Hi guy's, I guess this is what is going on with me.

1. Psychotic break that got me diagnosed with Schizotypal, PTSD, and bipolar.-13 day stay at the good ol mental hospital.
2. I wrote a story trying to explain how my psychotic break started. It is unfinished bc it brings me back. So at this point in time I have left it alone.
3. At this point I believe I am being given messages by god in an attempt to save my soul from the devil. I understand this could be delusional ideas of reference and I understand I have a long way to go before I can identify what is real and what is not.
4. You are not suffering alone, there is a light at the end of our tunnel for sure. I think if one person here can find a way then we all can. Happiness is attainable and I will relentlessly pursue it.
5. I know how wild the below story is. But as you know it was real af to me.

What a way to start the new year lol. It was on Jan 1st that all of this spiraled out of control. It all started when I was working at amazon in clay NY. I woke up one day and saw a shit ton of cops. I was growing at the time, an illegal amount of cannabis that would have landed me a felony. So knowing this I shit my pants and ran down the stairs to see what was happening. Am I getting raided or is it just some regular molly whopping bullshit going on outside? We installed a large number of security cameras due to the molly whopper problem. Anything that wasn't tied down would come up missing, not after the cameras lol. I get my coffee as two cops knock on my door. I answer and 

they let me know that a crime was committed by some kids and that they would like the videos if my camera caught it. I thought to myself, some kids.....no big deal at all. SURE I said as I ran upstairs to get my laptop while trying to keep my tents out of view. I return and both I and the two cops sit in the kitchen until I can get the videos emailed to them. They leave and I think that is the end of that. WROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I go to amazon about a week later and find out that the people that committed the crime in front of my house work with me. Aren't I the lucky one? Malachi(one of the assailants) was kind enough to come to the conveyor belt and leaned over and let me know that it was him and his friends. And that both he and his friends that committed the crime will be coming back to get my grow(how the hell do they know about my grow I think?). I mean mugged him and we both continued about our day. Due to me having headphones in it took me a while to put together exactly what he said. But when I did put it together, I immediately started taking all the necessary precautions to prevent a home invasion,. Such as securing all entrances and placing weapons all around the house. Identifying all routes in and out and covering them with cameras and traps if needed. Not my first rodeo(ptsd like a mfa from the first). This time was different though due to me at the time living with my sick parents. I planned on defense only and coached them on what to do in the worse case.
(RAW DATA ELABORATE on the amazon story-For example all of the people you identified and all of the tatoos that they shared. A large orginazation was identified but at the time I did not know they were after me. Later I found out they
were using the night staff at amazon warehouses to distribute their products around the globe. In 30 mins or less lol.)

With my home secured my mind was at ease. On my next scheduled day at amazon, I learned that my manager Caroline was working with/for Malachi. I learned this by her repeatedly placing me next to Malachi and Mike(Malachi's friend). This continued for about two weeks and I saw exactly who was playing for the Malachi's team. It turned out to be a large number of people. I identified they were a group by the matching tattoos they displayed. They had people working as janitors, and in every station and position in amazon. I am talking all the way from janitors to the managers. At least a good 10+ at amazon working to make my life hell there. One time while next to Malachi and Mike at the beginning of this. I lost my temper, pretty badly. I have a mental health issue with my anger(just learned), which caused me to say a bunch of stuff in retaliation to Malachi. This caused Malachi 

to make a phone call while shaking his head in sadness. That phone call was to someone important. Because ever since Malachi made that call my life changed for the worse. Like way worse.

After both myself and Malachi were done talking shit to each other. He(malachi) let me know how much power he could get on short notice. I woke up to smoke my normal morning joint and saw Angel(from amazon), Mike, and Malachi walking around my house(in the street). Later that day I would say about ten to 15 cars made an appearance to let me know they meant business. I just sat there and smoked my joints and cataloged all of his personnel. I knew at that point I was in over my head and made a mistake in feeding into Malachi's anger. I called everyone I knew, which was two whole people(lol) and told them to stand down and not do anything to Malachi if they saw him. I also tried my best to de-escalate to the best of my ability while working at amazon. That however just seemed to make them madder. One night Caroline came up to me and asked me to go work next to people who were trying to kill me, which at that point was normal. Once I realized this I had a realization that this was wrong and should be addressed. I was experiencing retaliation for reporting a crime and it was being perpetuated by my employer(I was thinking in my head Lawsuit lol). Then Angel started going ham on me. I let my management know that they needed to do something(they did nothing). Then I let Angel know the only reason they were mad was the video I gave to the cops, and that I was not a threat to him. I also reiterated to him that he had to touch me for me to be able to defend myself. I left that 

day and made a report to the amazon ethics board on what had happened there. I quit and called the cop I gave the video to for advice and to let him know I was prepared if it goes further. I let him know I would fight to the death for the safety of my mother and father. Which was now in danger due to Malachi and the organization he is with. He agreed with me and told me to protect my family.

I was out of work for a couple of weeks and everything seemed to simmer down. All the cars and people that were patrolling daily seemed to stop. During my off time I was able to do a bunch of research on Malachi, Angel and Mike and I learned that they were tied to a local car dealership in fulton. I researched the car dealership and found out that they were from the Bronx and were affiliated with the Cartel. I found this out through facebook and instagram. Malachi was kind enough to throw up gang signs in his instagram posts that I was able to check on google. I battened down the hatched as much as I could. But I knew that my family was now in grave danger due to me losing my temper. They are good people and I had no intention of letting them pay the cost for my action. So I came up with an Idea. I would enter into the legal weed business by going to a multistate operator for a job. Through different research I learned that heavy cartel money has flowed into these multistate cannabis businesses. I was hopeful that I could find an ear from the cartel by applying for a job at my local out of state cannabis company called Acerage holdings. It didn't take me that much time and I landed a job for a company called acerage holdings which grows medical weed. On my first week there a co-worker named Isaiah was talking about my ethics report that I made to amazon to another employee. Lucky me, I believe I found the ear I was looking for. It turned out that he was part of Malachi's group. I worked with a small number of people at acerage holdings and I am positive that most people working there were very aware of who I was and who Malachi was. And that I was not well-liked at all, meaning malachi's influence reached there as well.I stayed to myself to the highest extent possible and just soaked up the comments like a sponge with no responses from me at all. My intent was to gather as much intel as I possibly could and identify an opportunity for a line of communication with the leadership of the Cartel. This would be hard to do. The business that I was working for was designed as part of their legal operations(It didn’t take much google to figure that out).

