So in many games with nicer 3d graphics i encounter the following thing :

My gpu is at 100%, my cpu has a huge capabillity of working (around 40% at max), which means, my cpu is not bottlenecking anything and my gpu works as intended, since it trys to work the hardest to reach the maximum fps.
Never the less, no matter if the grpahic settings are high or low, the fps may reach a maximum with microstuttering (ie. kinda "lagging" with the picture output and periphery-input), or it doesnt reach any near-to-achivable fps (like 18-20) but with the same usuage of gpu and cpu as you can see above (so 100 and ~40).

I have a 2015 XV Crosstrek and looking for suggestions on quick shocks. Yes, I’m aware that I’d be better off changing the struts and holding onto the OE springs. However, my time is limited and frankly don’t want to mess with renting a spring compressor from Autozone.
I primarily travel pavement/gravel but periodically do a little off-road. I’d like to shoot for around $300 tops, for fronts only. Will eventually replace rear set. What would you recommend that’s the best value for your money?

However, when I try to load App #1 I get this error:

BetterDiscord has recently pushed an update which changes some aspects of it which I'm not completely sure of. What I do know is that this update has been conflicting with some plugin libraries and causing you to crash upon some actions (Going all the way up to crashing upon loading). I will also note that this is NOT Discord intentionally blocking BetterDiscord as they very frankly do not care about people using it (Mainly because there's no money involved). This should clear everything up but comment below if you need any more help.
The easiest fix for this is to remove your plugins from your file explorer. I have listed instructions for doing this on MacOS and Windows below.
MacOS:

1. Quit Discord from your dock by right-clicking it and pressing 'Quit' from the list that appears.
2. Open 'Finder' from your dock.
3. Press ⌘+⇧+G (Command+Shift+G).
4. Paste in ~/Library/Application Support/BetterDiscord/plugins to the box that appears and press enter.
5. Look for any files that look anything like 'PluginLibrary.plugin.js' or anything you know is a library.
6. Delete the files and re-open Discord.

Windows:

1. Quit Discord by focusing on the Discord window and pressing Alt+F4
2. Open the 'Run' menu by pressing Win+R on your keyboard
3. Paste in appdata in the 'Open' textbox inside the window that appears.
4. Press the button labeled 'OK' in the window.
5. Navigate to the folder labeled 'BetterDiscord' inside the file explorer window that appears.
6. Once in the 'BetterDiscord' folder, navigate to the folder labeled 'plugins'.
7. Once inside, look for files that look anything like 'PluginLibrary.plugin.js' or anything you know is a library.

I hope that this has helped any of you in understanding and fixing the recent issues found after the latest update. Just remember Discord will likely never 'block' BetterDiscord because there's absolutely no reason to.

Is a trip to Vice City in your near future? There have been many Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) leaks over the last few years, but the most recent suggests that players will return to a classic GTA location. Rumor has it that Grand Theft Auto VI may take place in Vice City.
This particular rumor started through the usual sources -- Twitter and Reddit. Twitter user Vector Hold, also known as Peter Brian Rice, claimed that Rockstar Games’ music rights representatives have been contacting Synthwave artists. Rice is a synthwave artist himself and has reportedly heard this information from fellow musicians. Rockstar Games hopes that the artists will contribute music for a radio station in the upcoming game. The tweet was posted earlier this week, but Rice has since deleted it.
There was also a reddit post that was created several months ago by user “markothemexicam.” The user claimed that their information was from their roommate. The roommate supposedly formerly worked for Rockstar North. They contended that GTA 6 will be set during an “unspecified” time in Vice City. This post has also been deleted, but has been saved elsewhere on the internet.
It would be tempting to discredit this reddit post as these kinds of claims are a dime a dozen on the Internet. However, another GTA leaker also recently suggested that GTA 6 would be set in a location familiar to players. Both markothemexicam and the GTA leaker have a fairly decent track record with regards to GTA predictions.
Other information on the internet suggests that the storyline of GTA 6 will be focused on drug smuggling. Players will reportedly travel between Vice City and Central or South America. This theory was originally suggested by YouTube channel “The Know” and has since gained quite a bit of popularity.

