I'm a heir to land and have completed affidavit of heirship that is recorded in 2015. The land was formed into estates which was incorporated in 1984 by my grandfather and his siblings. The lumber, timber and other mineral always paid the taxes for the land. The corporation dissolved in 2010.
In 2019 one of the survivoring siblings my aunt contacted me stating that I will have to start pay taxes on the land. I inquired about the lumber, timber and mineral that always paid the taxes, I was told that there was a fire that destroyed all the minerals, timber and lumber. I inquired about the land was there any lines, judgments against the land I was told no. From 2019 until current I've been paying the taxes for my portion directly to the county where the land is located.
Approximately, 2 weeks ago while performing a property search I came across a case with a Memorandum Opinion with an attachment of Judgement against the family corporation. The paperwork that I came across stated that the plaintiff, was asking for all of the property for default of payment for the lawsuit which he was awarded.
As the heir I had no knowledge of any active pending lawsuit when I called my aunt to ask her about and why she mislead and misrepresented crucial and important information that is directly will affect me.
My question is what recourse if any do I have? Do I have a recourse to sue her or the corporation? What can I do if anything about the current outstanding judgement/lien. I'm an innocent person that was lied to.

Gun Buyers Alert — ATF Gains Financial Info For Warrantless Tracking

The federal government has been using Americans’ income and gun purchases to conduct warrantless tracking and deny Second Amendment rights. Agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) gave salary estimates to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as the reason to have people’s firearms purchases monitored.

Erich Pratt, senior vice president of Gun Owners of America (GOA), told The Epoch Times that the ATF’s activities “monitoring innocent people” is a serious problem. “Congress needs to rein in this rogue agency by either exercising oversight over it or abolishing the unconstitutional agency altogether,” said Pratt.

These revelations come from new documents, viewed by The Epoch Times which it received from its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit. The latest production from the FOIA has hundreds of pages—many redacted—showing ATF agents requesting warrantless surveillance by the FBI for lawful reasons such as low salaries, past firearm purchases, and sending “bizarre” messages.
The Epoch Times exclusively reported in January about the FBI’s secret monitoring service that tracks people by the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) for gun purchases for mere “potential violations of law.”

Too Poor to Buy Guns

According to the documents, a man in Arizona was put into the NICS’s daily monitoring because he has a “reported income” of only $2,839. The ATF agent wrote, “In my experience, someone with this amount of income would not be able to afford 20 firearms.”
An Asian man in Texas was put on the manual background check because the ATF said he has “no work history” which “could possibly indicate” that he is “straw purchasing.”
A special agent in Kansas emailed ATF’s liaison at the NICS to flag two purchasers for “potential trafficking.” The agent wrote: “My targets are purchasing an abundance of firearms without a license or known financial means to obtain the product.”
The FBI’s NICS expert instructed the agent in Kansas on what to include to ensure approval for tracking the suspects. “I would suggest covering the lack of income versus expenditures and also if there is substantial make/model duplication,” wrote the FBI. The ATF agent emailed back with the incomes for each man, acquired by the Kansas Department of Labor.
All the cases in the documents are related to the ATF investigating dealing firearms without a license and straw purchasing, which is buying guns for people prohibited from owning a firearm.

Tracking Income

Gun rights activists say federal law enforcement is missing the mark.
“The poor usually live in areas with the most crime and thus have a strong need to arm themselves heavily,” Pratt said. “So targeting the indigent is simply another avenue for gun grabbers to implement a backdoor gun ban.”
ATF headquarters will not disclose how it acquired the other suspects’ incomes, employment information, and past gun purchases found in the FOIA forms.
“We are unable to discuss specific techniques utilized in criminal investigations,” ATF spokesman Erik Longnecker told The Epoch Times. “ATF utilizes a multitude of legal means in our criminal investigations to protect our communities from violent gun crime.”
Longnecker referred The Epoch Times to the National Tracing Center website for information about “several overt programs such as multiple sales and demand letters that can be helpful in identifying illegal firearms trafficking.”

Buying Too Many Guns

A black man in Florida was monitored daily by the FBI for at least 90 days in 2020 because an ATF agent wrote: “Based on my training and experience, I have not seen a legal firearms purchaser purchase approximately 30 firearms in a 120-day window for their personal collection.”