I would go into work everyday at Acerage and people would be openly talking about my situation. One guy was joking around while we were harvesting some weed that I should put in the wood chipper. I saw he had a bunch of tattoos so I figured what are the chances he has a similar tatoo. I moved over to work with him and to my surprise he has the same tattoo as Angel. I engage in conversation and maintain my cover to gather data and identify a line of communication so I could plead my case. A worker named Tony came into our area that day and he was loose enough to say don’t trust the security because they are the cartel. I think to myself, welp that guy ain't a cartel but security seems to be my point of access to the top. Later that day I was oddly issued my badge which seemed rather thick. Me being my paranoid self began to read all of the literature that i was given when I first got the job. In fine print I read that the company has the right but not the duty to monitor your phone or other device to make sure intellectual property is not stolen. That day I immediately started talking about how the FBI got a guy at my last job for the same thing. And that I planned on using their practices for a business that I wanted to start. Needless to say I believe they would be listening on my phone for more crumbs to try to start a case.

I woke the next day and began to plead my case while in my truck alone. I apologized and claimed responsibility for my actions. And that I would accept any punishment as long as it was me and only me. I clocked into work that morning and oddly enough my coworkers that I had befriended seemed very sad. Almost like something was going to happen to me. I armed myself with trim scissors and was ready for the worst knowing that my message had most likely reached its mark. I was scared and happy at the same time. I was afraid because I thought I was about to die but I was happy because I thought I had brokered the safety of my family successfully. Stressfully I finished my day and luckily nothing happened. So I went home.

To relieve stress I started to work on some different hobbies. One of those hobbies was music. I got to the point where I had two songs written (rough copies), and I was sampling tracks and beats to put my lyrics to. While doing this, I realized that I got hacked. There were two recurring options that kept popping up on my youtube. Two live streams with people rapping, one was the west coast rap channel and one was the east coast rap channel. I had my headset with a mic and I was putting
my lyrics to their beats when they answered me and started conversing with me. They told me they wanted my music and that I had to make a choice. I told them I was not ready to make a choice and I kept switching between the two while listening to their music and then them listening to my music(it was dope af-they were freestyling a lot-me not so much but what I did do was dope af). Then I garnered attention from both sides with a proposal. I explained how darkness and corruption have taken over and now evil sits atop the societal pyramid controlling everything and everyone. I explained how words have power, especially through music to change negative energy to positive. A good example of this is
waking up in a horrible mood and then putting on a good song and magically your mood changes from negative to positive. I proposed to use that to address issues that plague communities across the U.S. My proposal was to use 300 artists,150 from one side and 150 from the other. My song would be used as the prime example(leaders lead by example). 1 person comes up with lyrics and each of the 300 make those lyrics their own(own beats/cadence) and release a song on the same day. So with one song 300 versions will be thrown out in the local dialect to address the issue simultaneously all across the U.S. Long story short it would have a great chance of changing the current negative state of the world into a positive one. By delivering a hot beef injection of positivity into this negative landscape we have found ourselves in. Everyone agreed with me and I ended the night by DJing a few songs and then calling it a night. Before I go people from both sides start making me offers to join their side and that they would pay me and this and that. I thought this was a dream but here these dudes were offering me whatever I wanted to hop on their side. I told them no offense but That I had to think about it. I understood I was a great talent and that I did not want to make a bad deal. I thought I would sleep it over and then let everyone know my choice after work the following day. So I called it a night.

The next day I went to work and it was a holiday so we would only be working until 11am that
day.My boss Shmalex(name changed to protect identity lol). Told me to come talk to him after we were done with work that day. I immediately put it together that not only did I gain the attention of the Cartel but I was under close watch from the FBI due to me recently buying weapons and talking about my hustling openly. I told him ok and continued with my coworker Rob to complete our task that day which consisted of picking leaves off plants. While On break I was talking with Rob after my cigarette and he was showing me his fishing gear and trying to plan a fishing trip later on. I agreed that it would be fun and then we went back into work. About an hour after we got back into work Rob dipped out to make a call. He came back in and then about ten mins later Cody came in and told us we were done for the day and that we could leave. While I was cleaning up, the robber walked up behind me and whispered I’m sorry. I didn’t even say anything because I thought he was joking. Spoiler alert he was not joking.

I left work that day and I was super pumped knowing that I would soon be able to solve all my money problems by choosing which side to sign with. On the ride home I kept thinking how I got in the situation that I did and why I started making music. And then it hit me, Malachi, the same person who had put me in this dangerous situation was the reason why I was about to be successful and safe most of all. I thought that both sides had my back and were upset with the Cartel coming into the U.S. and just claiming territory like that. So I was no longer concerned for either My or my family's safety anymore, which was like ten tons being lifted off of my shoulders. On the ride home I started rapping and loudly yelling that I loved this shit and would take care of everyone with money. Especially Malachi and his family as a token of friendship and a hope for forgiveness.

I get home and I see that my parents have bought pizza. I think dope af and grab some and head upstairs. So I finally made my choice to join West coast records to be in the nice weather. I let both sides know that I planned to go to the west coast and told each that I would only go if I could collaborate with both sides. Notbe limited. I told them to show up at 8 am the next morning with two million in a bag. I was communicating with them verbally through the computer and with notes written on notebooks that I was showing my mirror. They told me they had me on watch from that location, and confirmed it by giving me details that only a camera in the mirror would capture. I went to bed that night with the idea that I was going to change the world. I was able to talk to both sides and luckily they were with me in changing things for the better. I went to bed oddly knowing that I just made a work-together truce between the crips and bloods. Good night's rest would be an understatement. I slept like a fucking baby. However, I woke up mad af boy lol.

8 am comes and goes and no one shows up lol. At this point I am unsure if I got hacked by Malachi, actually am about to start the 300, or am being trolled by the govt.... so many possibilities at this point lmao. So I don't go to the computer until the afternoon. Then things kinda get pretty crazy, but not as crazy as it will get..... I hop on the computer and hop on the west coast live stream. They start rapping about how they are going to torture me and kill my family and friends(someone on there said they were in jail and mad af at me). I see an Eminem video pop up on the screen and click on it. It is Eminem and he is rapping live about me and he kept giving me the shhhhh with the finger thing when I went to talk. He was saying that he was going to lock me up and not let me out and a whole bunch of shit. I closed my computer and just went and laid down and thought about the situation that I found myself in. I knew they had cameras on me in my house and in my truck(they told me how much gas I had!). I just laid there and thought about the situation, 1. Am I crazy...no 2. Am I hacked....yes 3. How do I save my family? idk yet 4. Am I beat beyond belief? yes. The criminal organization that Malachi was with(some cartel) was using amazon prime to deliver their product across the U.S., they knew I knew this and I know they wanted me dead so that is the opponent I was planning against it. Now looking back it could have been the FBI(I am loose so could have been watched), Cartel-the most likely, West or east coast rappers... so fucked lol. So I planned to wait it out to protect my family and engage if needed. This meant I always had to have weapons on to carry that plan out(pain in the ass(prison pocket)).

