I’m a support worker for an autistic lady and today is her day for inclusive dance at Cockburn Youth Centre ( they rent out a room for this class) . Today she was having a particularly loud day and it was quite busy and hard to find parking. I was driving along and a car pulled out in front of me, I couldn’t see another car waiting so I took the spot. Exited the car to get my client out (she sits in the back) and a red car screeched to a halt behind the car. A quite angry Scottish lady yelled at me and said ‘ I’ve been waiting ages for that space and you just scooched on in there‘

Experienced fishermen, new location. So I’ve been trying to figure out fishing Florida, as I’m from NY. Tampa/Clearwater specifically. Strictly beach, piers, flats for now. Been watching videos and reading articles non stop. I’ve figured out pompano jigs and boy are they fun. Plus I’ve caught mackerel, a red and a few trout with it. I prefer lures over bait, unless I’ve got two lines out. I’m used to tossing silver spoons for bluefish or stripers, wondering what is truly the best to toss for reds, trout and possibly get lucky with a snook. Wouldn’t mind fighting a jack, mackerel, or another pompano. I like the variety where I am offers, so I prefer something that isn’t targeting just one. Any articles on any kind of information is appreciated. I’m still learning how to choose where to fish and when. If you’re familiar with the local area, tell me where to go. After decades of advocacy from environmental groups, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service this week named the lesser prairie chicken as an endangered species. The bird, which lives in grasslands across five states, including the Texas panhandle, once numbered in the millions. Recent estimates suggest there are about 32,000 remaining. RELATED: Big Oil is making billions, but don't expect lower gas prices The bird was previously categorized as endangered in 2014, but a judge repealed that as part of a lawsuit from the Permian Basin Petroleum Association that asked for more time to prove that existing conservation efforts would work. Nearly a decade later, the service is trying once again. Industry groups and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton oppose the move and have sued, claiming the plan in place is working. An endangered species designation triggers stringent conservation rules to protect the animal and its habitat. Existing oil and gas projects, as well as certain renewable energy projects, could be grandfathered in, but new projects could be blocked entirely or require expensive additional permits. “This will add significant time and uncertainty to those permitting requirements," said Ben Shepperd, president of the Permian Basin Petroleum Association. “We’re talking about the most prolific oil field not only in Texas but in North America," he said. I have a player in my games that always tries to come up with 'fun' things to in combat instead of doing combat, and tries to have 'fun'. Last session in one combat the player tried 3 different things. They had an encounter where there was a zombie boss minotaur cow(with HUGE milkers, I explained that in so much detail) that was very powerful that had a massive weak point circled in red on the side of it's chest.
The first thing the player tried to do was cast animated rope on a pile of zombie intestines and wanted to animate them to tie around the giant weakpoint and around a fence post to either damage the weakpoint or failing that keep the cow rooted in place.
When the cow easily broke through the intestine rope despite the player using a resource(the fucking fool, animate rope isn't a combat oriented spell anyways) the player then described how they wanted to stand next to a particular wall and ready an action to move out of the way when the cow charges him. His plan being that clearly the cow will slam into the wall and do something, like deal 1d8 damage.The fucking audacity.
Anyways,when it came to what actually happened though the cow simply missed as he moved out of the way(There are no rules on cows getting stuck on walls, fucking idiot moron). The player called bulls--t and was slightly upset since I made him do nothing for two rounds despite allowing him to do all the stuff he did. But I told him that the rules for combat don't support the types of actions he's going for and that no fun is allowed at my table and that he's a stupid noob who doesnt know shit about DnD(I DMed for 80+ years).I'm all for being creative but I'm not going to let creativeness make the encounter fun in any way, shape or form.
The very next round he says that since he is a goblin and small, and the cow is large and an enemy, he should be able to stab it...The fucking audacity-I explained that since hes SMALL, he can barely even reach the cow's ankles, and all his attacks do 1d1 damage.Should have picked a better class, moron(Like a blue tiefling)
Now I'm all for creativity and I absolutely let the players roll dice and use abilities and spells, especially on CR -1 enemies. But this situation has me torn because on one hand I want to say yes and let players live out the disgustingly OP power fantasy they want but I just couldn't with these ones because I'm blocked by an ancient fun demon/deity that forbids my players to have fun. So reddit, AITA?

Previewed below, the Nike Air Max 1 Urawa comes dressed in a Pure Platinum, White, Black, Sport Red, and Summit White color scheme. Constructed in a mix of mesh and leather materials, details include a Black base with Grey and White overlays. Even more White takes care of the Swooshes, laces, and midsole. Elsewhere you will find Red contrasting accents, Gold on the Nike tongue branding and the Urawa Dragons logo embroidered onto the heels and stamped onto the insoles. The original Nike Air Max 1 Urawa dropped way back in 2004 as a Japan-exclusive. Now Nike is set to bring it back in 2023. The 2004 pair paid homage to the Urawa Dragons (aka Urawa Red Diamonds) J League Football Club. The 2023 pair will come modified a but, while still playing tribute to the teams’s kits.

Im getting more proficient with wall jumping up a single wall, how ever in the tall red room in brinstar i can't seem to get to the thin ledge to walkjump off of it. I took out the enemies using super missiles, any advice for this? I got super missiles using mockball after a few attempts as well.

Here, I investigate the potential interaction between the gut microbiome and the immune system in the development of autoimmune diseases. At this moment, I’m analyzing a rather large dataset from flow cytometry on tissue from mice in which the frequency of different immune cells has been estimated. I’m very interested in applying a statistical test to my data, but it does not show a normal distribution and so I’ve been looking for a non-parametric alternative to ANOVA, which led me to ARTool. Unfortunately, I’m struggling with incorporating ARTool correctly to analyze exactly what I want.
