Context: My roommate at the time was moving out, my ex best friend was looking for a new place to stay with her dog which I offered her to move in and rent with me. She moved in march first and due to a bunch of stuff happening in our lives we did not immediately re-new the lease but we entered a verbal contract that she was going to stay for a year and that we do plan to renew the lease together. The issue: I had two carpets laid out downstairs, I’ve mentioned my concern of her dog peeing on them in which we verbally concluded that as long as the mess gets cleaned it should be fine. She notified me that she no longer plans to stay and would be moving out within the first month of her staying. At this time i noticed a urine smell in my room and downstairs in which we concluded her dog peed on my rug and carpet. After a week of complaining about the smell and her not doing anything I purchased a spot cleaner for $100. I requested that she pay me for the spot cleaner, that she is free to keep it and that i will clean the mess. She counter offered to only pay for half and that i should clean the mess. which i didn’t agree upon. After a brief back and fourth, i stated I understood i shouldn’t have purchased the spot cleaner without her knowledge and should not have expected for her to pay the 100$ but regardless, i would need her to clean the dog urine off my carpet and rug. And she is allowed to do so on her own terms. She argued that i was aware of her having a dog and the fact i chose to cohabitate with it means that i accept to suffer the consequences. That if i didnt want the dog to pee on my carpet and rug I should’ve removed them or done something to prevent the incident. When she moved in i offered to remove the rugs, but she said it was fine, i also gifted her a dog cage, pee pads and had a divider upstairs to prevent the dog from going upstairs. Her dog is capable of moving the divider, she never utilized the pee pads and she would continuously leave her dog out of the cage. After an argument she sent me the price of the cleaner, then changed her move out date from the 31st of june to the 5th on june 2nd. She moved in march 1st.
I told her she owes me for the 5 days of june, and that i no longer want the price of the spot cleaner but instead pay for the damages of the dog urine which could be negotiated. She also left her dog cage, food in the fridge and pantry, a bathroom shelf and a mattress and bed frame.
Would i be able to sue her the rent owed, the dog urine, and a cleaning service and storage service if she refuses to take her stuff? Based on a verbal contract and some text messages as evidence in small claims court even though we didn’t sign a lease together yet?

So im playing a Shadow DoT Exploding corpse Necro, and wow this statsystem is trash. There is literally nothing that says me which modifiers boost my DoT damage. For example, when i debuff enemies with vulnerable they take 20% more dmg, but when i have modifiers on for example my weapon, which boost the damage that i deal when enemies are vulnerable, does this also boost the DoT from my Explodie Corpse Shadow DoT ? Like how do i know ? Why is there no info about that, why cant i just see how much DoT my character does when a enemy is affected by vulnerable, this way i have to kill a enemy without those stats and see how much dmg i do, just to equip my shit back to see if i deal more dmg now, like why is this system not more specific ?
Another example, im slowing enemies, and my weapon has a modifier which makes me deal more dmg against crowd controlled enemies, does that effect my DoT too ? Or is it just my direct hits from my Core skill ? Like why is there no stat that shows me how much DoT i do ?
So is every modifier also boosting my DoT, or only in my example Shadow dmg modifier and DoT modifier ?

My father is ill and doesn’t know how much longer he’ll be able to travel. He wants to travel with me in september. A 5h flight. I have a fused vertebrae. They have now seen on the MRI that my nerves are pinched there and are pushing on the dural sack. The level below is also herniated with pressure on the dural sack. I have pain and loss of strength in 3 digits in my dominant hand which was already before the fusion 4 years ago because of a stupid assistant that didn’t believe me. But the loss in strength is getting worse. I can’t cut meat anymore, keep dropping things, fingers cramp up while brushing my teeth and combing my hair. I have a neurostimulator for my lower back and neck which helps a lot. I have another mri on Friday for my lower back because I feel something new is there also. I luckily have a professor that really hears me and believes me when I say something is wrong. Ill see him on June 28. I don’t know what he will decide, surgery asap or if he’ll wait until I give the OK because I really would like to enjoy 2 summer months. These are my 2 best months in the year. But does anyone know if the pain could get suddenly worse because of flying? It wouldn’t be an active vacation. Just relaxing. The heat would do me good. But I’m worried about the flight. I will ask the Professor but my dad wants to book ASAP…