I hopped up from my bed and went downstairs to eat a fish dinner that my mom had picked up. They were hurting for money and I was helping them out financially for months before that. Suddenly it clicked. The night before they bought 4 pizzas. Then tonight they bought fish dinners,.....WAIT. Where did they get the money to order out twice in a week, so so out of the ordinary? I recognized this and went upstairs with the fish dinner trying to think why they would order out two days in a row. I hop on my computer and start to eat dinner. I start listening to a 90s hip-hop live track and the dude who said he was in jail starts talking. Lets me know it cost 100k to get my mom on his side and that the food I was eating was drugged, and when I go downstairs my mom will make a fake police report on me to get me to jail. I stop eating the fish and go downstairs and just try talking to my mom to disprove what I just heard. 

She looked at me and immediately started to make a scene. She told me to "calm down and go to sleep or she'll have to call someone". I deescalate, throw out the dinner and then head upstairs. My brain starts working overtime in attempting to solve the situation. My playlists keep changing on my laptop so I start clicking on the top choice every time it changes. I finally realized that another party was communicating with me that was different from the previous ones(Anonymous). They altered songs in the top choices to deliver a subliminal message. I can’t describe how the words would jump out at me but I was able to gather the message after playing about 5 songs. They wanted me to go to a mental facility for safety for both me and my family. I didn’t know why, but I had no options at that point so I had to trust them.

 It was my job to decode that message in the limited amount of time that I had. I spent about an hour listening and grabbing applicable information from the slightly changed songs. I felt myself at a loss trying to find the subliminal path laid out. A gospel live stream popped up on my laptop and there was a different group that wanted me to sing with them(The church). The song was hallelujah. About halfway through the song I had a religious epiphany. I blacked out for a couple of seconds, and came to singing the song hallelujah while holding my arms out toward my mirror in a hugging motion. The people in the gospel livestream were rejoicing loudly and I heard someone say it's him. I immediately knew they thought I was the second coming and I dropped to my knees to denounce that.

I took my notebook and started writing in my notebook a message. It said me for my family. I looked at the shotgun on my floor for a brief moment. But that was not an option due to my upbringing and marine background. The path became clear when I mentally snapped. They had accepted my deal, me for my family. I briefly looked at my shotgun and then headed downstairs to tell
My parents that Ineeded to go to a mental hospital to meet anonymous. I went outside to wait and my mom went and made a phone call that took about ten minutes. I don't know who she was talking to but when she came out I knew we were good because the cops didn't show up. And then off we went, I played the part quite well on the ride I remember. I told my parents I loved them and then after listening to faded with a stranger one last time, I went in to accept my fate. I asked for one last cigarette and my dad gave me a half a one that tasted quite odd.

A lady came in once I was laying in the hospital bed to "take blood" and give me something to sleep. I thought this was the end but it was not. I woke up the next day and could have sworn my mom said the doctor wanted to see me. I told her I was still tired and rolled over and went back to bed. Then when I woke up they brought me into a room with a security guard posted up right near me. My mom told me they were going to move me to come after I eat. Then they moved me to omh. I checked in and now this is where things get crazy. However, the memories are still very blurry

I was given a mask, and I swear it felt like I had my memory wiped about 5 minutes after putting it on. I enjoyed it quite a lot. I was under the impression that I would die (I was very surprised I woke up). I went into the mental hospital and I went through the check-in process for entering into inpatient(explain in detail the process of checking in). It was pretty demeaning to say the least. I thought I would make contact with the resistance or whoever gave me the subliminal messages to go to the mental hospital. But that did not happen. I thought to myself, Why would the security guard drug me if I am in a safe place? I immediately knew I was in grave danger and that I had to be on guard at all times. I was shown my room and I introduced myself to my roommate bob. (I would later come to find out that bob was a former marine). My head was really really messed up from the medication that they had given me. I chilled in my room for a while and finally went out to walk up and down the hallways to attempt to identify any possible way out. I needed that information later to break out if needed. I identified a weak link in the armor. It consisted of one door that would get me access to one side and a fence that once jumped would lead me to the running part. I started walking up and down the halls and I noticed a woman that was also doing the same thing. I couldn't help but overhear what she was saying. And to my surprise, she referenced the situation that I had found myself in. She sat down and I sat down next to her. She leaned in and told me that they were going to kill me and skin 

me alive. And she just started maniacally laughing. I knew I was in a facility run by the organization after me. I sat there and then it came to me. Don't feed into it gather as much intel as possible and plot your next chess move carefully. So I fucking laughed with her and we began to laugh together. I made small talk and then I went into the cafeteria to grab some water(which I usually drank a ton of). I grabbed a glass and I shit you not it was like it had corn syrup in it. It was water but THICK. I had no choice so I drank the liquid. It was my only source of water and at this point in my information gathering, I dared not bring up any intel that I was finding out about.

I saw a couple of people in the cafeteria and decided to make small talk. I met a female named Angel and another female named Haley. They seemed nice enough but I couldn't get it out of my head that something just seemed very very off about this place and the people that I was meeting. They told me about the groups they offer as therapy and told me I should make an appearance. I tried my best to remember but I could not for the life of me and ended up missing it and just roaming the halls. Nighttime was fast approaching so I ducked into a place that they had labeled the quiet room and I was lucky enough to meet a man named Scooba Steve. He introduced himself and made it a point to tell 

me that he was a man of god. I noted this and we continued to make some small talk which consisted of religion. I asked him to say some prayers for me that night and I left him there to read his bible. I later found out he was very devoted to and any bit of free time he had was devoted to reading the bible. They called for nighttime meds so I went to the counter to get mine. They gave me a sleeping pill and an antipsychotic and then to my surprise they gave me a nicotine lozenge. I was extremely happy about this due to fiending for some good ol' nicotine. I planned on staying up all night which I did. I needed to see exactly how many staff they had and if they were involved in this or if they were legit(spoiler alert, they were not).

In the hallways there were nooks where you could sit down and admire the artwork. I posted up in one of those nooks near my room and just kept an eye on everyone that night. Nothing happened, but i did notice that the security guard makes one pass a night. If I needed to get out I could easily use him as a plan b so I noted that in my playbook and in my spare time fashioned me a toothbrush shank. 

I've been avoiding any TFTFT content to stay spoiler-free, but now I'm just very confused.

