020, I was getting into PC gaming (as did we all) and an ad for the azeron came up. I was having a hard time with kbm having moved over from controller and thought I’d give it a try. Immediately I was hooked. All my issues with reaching keybinds and fat fingering were mostly eliminated. Absolute godsend. However after 3 years, I’ve been transitioning over to traditional keyboard, and leaving my azeron for mobas and single player games.
Within FPS: Flat out, I wouldn’t recommend. At least not for anyone playing competitively. It’s amazing to start on tho. One major major pro to starting mnk with an azeron is learning mouse control separate from learning how to functionally game on a keyboard. While most people know how to intuitively use a mouse, in the context of fps games, mouse control is a skill of its own. Even though it may not feel like the hard part, learning how to efficiently use a mouse on an azeron will make learning on keyboard a lot easier. I don’t believe that I’d be as invested in gaming if it weren’t for the azeron. However, due to my inexperience in the beginning, I was unaware of the mechanical limitations of thumbsticks in FPS.
Moving with a thumbstick has two problems: input lag and lack of specificity. Accidental forward inputs are very common with thumbstick strafing. I’d find myself jiggling really tight to a wall, only to accidentally push forward and expose my full hitbox along the wall. With traditional kmb this is an impossible mistake to make. With games that feature higher ttk it’s not as noticeable, but learning movement based tech in any game is a lot sloppier than I’d like.
Quick sidebar: I watched a video that presented diagonal strafing as a plus but it is not. Diagonal strafing makes it easier for your opponent to hit you. They don’t have to move the crosshair as much to stay on target, and if you strafe diagonally forward, your hitbox gets bigger. Do not strafe diagonally, even tho it is easier using azeron
It’s not all bad tho. Swapping guns, using heals, grenades and all other buttons is suuuuch a breeze with azeron and when I’m not using azeron I’m very aware of the additional labor that’s required of my hand. But the movement inefficiencies really hold it back.
Now MOBAS: Different story, Mobas this shit is a net BUFF OMG. I have 6k hrs in dota, and I was better on this device after like 50. I personally connect the thumb stick to my camera so i don’t have to drag with my mouse, and all other buttons are already under your fingertips. If you play primarily Mobas I’d say there’s quite honestly nothing better.
BUILD QUALITY AND SHIPPING Build quality is great, however it does wear and tear and at times screws can be soft. Like any product really. Only problem I had is you have to order them from one company in Latvia. With that said: this company has the best customer service I’ve ever had. Responsive in like one days time, you break a finger, they’ll send you one, they even take custom color orders that aren’t a part of the online customization tool(well when I asked in like 2021 they did idk about now) however, I never liked that I was waiting 3 weeks minimum anywhere outside of Europe. If you are in Europe this isn’t a problem, but in America and Australia it was too long for me as someone who’s main hobby is gaming. Of the 5 I own, only two have needed heavy maintenance. However those two in particular were used more than 40 hours a week.
HOW I WOULD IMPROVE AZERON
Make the thumb stick replaceable with more buttons, Allow users to reprint keys and small parts themselves, Make it hotswappable (currently you need soldering skills if you run into problems)
TLDR: azeron gamer of three years says they’re amazing for Mobas, single player or racing games, not the best for fps. There are no high elo azeron users for a reason🤷🏾‍♂️

Have a Surface Book 2 here at my work that has been used by a staff member for about 5 years. My bosses want me to re-purpose for use by a junior staff member. The previous user said that he was having issues with the battery not lasting very long. So I have done a full Windows reset and generated a battery report. The results didn't look to bad to me for its age, but I am not really an expert either.
The thing is, after resetting it, the battery still seems weird to me. I tried just closing the Book to put it into standby. The next day it had dropped 10% battery from both screen and base. Seems to drop about 10-15% a day.
Even when the device was fully shut down, both batteries lost 5% overnight (about 15 hours). I left it shut down over the weekend for 3 days, and battery drain continued, although it was worse on the base which dropped around 30%, while the screen only dropped about 15%.
Is this normal? My boss said he's happy to pay to have the battery replaced so the next user can have a decent experience, but I have priced this and it is several hundred dollars to have both batteries replaced, and I want to make sure it will solve the problem before I go ahead.

