Hello, over the last few years like probably 3 I have let my anxiety go over the charts. Most notably around cars. Iâm a very passionate car person and try and keep my cars to as much of a good condition as I can being them being old cars. Currently I have a Passat B5.5 and the thing is actually cool ( I donât like VWs ). Had problems with transmission fixed them had other problems fixed them, now has a problem with a leak. When I first found the problem stress just broke trough the roof and I remember siting and thinking about it all the time ( dislocated my elbow so I now sit at home doing nothing so you can imagine what free time does to a person with anxiety ). Today I rang a old friend mechanic and he said he can take a look next week and now as if the anxiety has come down. What my problem is itâs not about cars only. Overthinking, overreacting and stressing out just about anything is too much for me. I see anything can be fixed be it with time or at the moment. I manage to sort it out at the end of the day but why do I keep feeling so bad after every little or big inconvenience not even problems ? I take a notice friends and family are getting tired of my stupid reactions and stuff but they bare me and sometime try to help me. All I want is to be my old self that when faced with a problem didnât panic all that much and just either waited for the right time to figure it out if he couldnât at the moment or just acted and fixed what wasnât right.

2023.03.29 11:12 NikkiXoLynnn ER Doc made no mention of ECG reading, primary ordered Nuclear Stress when showed. Why?
My mom 61f went to the ER for possible UTI. Did blood, all fine. But did ECG and nurses looked confused and re did it 2 times telling her not to move. She literally held her breath the 3rd time. They stopped and said theyâd talk to Dr. Fast forward to Doc coming in to discuss findings. All is well, nothing abnormal. Forgot about this until seeing her MyChart which says âConsider Anteroseptal Infarctâ. Googled that and got scared, of course. Showed her Primary and primary did an Echo which she says was normal but now wants to do a Nuclear Stress to be sure.
Unfortunately she hid all this from me until today to not worry me so I have very little time to read about this. Appt now in 2 hours.
If anyone sees this before then, thoughts?

Hello guys, so I just finished VLR with all endings, so I find the game fine, despite sometimes it's far stretched, there was novels phase that take too much longer on explanation that would be more concise and that would make the game more hook.
I loved the passwords that you have to note and keep for the final route that makes you really feel that you have keep memory of others routes (consciousness apart of course)
The plot-twists were nice, especially when Tenmyouji pull out the picture of Akane, I totally wasn't expecting that Ten was Junpei.
I was pleased to see that the flow chart came from this game (as a big fan of AI SF).
The ending feels like VLR is some kind of a big prologue to ZTD (that I didn't start yet) and overall the story isn't as satisfying as 999 was, so 999 is my favorite for now.