Slight spoilers for S2/3
My unpopular opinion is I don't like Sam and Rebecca together. The age gap just makes me uncomfortable. I'm not certain of Rebeccas age in the show but I'll assume late 30's to early 40's and Sam is barely 20. I understand that he's charming and sweet, but I feel like Rebecca is smart enough to understand the consequences of their relationship. As someone who had been in the press for over a year about her divorce, and was shaming her ex for getting with someone so young, for her to do the exact same thing doesn't really make sense. Especially with someone that is employed under her which is absolutely insane to me. I thought it was crazy and completely out of character that she was even considering going public with their relationship at any point, she should know better. I know that she tried to push against Sam's advances in the beginning but her continung the relationship with him just felt wrong. And the fact that everyone else was just ok with it was shocking to me as well. Not even Higgins was like "hey maybe don't date one of your teammates??" I wonder if this disdain for the relationship may be because in America, there is more emphasis on the age of 21 being a new sense of adulthood in comparison to Europe where 18 is pretty much the start. The fact that Sam is not even there yet and was sleeping with someone so much older than him in such a high position of power makes me reaaaally uncomfortable but it seems like the show probably isn't going to address that aspect of it which is disappointing to me at least.
I like Rebecca and I do want her to be happy and find someone, but all the scenes with Sam and Rebecca felt so uncomfortable because of their situation. (mini spoiler) I can tell they are introducing the chef as a new love interest for Sam and I hope they stick with it because it makes waaay more sense than him and Rebecca.

Whew, it's been a good while since I last updated this! Includes the latter additions to Shadowbringers (primarily Eden and Bozja) as well as everything in Endwalker so far up until 6.35. A few previously missed tracks were also added!
Naturally, there are no holds barred on this list and spoilers aplenty! Anything bold is newly added since my last list.
I'm very aware a lot of the links for music used in the past are very much dead now, so I'll be going over everything as soon as I've a bit of time and replacing as much as I can.

So I've been thinking it over, and while I have absolutely no issues with the new interns all living in Mer's house. I like the throwback to early seasons, but I do have an issue with how they all ended up there.
Meredith gave Simone a key and said they can stay as long as they don't mind the repairs. Same goes for Amelia and Lucas, and Maggie and Mika respectively.
Why do Amelia and Maggie have the right to do that? Should someone not have discussed with Mer first? How do they just throw all these people together without any discussion amongst each other or at the bare minimum the owner of the house.
Don't get me wrong, we'd end up with the same results, everyone rooming together. Mer would 100% have been fine with it, but she would not have left Simone absolutely blindsided by it.
Overall I think that was a conversation that needed to happen. I'd give the benefit of the doubt and say it happened off screen, but again, Simone had no idea she had roommates until they showed up.

Campaign Details: Hello! Thank you for reading through this little blurb of mine. I am Zizi (she/her), your new DM, hopefully. I am somewhat of a beginner. This will be the first time I DM something entirely on my own so I am very excited to invite you to this adventure with me.
As you can probably guess, we will be playing the new Starter Adventure: Dragons of Stormwreck Isle! It is a relatively small campaign, going from level one to level three, but I do have some extra material so if I see everyone is having fun, I can expand it to level 5.
This game will be pretty well-balanced all around ( 60/40 roleplay to combat). I will say that fellow explorers will also have quite some stuff to dive into. Not giving out any spoilers, but Stormwreck Isle does have its fair share of secrets.

• Going by that Yargle at 19 goes into Captain Lannery Storm at 20, I'm inclined to think we get one colorless legendary (Emrakul?) and then 6x per monocolor (2-7 White, 8-13 Blue, 14-19 Black, 20-25 Red, 26-31 Green), with 35 multicolor

So before the recent leak, I was a subscriber to the "Introduction Order" theory that based on the introduction in chapter 0, we can tell who's going to be a part of the next chapter. This also lines up somewhat with the lyric of Lament which describes our journey from sinner to sinner and chapters to chapters but they're vague enough you cannot really tell which verse belong to who until you play through them.
However, thanks to the recent leak and how Pmoon say they have no plan to do a Don extraction on the April 6th does make everything a lot more sussy. It might be because of the Don E.G.O so they can do a W Corp on top but it puts Don back on the radar for me to reconsider the theory of the Introduction Order.

Why'd you make my voice stutter?
Why do truths never matter?
Why'd you curse me with "you're a natural born genius"?
The Natural born genius make it sound like it has to be Yi sang but the first 2 sound really weird and doesn't really fit with his poem. Instead, the whole thing, just like Rodion part in the song, is more of a conversation between 2 individuals. The quips lines up with Don Quixote and Sancho. Sancho, in the book, always tell Don what he's seeing only for Don to make up BS excuses to why that's actually something magical or how the inn is a castle. The natural born genius might actually line up with how Sancho was promised to be made a duke only, when given a chance as a joke, ends up being really good at governorship. Just like Rodion and Sonya, it won't be surprising if the role has been reversed as well for Don Quixote and Sancho, like how Sonya went from a poor prostitute to a revolutionary leader that book Rodion failed to become, Sancho might no longer be an easily fooled farmer and is actually a rich nest kid.
But the biggest factor to consider is really the Chapter 4 art card.

The chapter name tells you who it's about. Outcast is Gregor and how he's treated by his family in the book or in this case, as a deserter. Unloving is Rodion and how she acts on impulse and that the focus of Crime and Punishment is about the road to redemption through love. Unconfronting is Sinclair and Kromer and how Sinclair had to be saved by Demain because Sinclair can't muster the courage to face Kromer.
Each of the card also has a scene from the climax of the chapter and the memory of each sinners. Chapter 4 card art however, is an office in Kcorp. Based on the room and how there's a visible fireplace, it looks like a study.
Yisang and Gubo are linked and as we know, Gubo works for Ncorp so Yisang, being a former scientist that works on the gacha system, is likely from N corp as well before he ran which lead to Gubo appearing in Leviathan to chase a runaway who stole the technology of them trying to recreate what Yisang made. This really makes you ask "Why is Kcorp the setting then?"
Meanwhile, who can be considered Unchanging to the point of being delusional, line up with the lyric and also has a rather important moment in the book that takes place in the study? Don Quixote. In the book, when Don returned home after being crowned a knight at an inn to rest and pack up again, his family and friends actually decided to seal up his most prized room, his study, after burning a bunch of his books. Like how Kromer is turned from a minor antagonist into some major, this event can also be written into some major as well because it is the point where Don become even crazier and go on a journey to "Fight his nemesis wizard", dragging Sancho with him.
Also based on the location, we can assume this will take place in either district 11 (Kcorp) or if we move to a new area, District 12. Remember what major event took place near these areas in the past?
The 8 o'clock Circus
The 8 o'clock circus was doing their things at District 12 before retreating to District 10 and in order to get there, they likely have to pass through District 11 so these 3 Districts are the "Circus zone" and we're currently right on them. There's a specific person whose EGO and background is a carnival, Don Quixote. This lines up perfectly with how each base E.G.O art of the identity outright show their major events in their lives that will be revealed in that chapter. Gregor has the smoke war, Rodion has the massacre of her town over what she did and Sinclair has his family.
What do you think? Will it be Yisang? Maybe but I'm really leaning toward Don Quixote now. It's the perfect time for something to happen that result in the the K-corp study being locked away that lead to Don and Sancho going to the circus while they are still in the area.