I was feeling like she was doing a lot of damage with her Qs early on, despite being an enchanter.
So I went on to check the values on the wiki. Her Q deals 80 / 135 / 190 / 245 / 300 / 355 (+ 35% AP) magic damage when enhanced (so when she has enough friendship with her ADC) with a 7.5 / 7.25 / 7 / 6.75 / 6.5 / 6.25 cooldown. When not enhanced, it deals 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 / 210 (+ 20% AP) magic damage.
But based on how her passive is written, the moment her ADC kills their first minion, the friendship bonus is obtained so the Q is always enhanced.
For reference, Zilean, who also only has one damaging ability, has a Q that deals 75 / 115 / 165 / 230 / 300 (+ 90% AP) magic damage on a 10 / 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8 seconds cooldown.
And let's not forget that Yuumi already has a point in her W at the start, which means her Q can be rank 4 3 by level 5 if she puts a single two points in her E.
Just imagine, you're laning, slowly getting closer to level 6, and at that moment, while no one has ults yet, Yuumi casually deals 250 200 damage every 6.5 seconds (assuming she already has a bit of AP and AH). You can't hit that hard with Zilean, despite having longer cooldowns and much less utility. Well, actually you can if you land two bombs, but that's only doable every 14 second (W's cooldown).
Not that sounds a bit broken to me. Especially in low elo, when you have ADCs that aren't farming gods and struggle to both farm and dodge skillshots at the same time.
Just out of curiosity I'm gonna go into practice tool and see how hard a full AP Yuumi can hit and how broken a full utility/AH Yuumi can be.
Edit : Can't have 4 points in Q at level 5, my bad. Still, even with 3 points it's a lot of damage.

I have been understanding coding a lot more. Messing around with the chat gpt, and trying to see how it codes stuff really showed me how to structure what I want to make better. I started using an app called Mimo. I think using a chatbot to help you code is a great way to learn it. In my experience learning to code on your own is hard if you do not understand the basics because you do not know the scope of which everything is done in. But with chatbot, even if the code is wrong, you are still getting a general understanding of whatever it is that you are asking it to make, and seeing what the code you want to put together could look like.
I have not been working on the game stuff anymore than I have in terms of progress, but I have been taking a few days a week to understand the basics of html more, and learning the things I did not understand before. It's pretty exciting to be able to look back in my mind on what I knew before and now, after just 2 months of checking over things at night before I go to sleep about 3 nights a week.
Right now I am planning on putting all my time into making stick figures walk back and forth, and understanding how to make these things on my own without the help of chatbot. All I have is stick figures, but I have a good template system I put together, so I have the sizes of all the frames, I just need to ake each picture, and code them to cycle as animations. Right now all I have is the code that I asked chatbot to make, and that stuff works almost perfectly.
I noticed that when you ask the bot to make something walk forward, even if you explain it with the exact same sentence, the chat bot will make it differently, unless you describe every single aspect of the way it should work. So to get over this hurdle, I now have a few sentences I keep pasted into note documents. I think this is a great way to get chatbot to code more accurately.
I now have a way to get the bot to do things like make a starting game screen, make the land for the character to walk on, the character, and even health bars, power bars. Honestly I just think it is so fun to code things this way, I can't wait until I understand how to code more on my own. So then I can maximize my ability to design the game I described in the last post.
As of ending this post, I am currently going to make a website on my own that has pictures and all the designs, then try to create the website again with chatbot. And this will be how I practice code for the next few weeks, maybe a couple months. I want the website to hold art, and game content. I am not going to make it a live website, but it will be how I practice coding. I might take screenshots of it, or make videos about it if I can design it in a presentable way.
All of this gets me excited :D

Despite the potential for growth and the current banking situation, I believe it is not logical to remain with the bank. Although I feel guilty about leaving, I have received offers for a field sales representative role paying around $75k plus bonuses ($30k), medical territory sales for $130k to $250k, and associate medical sales for $90k to $150k, which all offer schedule flexibility. As a nearly 40-year-old single mom, I am uncertain about investing years in the bank to make the same amount of money. I want to eliminate debt and live with dignity, so I am willing to stay with the bank only if I can make that amount soon. What would you suggest? Although there are opportunities here, my goal is to make a decent living as soon as possible.