Since I got my Babolat Pure Aero Racquet I spent some time testing 8 different strings to decide what would be the best combo.
Below is the summary. The TL;DR is in the summer I would go with a natural gut and poly combo, like Babolat VS Touch and Luxilon Alu Power. In the winter with the wet weather, I loved the Luxilon Alu Power. I really liked the Alu Power for the feel it gave despite it being a poly string.
All strings were at 17G or 16L or 125mm depending on the manufacturer. I strung them all at 51lb to keep comparison apples to apples.
The hours noted below are hours of play and not hours since the racquet was strung.
Sorted by power and control.

1. Babolat VS Touch on the cross at 52lb and Babloat RPM Blast at 50lb on mains. Amazing power, control and feel. Mains already starting moving by third session, and some fraying in gut. Played over 30 hours. Last three sessions I felt I lost a lot of power
2. Luxilon Alu Power 17g 51lb. Great power, great control, good spin and amazing feel. Not as spin friendly as the rough strings but I love the control and feel.
3. Luxilon Alu Spin 17g 51lb. Great power, amazing spin. Jury is still out on control and durability. Strings dislodge early on in the by the third or fourth time. Durability is not as good as solinco confidential and started feeling wild by 13.5 hours. On just power I would rank number 1, but on power and control I would rank 3.
4. Babolat Rpm Blast 17G 51lb. Good power but after my hybrid experience it feels I have less control and not the same amount of power and feel. I had to put the dampener on to help with the feel because the tinginess was just too noisy
5. Solinco Hyper G 16l 51lb. Good power, good control. Not as durable as Solinco Confidential. May have been because of ball machine and lots of playing
6. Luxilon Alu Rough 16l 51lb. Very powerful and hard to keep the ball low. Hits felt like I was lobbing mostly. Seems more durable than Alu spin but actually started feeling dead and uncontrollable at about 14 hours.
7. Solinco Confidential 16L 51lb or 50lb. Great control and best durability so far. Could use more power. Didn't feel much more power at 50lb.
8. Babolat RPM Blast Rough. Hard to control, low power, not durable. Great spin

Sorting by Durability:

1. Babolat VS Touch and Babolat RPM Blast - 3 sessions at best before they started to move, and they feel too loose. But used it for 30 hours with little issue. Should consider 51lb for the mains
2. RPM Alu Power. At 24 hours I felt like I could use new strings. I'm at 30 hours now and I'm pushing it only because I'll be taking a hiatus for 30 days and will string afterwards.
3. RPM Blast. 22.5 hours of play before I felt they needed replacement
4. Solinco Confidential
5. Solinco Hyper G
6. Luxilon Alu Rough. At 14 hours I started feeling extremes of power and deadness
7. Luxilon Alu Spin. Strings felt cooked at 13.5 hours
8. Babolat RPM Blast Rough

Im a first time poster, but long time viewer through my main profile. I do enjoy watching all the friendships that have formed here, and I'm finally ready to try it myself. I am using my phone to type this so I apologize for any formatting issues.
Here's a little about me, I was born and raised in Alaska, but I no longer reside there. I am married to the love of my life and have been for 9.5 years, and together for over 11. She has been my everything and as I have grown older I have realized that I need to branch out and make other types of connections. I used to have a good amount of friends and even had 3 best friends when I was younger. We just haven't been able to ever get back to that former status.
A lot changes as the years go by and I can certainly say that I am not who I used to be. Generally speaking, I'm a shy guy. I don't know how or when that developed, and I really only noticed it when my wife pointed it out to me. It has been difficult trying to socialize in my 30s, and believe me I know it's a common thing, but the only way through it is with a little self reflection and determination to change.
I have a love for comics and I do enjoy spending time on the couch with my wife while we play some video games. I am an avid theater goer, mostly alone though as my wife isn't too fond of it herself. I work in the health care industry, but it's none of the fun type of jobs. For the sake of being vague let's just say I stare blankly at a screen all day and process paperwork. One might say I have the classic boring paper pusher type of of role, but please don't mistake my poor description for a lack of interest. I love my job. It just doesn't appeal to most people.