Very pleasantly surprised to find that a new series from Serial just dropped. This was released out of nowhere for me since I tend not to listen to promos for upcoming cases.
I just started the series and I am only on Episode 2 so far and enjoying it.
I remember Laramie, Wyoming in the news in the late 90s with the murder of Matthew Shepard in 1998 since he was left to die outside of Laramie.

He was extremely unprofessional in taking on their couples therapy after being her personal counselor. I’m not sure legally what is allowed, but ethically that was wrong. He likely manipulated Michelle and Ted to get worse rather than better.
Starting a relationship with a client, what Ted confirmed to be 1.5years after they ended couples therapy, is highly unethical (illegal in some states, I can’t find what Kansas’ laws are) and could cost him more than just his license. Most states require minimum 2 years before they can have a relationship with a former client.
Dr. Jacob is a predator who manipulated Michelle and Ted.
In the episode discussion thread and a few others I saw so much vitriol towards Michelle. Most of it should be towards him. That said, Michelle is a consenting adult who knows what she’s doing so I’m not saying she’s an innocent angel. She betrayed Ted and her family. But the balance of anger is way more on her side of things than they should be. She did something bad. And as of now we don’t know if, or when, she cheated on Ted. We obviously suspect it but don’t actually know. She also brought a new man into the house as a potential step father without telling Ted. She’s an asshole and not innocent here. What we do know for sure right now is Dr Jacob is the one who committed a crime, and should be getting most (but not all) of the heat.

