Honest question here, with the on-going rise of interest rates and everyday living I am thinking of purchasing a property within the next 3-6 months and allowing my sister and her family of 4 to come move in with us for a couple of years.

Back ground: Me (36f) … mom died 10 months ago. I am just entering my third trimester (28w5d). Have been off of ADHD & Antidepressants full pregnancy. Struggling with grief and was very sick the first trimester. Also mourning loss of two long time friendships that have come to an end… while I believe it’s healthy that these relationships have ended- I’m kind of stuck in a space of limited support. Have recently started therapy and just past three intake sessions.
In a conversation with someone close to me I was told “depression is no excuse for neglecting duties,” specifically household chores.
I’m doing my best. I have had days where I’ve been immobile… that kind of frozen in place ADHD, depression/grief… or earlier on in pregnancy very physically sick. A lot of energy has been spent working on my Mom’s estate with a Step “parent,” that has been dishonest and jerking both myself and brother back and forth throughout the entire process. After that… a home renovation that has caused a ton of extra clutter throughout the house. Many things to give away/sell but also challenging for me to physically move at this point without asking for help or paying someone.
Despite neglecting some household chores I haven’t completely neglected all of them either.
I’m hurt and angry about how to respond bc I felt this person has understood the situation up until now… and now I am wondering how far this iceberg may go.

There's some heavy construction going on in front of my house and it's stressing me and my cat out. Grand Theft Auto V is still going strong nearly eight years after it first debuted on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 (remember those?), followed by a slightly newer re-release on Windows PCs and the the PS4 and Xbox One. To date, publisher Take-Two Interactive has sold over 150 million copies of GTA V on various platforms.
The publisher revealed the impressive sales stat as part of its earnings report for its fiscal first quarter of 2022. Looking at the data from the previous quarter, it means T2 sold an additional 5 million copies in the past three months. Not too shabby, given that GTA V is far from a new game at this point. That is not the end of it, either.
T2 plans to launch an "expanded and enhanced version" for the latest generation game consoles, those being the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, on November 11, 2021. Developer Rockstar Games had previously said the updated version will bring "new features and more" to the table, but the details are still largely a mystery.
"The new generation versions of GTAV will feature a range of technical improvements, visual upgrades and performance enhancements to take full advantage of the latest hardware, making the game more beautiful and more responsive than ever," Rockstar Games said last year.

Hi All, I moved in to a new place 2 years ago and was doing great until about a year in.
When sleeping in my bedroom, I developed seemingly non stop post nasal drip. This later was followed by covid, then subacute thyroiditis. While working through the thyroid issue, I got to a point of feeling the best I ever had in my adult life. It was short lived however and I went slow thyroid.
I tried iodine which made me hyper again and around this time, my room started smelling musty. I became sensitive to it.
Moved out of the room and symptoms improved. Trashed the bed, got a new one but stayed out of the room. Felt good for 3 weeks and now Ive been swinging around since.
I've a host of new symptoms that I never had before April like: Sensitive to more chemicals than ever before Sensitive to bright light Panic attacks Deep depression I dont enjoy things Sleep apnea/throat closing Chills Low body temperature Inability to focus at work Tmj (had spme grinding before but now clenching with pains) Tingling tongue and lips Vivid dreams
My kids have been mostly ok except my son has some nasal breathing challenges as of 2 weeks ago.
My sump backed up and my basement stank. While investigating i found small amount of mold in crawl space. However under my bedroom, insulation fell off the wall and behind it the bulk of the panel is black! Decide to face my room and found am ice dam or leak, checked attic and found mold.
Getting it remediated but is it enough? How would I know if my new issued are from mold and not thyroid or covid? There is nowhere I can move to and will spend a fortune to fix the house. In my gut, I think it was the mold, but I can't be sure.
I will bankrupt myself moving me and the kids over a chance. What are others thoughts? I was feeling great just back in December. Feeling ok in late February until the sump pump issue. There are only 3 other housed for sale in my area and i cant afford them. Apartments are booked.

Hi All, I am 28 year old female living in India. I have a PG degree in Geotechnical Engineering (a branch or Civil Engineering) but I am not at all interested in working in my field of study. I have overall 1.5 years experience. First 6 months, I tried teaching in a Tier 2 Engineering college but I had to leave because the pay was very very less and all they wanted was business, by making the staff do admissions for the college every day with penalty if you don't get admissions (even on weekends). I left that job and joined a company related to my field of study but as a Business Development Executive. I worked there for 1 year but had to leave because my Boss used to yell and disrespect me everyday for no fault of mine, and the workload was too much and I was the only one in Business Development but they were not willing to hire anyone else. Also, the salary was peanuts. I lied to them about personal reasons to resign, otherwise they would have made my exit, hell. Now I am jobless and looking for work but I don't know what to do next. All the job profiles related to my 1 year experience is paying me very less money and I am not even sure if I want to go into that profile since it is mostly sales, which I do not like at all. I feel lost and I don't know how to go ahead in life. I don't even know what I am interested in. I sometimes think of maybe joining a short course but no idea what to do. This will include spoilers up to episode 6. After seeing Nicole frantically digging or burying something (most likely the money) I don't believe she killed maddie but I believe she absolutely thinks she directly caused her death. I think that after maddies phone being found smashed, her saying she wishes everyone could be forgiven etc, that she obviously ties into it. I think that's why she's looking so hard for her and refuses to believe she's dead. I think Nicole filmed the blackmail video and somehow got the money from Mr. Anderson/Claire. Then when she realized that something horrible happened to Maddie, she assumed it was because of what she had done and is racked with guilt. Keep in mind, there was someone in maddies moms backyard that wasn't Nicole or anyone we saw at the dance. And it wasn't the janitor because he gets arrested at his home. He's where the next part of my theory comes in. I know that most of you despise the possession theory but I'm big on it. We haven't seen or found maddies body. Janet suddenly "crossed over" right when maddie passed away. I don't believe this to be the case because we've now seen two ghosts have unfinished business moments and not cross over. And its implied that maddie even believes that charley may cross over after the note gets read. He didnt. And i know a lot of us thought that wally was crossing over when he took that jersey off, he didnt. Mr. Martine seems to make less progress than maddie has been able to in crossing over ghosts so im hard pressed to believe that he helped janet cross over with his seemingly limited skill set. And the janitor knew about the scars of the school. (How to talk to ghosts.) What if he went to school with/knew Janet back in the 60s. Someone somehow, not even necessarily him severely injured maddie, then he was able to help Janet into her body. I do believe that maddies body is the one squatting in the old house. Maybe even the janitors back in the day. But then that begs the question of what was rhonda frantically looking for? We know she asked Mr. Martin to do whatever he did for Janet. Maybe Janet told Mr. Martin that she could talk to a living person and he helped her formulate a plan. Maybe even under the guise that she had unfinished business off school grounds and that she would return maddies body after with no intention of doing so. Maybe Mr. Martin told rhonda what he did for Janet and that's what she was doing in the boiler room.
Some small side theories:
1.) Mr. Martin is Mr. Manfredo (and it was really a murder suicide?)
2.) Mr. Martin somehow caused the kids deaths or some of them.