It is important to keep in mind that all of this information is simply speculation. There have been plenty of fake GTA 6 rumors in the past. For example, a Twitch channel called "GTAVI" appeared this past spring. The channel promised it would provide information about the game during a livestream on April 1st. However, this channel turned out to be an elaborate April Fools’ prank.

TLDR: Employer made promises, didn't deliver, now I have to go hunt for another job. Again. Standard rant.
I took my most recent job because it was a small, local company with a decent reputation. They had an opening that matched my skill set and could honestly use my help.
I have decades of experience in my industry and can't abide working for huge corporations anymore. I just don't have the patience for the office politicking and related bullshit. I know smaller companies usually have their own problems, especially when it comes to compensation, but I figured I could do some good, help out a local company, etc.
I crushed the interview. I gave them three things they could start doing, that day, to make things easier on themselves. Two of them they implemented before my first day. The third requires more capital than they have available at the moment, but they're planning for it.
During my interview I told them three things I would absolutely need to come work for them. First was my minimum salary, which was heavily discounted compared to my previous job. Since I'd be commuting over an hour each way, and then using my vehicle for work, I'd need mileage reimbursement. Last, I'd need some basic medical/dental/vision benefits.
They agreed to everything, but then tweaked things a bit before I started. This should've been my first red flag.
As for the salary, it was more than they had bydget for, but they could get me there within the year providing I could deliver on everything I told them I'd do. We agreed to a phased salary increase every 90 days.
My 90 day probation was up two pay periods ago. Pay still hasn't been corrected, but technically my hiring paperwork doesn't reflect that so there's some issue in accounting.
I was promised a gas card but instead have been given some gift card bullshit that gets reloaded when someone remembers. Ive also been told Im not reimbursed for mileage to and from the office, as nobody else is. Not what we agreed to, but I've let it slide because they're a small outfit and I felt bad.
Lastly, no benefits. I was told I'd have them after 90 days but they're supposedly still shopping plans and something will be in place by the end of the month. During the last 90 days we've had flu, covid, and strep outbreaks in the company. (We're out in public and in people's homes so that's typical.) I've been sick multiple times with no insurance. I've been lucky nothing serious happened.
I just feel so stupid. Stupid for trusting this small company to live up to their word when my experience tells me most companies won't. Stupid for thinking this time would be different. Stupid for giving them the benefit of the doubt and making concessions for them.
It's just extra shitty because I've been kicking ass. I like to work on things that are interesting to me. I like making a difference. But, fuck, I have bills to pay and their bullshit is financially compounding my expenses. First, base pay is less so I can't save anything. Second, commute is worse so I'm spending more. Third, no benefits so if anything health related happens I'll be out of pocket.
So now I have to go back into the shitty merry-go-round of job hunting and it's Just. So. Exhausting.

The survival setting doesnt tend to last long in a PF story , since eventually the MC will grow strong enough that mere survival isnt a concern , but i really like it while it last.

I cant quite articulate what fascinates me so much about this , i can barely articulate what i want , but maybe one of you will recomend something that will scratch this itch. Most Apocalypse stories have this element in the begining , but lose it almost immediately as the MC becomes super op and halts the apocalypse by themselves.

I (34f) used a Moneybox cash LISA to buy a property a bit over a year and it has sat empty ever since.
I am not working and not likely to be working any time soon, as I care for a relative. I have basically nothing in my private pension from previous jobs, though carer's allowance at least means my NI contributions are being paid.
My spouse earns a good salary, and we have got a 6 month emergency fund, as well as life insurance for him (looking into income protection insurance). I was looking into how best to keep our savings now (we've both got maxed out Barclays Rainy Day savers but anything beyond that is in an old account with almost no interest) and was reminded that LISAs can be used for long term saving as well as FTB house purchases.
Would it make sense for me to max out my LISA before the tax year ends? It would leave us closer to the edge of our emergency fund and I worry about big expenses as I'm still new to home ownership, but I am also stressed about my lack of retirement savings.
If I do use my LISA, should I switch to a stocks and shares one or stick with the Moneybox, which seems to be the best rate for a cash one at the moment. I've read things saying that S&S are a better choice if it's long term, but I having got the first clue about investing and find the whole thing very daunting. There's so many different options and I do struggle a lot with making decisions when there isn't an obviously right one.
Any advice?