I finished Fool Moon. No spoilers for future books, please. I enjoyed it. Similar formula to the first book: Opener sets the theme with Harry meeting an inquisitive ingenue for some exposition, off to a nauseating murder scene, hypersexed reporter, potion mixology with Glowskull McRapey, surprise Marcone visit with a job offer & a clue, meet scary underworld creatures led by a woman, the threat of an authoritative body hangs over Harry as they watch him very closely, summon a mystical creature for information, boobs, Murphy arrests Harry, boobs, get attacked by a monster, boobs, side villain and main villain showdown, boobs. Still a bit too predictable, but I enjoyed it for the popcorn it is. You're a wizard, Harry. So his mother didn't die in childbirth. And his father went out by some other mysterious means than previously believed. Voldemort, you naughty boy. You're a b*tch, Elaine. She did some evil stuff and she doesn't have a square to spare. Looking forward to meeting her. Would I throw up if I looked into Harry's eyes? I wanna see. Murphy doesn't just hate litter. She saves it for later. Somewhere around the time Harry noticed Murphy's "cute earlobes" as she was going about her work, I wondered, "Does Harry have a crush on Murphy?" ..."Do I have a crush on Murphy?" I wasn't sure if I was reading (listening?) too much into Harry's perceptions. He notices the bodies of every woman around him, but he also missed her when they couldn't talk directly. And I like Murphy. I relate to her. Then of course, a few chapters later, Harry's subconscious made a comment that I wholeheartedly agreed with. As soon as Carmichael showed a little faith in Harry's innocence on the question of Harry's involvement with Marcone, and the humorous moment they had, I was like "Oh no, don't kill Carmichael." :/ Made me sniffle. And immediately wonder who Murphy's new partner would be. Harry isn't an officer. So, someone handsome, smart, and just open minded enough to be friendly with Harry so Harry gets all twisted up about a niggling jealousy he has about New Guy and Murphy? Does New Guy show himself to be untrustworthy and Harry has to prove it to Murph, inviting all her ire in the process? Hm. My subconscious wears perfume, black leather boots, runs a 5-minute mile, and got her degree way before I did. The whole bit with the subconscious was fascinating, and reminded me of a redditer's warning to be careful what I wished for because Harry becomes one big internal conflict later. So now I can't help but wonder if there will be more of those little fireside chats with subconscious Harry, perhaps with a few other manifestations of Harry's worried mind. Like Harry's id to his superego. Bet that would be scary. Perhaps a magical intruder. Oh boy. Phrasing: "Sex to donuts." Loved it. The feels when Murphy saved Harry from the wolf and used her DIY bullets. "Fuego!" LOL I know it's Latin as well as Spanish, but that will never not make a Southern California kid laugh. Oh, the menacing imagery of Parker kneeling casually with a blown out knee while making nonchalant murder promises. So good. Also, Parker's team can do a mean type & screen. Butcher paints a picture. He proved himself capable in Storm Front, but this one ramped up. I adored the concept of sensory overdrive as part of the magic experience - feeling snakes rubbing Harry's palms, whispers of natural elements that weren't actually there. Ugh! So good. Felt terrible for Harry when he realized he might have been able to prevent Kim's death, if he'd just given her the information she needed. He was facing a real ethical dilemma there, though. Can't just go around explaining how to read bomb schematics. If she told him what it was for, he would have helped. His emotional outburst with Susan felt like forced intimacy, though. Both for the two of them as characters, and for the reader and Harry. It felt just as hollow as the random sex pit stop in the middle of battle time, followed by the weird use of Susan as servant for Harry's gear-up scene. That coupled with the chat with Mr. Subconscious seemed like a not-so-thinly veiled metaphor for a larger character arc set up for Harry and Susan. She'll play nurse to his broken parts, fill a lovergirl space until Harry becomes a real boy, before having to tragically let her go as part of his larger self-actualization. BEST SCENE The background potion as Harry infiltrated the station, then confounding his efforts to warn that poor guard. I asked for more suspense. I got it. The way monochrome shifted to colorful bright spots as people paid attention to Harry - such a great concept. I was not disappointed when Butcher made full use of it for the moment the wolf locked on Harry. The tension built up perfectly. The guard felt real and I ached for him to make it. The way the wolf painted the room with him was genuinely horrifying. The way Harry delayed using his magic made me squirm with frustration. That became a theme, a sometimes convenient plot device, it seemed. Harry jumped out of a moving car and thought/narrated, "Don't look at me like that." I was looking at him like that, so I laughed aloud. More 4th wall breaks, please. Where are the swinging sweaty dicks? When people get hypersexed for whatever magical reason, it's just the women. Tera was the born-sexy-yesterday trope. The FBI agents all dealt with the same magic addiction making them uber violent and uber sexual, but only Benn felt the need to moan and rub her nipples or just rip her top off for no reason. The other agents should have been striking similar poses, walking everywhere dick-first, fingering their buttholes, etc. If you wanna write weird stuff, write weird stuff. Just be consistent, is all I ask. Just because there's a view, doesn't mean you should look. Harry ogling the young wolf girl when she stretched in her robe and walked away was annoying AF. He called her and her friends children a few words ago, but apparently *she* wasn't too young for him to openly gawk at, and she wasn't even naked. Then his complaining about Susan, the fully grown hot woman prone to throwing her lips all over him, getting in the way of his view as if that were a bad thing. Get ahold of your selective chivalry, dude. Why does Susan like (maybe love) Harry? He puts her in danger without giving her the information she needs (warn a bish if she's being followed, don't just jump out of her car and leave her to the ...wolves). He apparently didn't even trust Tera at the time (though he had reason to), but he left Susan alone with her. Susan plays nursemaid, costume dresser, ego smoother, therapist, sex buddy, and still doesn't know much about him because he won't share. He ogles like it's his job, even when Susan is right there. He's high investment, low return, and large with the danger. I bought them as f*ck-buddies, but as soon as she said something about falling for Harry, I was out. She's also written with all the dimension of a sheet of paper with (.)(.) drawn on it, so I guess I should be glad she surprised me? Hope she gets more interesting. Poor MacFinn & Tera I was really bummed when I thought Tera died. And MacFinn's story was such a tragedy. Really wished he and Tera could chase their litter around that park. Butcher does this dance between setting up his main charactenarrator's faults as impeding his awareness of a larger plot (giving me faith in Butcher as a writer), and then occasionally doubling down on making his character Mr. Uber Cool or the smartest guy in the room when he has no reason to be & other characters have every reason to know better than him (returning me to believing Butcher's really just doing a self-insert). Like when Harry kept assuming Murphy just picked up his discarded paper because it was litter. Were we supposed to think Harry was dumb, just didn't give her enough credit for being a friggin' detective (is it because her earlobes are so cute, Harry?), or was Butcher just bad at misdirects and wasn't giving readers enough credit? Or did Butcher know the readers would catch onto that before Harry and Butcher was just showing how Harry's chauvinism gets in his way again? If it's the latter, then why did Butcher position Harry as the one to break the case to Murphy in the end, as if she couldn't figure out his simple dot connecting herself - especially after everything she witnessed? Which leads me to: Butcher got me, dammit. When Murphy put herself between Harry and the wolf as Harry was finally swinging his silver, apparently aiming her gun at him and ordering him to get down, I was fully pissed. "Oh goddammit, fine, make her stupid. WTF." Plot twist, Denton lives to club another day! Or try to. I totally thought Butcher was dwindling Murphy into a dumb plot device, but he mostly wasn't. Of course she was defending Harry. But a cop would have chosen a better angle. At least he didn't make her a total moron. Why did Wilson bite Benn? Marcone's got 99 problems and not having enough guards by his death pit is one of them. How did Susan recognize wolf Harry? Was it the power of lurv? Someone fire Murphy's surgeon. I know it's annoying to nitpick about medical errors in fiction. I usually let the overly frequent concussions go - people like to knock their characters out and pretend there are no effects or they only "see stars" for a few seconds. Alright, fine. But Butcher gave Murphy an open fracture to her upper arm, with enough angulation that a passerby could see the bone protruding. Likely vascular and nerve injuries. From a beastie with claws covered in dirt and other peoples' blood. She'd need to be in an OR for vascular repair within 3-4 hours tops, with staged debridement at 24 and 48 hour intervals, and probable external fixation rods instead of a plate with all the soft tissue and bone reconstruction she'd need. Surgery likely delayed by all the swelling. And no way in hell anyone would put a cast on that arm at that point - oh hey there, compartment syndrome, fancy meeting you here. Who needs arms, anyway? It's just a very dramatic wound to give a character and then have them up and running around the next day. Also: don't put hydrogen peroxide on wounds! /rant Dear Narrator, Wow. Pretty sure that if I ever get around to making kids, my grandkids will still be getting chills. Great job. Also, just a couple minor details, but uh, the "s" in "debris" is silent. It's "periph-er-al" not "periph-ry-al," and it's "miss-cheev-us" not "miss-cheev-ee-us." Just small things, really. The pacing and emotion however, great. Edge of my seat. Carry on. I'm not sure if this post is actually a spoiler, but the book is not accessible in the API yet, sooooo... I was going to comment on this in Byf's video about the Veil since I thought about it as he read this lore page, but it got long and I think YouTube has a limit on comment length, so it seemed like it might fit here better. Also, that video was posted 4 days ago and creators don't really see comments after the first hour and it may not even be seen by anyone else they actually read through a lot of comments.
I'm not really sure if this provides more information than Byf or anyone else has already understood or theorized from the lore entry, but, tl;dr: the main thing I got out of the entry is that it is a description of the us and our incursion into the Black Garden to destroy the Black Heart.
Anyways, interpreting the Inspiral lore entry as a programmer, it seems to me that anomaly One is us and much of the entry describes us coming into the Black Garden and destroying the Black Heart. It's a little hard to parse because I'm not sure if the syntax is really based on any particular programming language, but there are a few pieces that make some sense.
"Garden state: Neutral" reads to me like an output string on a console of some sort and describes a state where the garden (the Black Garden) and the gardners (the Sol divisive) are not doing anything out of the ordinary continuous simulations.
The first line of "code", `garden&&gardeners==root&&branch==leaf&&flower` is the first thing that doesn't syntactically make sense (to me) given that && is a logical AND and == is an equality comparison, but the order of operations (at least in C) is that == comes before &&, so formatting with parentheses (like you would in math to clarify order of operations) would be something like `garden&&(gardeners==root)&&(branch==leaf)&&flower`, but it seems like they meant it to be something interpreted more as a spoken language where "garden and gardners" are the "root" and the branches are leaves and flowers. Perhaps defining a rooted tree data structure like a binary tree, though I don't know if a the root and sub nodes would be limited to 2 branches each, where the root of everything is the Vex, who are running the simulation, and every other entity or object is a subnode defined as a leaf or flower.
The double forward slash in most language is a comment in code, so not to be interpreted as code, just a note left by the programmer.
`anomaly ++` is our first clue to something entering the Garden. `++` is an operator that increases whatever precedes it by 1. So, the number of anomalies in the Garden is increased by 1.
`anomaly One = leafinvasive` seems to define the new anomaly as not a gardner (Sol Divisive), per our first line of code above, and an desirable element in the simulation.
"Garden state: Active" seems to be the simulation starting to "actively" analyze the new anomaly and assess the threat.
`case Irrecoverable:` syntactically is a piece of a switch statement, which is a type of decision making structure (similar to an if-then statement). Though part of the structure is technically missing, it can be interpreted as "if the simulation hits this case, do the following". Which leads into the next statement, `if (irretrievable injury (garden&&gardeners)) && (threat persistence) then (escalation. escalation.)`. So, if an irrevocable situations happens, check if there is injury (irretrievable we'll see later on is the same as irrevocable and irresolvable) that can't be fixed (we destroy Vex) and we are still in the Garden, then escalate something, assumably defenses to fight the threat.
The next line about damage seems to be a string output assessment of the threat (us) and also tells us that irresolvable is the same as irrecoverable and irretrievable. So, the Vex or anything we destroy cannot be fixed. This could be the Black Heart, which only existed because the Witness visited the Black Garden and planted a see (as we'll read later).
`anomaly ++` is where things start to get interesting. It seems like we're adding another anomaly to the Garden, though given what is defined afterward, the order doesn't seem to make sense. There are a couple ways I've thought this could be explained. One is that if we look at the anomalies as a single bit (0 or 1), then incrementing the bit by 1 when it is already 1 would flip the bit to 0 because of how overflow would handle an attempt to increase beyond the limit of the value, going back to the lowest value (or bit-shifting right, which would drop the overflowing 1 and leave a 0). The other way to interpret this is to interpret the coded parts of this lore entry as a stack or heap where code execution may not be straight through line-by-line at runtime because of operations that go into a different piece of memory, either by design to call a different function, or erroneously, possibly given the "damage" and "recoverable" output line, because of memory corruption or another issue. It still seems to fit with the general narrative of the code, so memory corruption or another error doesn't necessarily fit unless that is the recovery from the errocorruption.
`anomaly Zero = infinitewitness` seems to define a different anomaly that perhaps preceded us (anomaly One) in the Garden, namely the Witness. Upon hitting this, a lookup is done to further define anomaly Zero based on previous interactions ("archive data retrieved."). This line does not seem to be code, much like the Damage line output, but seems to indicate that the Witness planted a seed, which appears to be the Black Heart, or at least is something the Vex were able to use to simulate the Black Heart.
`Zero : seed :: One : DANGER` also does not seem to be a line of code, just an analogy string to relate the 2 anomalies.
In trying to process these 2 paracausal anomalies, the simulation starts to fail. ("SIMULATION BREAKING")
anomaly Zero is not currently in the Garden, but we are still there as a continued threat to the simulation.
"Garden State: acting (gardeners in unison)" is output indicating the Garden moving to a new state with more Vex being deployed to address the threat.
`extirpate (anomaly One)` reads like a call to a function called extirpate, which is a word meaning to "root out and destroy completely" on the parameter `anomaly One`. So, obviously an explicit directive to destroy us.
The rest of the lore entry seems to just be the aftermath of our incursion into the Black Garden after we leave with calls to functions to escalate the simulation and find a way to solve the "anomaly One" problem. The results of these function calls appear to be The Final Shape, simplifying and flattening the universe through winnowing, so an offensive against us and everything else in the universe.

“Tell me, Bishop, why are you suddenly interested in all of this? Why is Cerila here lying in bed?” I asked.
“Kaladin asked me to help her reach the level of a War God. I was testing her when I started to piece things together. But a deaf Beastmen woman trained by a Grandmaster light mage straight from the Holy Kingdom…things are starting to make sense,” Bishop said more to himself than me.
So he knocked her out…this man…what if he angered Kaladin? Ah, I suppose Kaladin isn’t so close-minded…hopefully.
He turned his intense eyes to me. “I request your help, old friend. I ask that you train Cerila on your own time. Her magic is amazing, and she is quite creative. I believe she can learn a thing or two from you. I would also request that Jessica, if she is feeling better, speak with Cerila as well. After that, I shall make moves on my own.”
I see. This is Bishop speaking to me, not King Maxwell. He must be earnest now if he is asking for my wife and me. It’s not every day I see this side of him.
I raised an eyebrow at him. “You are awfully adamant about this. Can I ask you why?”
The king smirked slightly, but his eyes were smiling a great deal. “It’s rather simple. I owe Kaladin a lot as a father and a man. He saved my family and my daughters not once but twice. I need to fulfill the first quest he’s given me, or I’ll never be able to rest easy. Helping him from the shadows can only accomplish so much and doing it alone would be a waste. I must guarantee her success.”
I shook my head. Sometimes I even forgot Bishop’s true nature. The man wasn’t just a genius on the battlefield but off of it as well. He hid behind this persona of being a meathead despite being a calm and collected person. I just chuckled. “You know how it is. She is getting more ravenous by the day. Trying to eat for two is quite taxing.”
“Isn't that the truth? They get so moody as well,” the king muttered.
Huh? Why did you phrase it like that?
My eyes widened as I looked at him. “Wait, don’t tell me!”
Bishop just smiled at me once more and put a finger to his lips.

Good day everyone. I hope you have all had a wonderful week. I've very much enjoyed my break, but I'm already ready to get back into the swing of things. And we are going to start a bit early with Vol.6 recap :D
To start, thanks to those of you who took the to fill out the survey in a meaningful way. I'm happy to say that 99% of the people that filled out the survey did so with good intentions. Also, the information I got from it was beneficial, and everything is on the up and up.(Regarding Ko-Fi and general operations)
As for that 1%...well, you probably know who you are and what you did. It would have been best if you perhaps at least waited for more people to fill it out not to make it so obvious :)

General Story-

Here is the first bit of general story stuff. Things are somewhat balanced for the most part. Vol.6 was full of significant events, so there was a lot to choose from.
Also, the average for Vol.6 on a scale from 1-10 was a nine, so Vol.6 was well received overall, according to the survey.
Personally, I think this split is pretty good, and it's what I wanted. Obviously, the more significant events got more votes, but that's to be expected, but it's good to see that the more minor events were enjoyed as well. Also, the primary genre for this volume was "Drama," which probably also played a part.

Let's get into Kaladin some more.
Overall, people are enjoying Kal's progress and the way he is going emotionally. Two hundred fourteen of you who responded believe that Kal should remain the same, while the other 21% want him to use the fame just a bit more. Which is good for me because I agree wholeheartedly with that outcome.
Kal's character isn't the type to want riches and fame. It was never his goal nor a desire for him. I think if Kal started unnecessarily swinging his weight around for minor reasons, that would reflect poorly on the character I've created.
Don't get me wrong that doesn't mean he won't ever use his fame because that would be just as dumb. But, when the time comes, and the situation is appropriate, Kal won't be afraid to utilize that newfound fame/powerank, I promise.

Kal Power Level-
So, it appears that many of you want to see a more powerful Kaladin. And I can understand that.
Kal is in a weird spot right now. He's stronger than most of the people around him in a one-on-one fight to the death, but those who are in the top percent of the world's power are still giving him a hard time.
I like it. I know that might not be the answer you are looking for, but Kal's strength has come a long way from the kid who passed out just making a small gust of wind behind his house. Also, I don't see myself giving Kal too many schools of magic. He's already at a high number for this world, and he has hardly mastered what he has. So giving him more right now would be too much.
Also, giving him some arbitrary power boost isn't in the cards. To be honest, I think the only "plotty" power I gave him was the Dragon eye, and that probably wouldn't help in a life-or-death fight against, say, King Maxwell.
We also have yet to see Kal fully go out against a powerful humanoid who is in that top-tier strength of the world. Sure, he's sparred with his dad, Cerila, Syvlia, and Professor Garrison, but there is a huge difference between a spar and an actual fight. In all those fights, Kal never had the intention to kill his opponent, which is a massive difference and can easily skew results, as it should, in my opinion.
I've been pretty consistent on Kal's stronger magic being dangerous not only to his enemies but to him, after all. It wouldn't make much sense for him to go around and start plasma bolting Cerila in a duel just because he wanted to win, now would it?
Although I hope you don't think that will be the case forever. Things would be boring if Kal never fought a strong enemy of that caliber. So we will be seeing something soonish in the story. Also, we are going to soldify the powerscale for the most part in Vol.7.
Also, things would be boring if Kal just stayed where he was, never able to deal with some of these severe threats himself. We will see some training and development on multiple fronts (magic/equipment) in making Kaladin "stronger." And we are going to see that in Vol.7.
Will he achieve the Dragon Emperor level of power that many of you wanted? Who knows :) I guess we will have to read and find out.
This brings me to a question some of you asked, "Why does Kal's power level seem to be all over the place." And the answer is, "What were his intentions and the circumstances of him going into the fight?"
If he was fighting, say, Tsarra, he's not going to drop blue plasma fire on her head and attempt to kill her. Nor is he going to engage in that brutal close-quarters combat and break her bones (Unless that was the goal of the fight, which would be weird). Kal going into a spar with Tsasrra should be different than Kal going into battle with The Chapter of Despair. The motives are different, and so should the outcome.
It's the reason he lost to Cerila for the first time. He went into the battle nonchalantly, with no intentions of taking it seriously. And in return, he lost(Although there was more to that, to be fair.)
Same with Sylvia and the fight at the ranch. They both got heated, the goal shifted, Kal got too serious, and he put Sylvia in a bad position. The goal changed briefly, and so did the outcome.

Kal Politics/Luminar-

And now, onto this part. This was also interesting, especially the second question, since for a long time, it was deadlocked at 50-50. Like, actually, at 50-50 even with 200+ responses.
But, judging by the third question, most of you want him to interject somewhat into Luminar's politics, even if it is just a little bit.
In the coming chapters and volumes, if this survey is to go off of anything, I think most of you will be happy about the future of Kal's involvement with Luminar and its politics.
There will be a little of that in Vol.7, but we can look forward to it later on. After all, we have 3 siblings who can take the throne. Kal's gotta handle that somehow :)

This one surprised me a bit. I would have thought that many of you would have wanted to keep Mila out of the fight. Although thinking about it, I did put in "protect herself" which is an obvious want.
Of course, Kaladin would want Mila to be able to protect herself. That has been drilled into Kaladin for a long time. Even his parents were like that, so it makes sense that he would want to do the same.
But I also feel that he would be hesitant at the same time, even if it were slightly illogical...huh...
Well, I suppose we will have to wait and see. She is a bit too young to be training so hard anyway.
And for the 12 who strongly dislike Mila, you truly are the worst :'( How could you hate this face? What's wrong with you, huh? You probably kick kittens or something, you psycho.

Kal & His Past

So, we are mostly in agreement on this section. I also think Kal's reveal to Sylvia was important and a good thing that needed to happen. It did a lot for both of them and their relationship, which was the goal.
As for the reveal of his past to more people and the open responses, most of you wanted something along the lines of "some event needs to happen for him to share more." What those events were depended on the response, but it boiled down to much the same thing.
And I agree. I think Kal going off and telling people about his past for no good reason would probably be a net negative thing overall. Some external factors or forces would have to make him do so.
And that is also in regard to his parents.
I think him telling Sylvia versus him telling his parents are similar yet vastly different things. I mean, look at it this way.
The relationship someone has with their mother or father is entirely different from their spouse, right? Sure, there are overlapping things like love, being a family, seeing them succeed in life, and wanting to be with them, amongst other things, but the things a mother does for a son or daughter are different from what a husband would do for a wife.
Just imagine if the child who was your pride and joy, the little creature that you thought was half of you with the love of your life, and the little monster that you changed its poopy pants for years turned out to be a grown man—a killing machine from another world at that who lived an entirely different life before coming out of you.
I think that revelation of that fact would be different for a mother or father than, say, a girlfriend or boyfriend. And the ramifications would also be different. So I think Kal should be 10x more afraid to tell his mother about his past than Cerila.
At least, in my opinion, that is. What happens in the story remains to be seen.

Kal, Love, Relationships, & Harems-
The section I'm sure many of you have been waiting for. This is probably going to take a while, and I hope that I can call my points across. I've been going over this section and my eventual response in my head for weeks... let's just hope it writes out as good or better than what I've been thinking.

\Throw out any idea of forcing someone into a relationship for this section—no slave harems or making people do anything against their will. That's an entirely different subject matter and has nothing to do with what I am writing or will write.*
So, I got a question in the Q&A section I thought I would start with. "What makes a harem, a harem to you?"
I am of the orange response, mostly. I don't believe that a small group of people entering into a mutual relationship is automatically a harem. Multiple people vying for one person's affection also does not equal a harem in my eyes. Not all polyamorous relationships are a harem.
Basically, I only used harem because it is the most frequently used term to describe something like this. Although, I believe that term to be wrong in most cases and only really applies to anime esq harems that are over the top.
And before we delve deeper, I want to thank all of you who came into these questions to actually give me proper feedback, constructive criticism, and advice. Those of you who did so, even if you believe this to be a personal negative aspect of the story or don't care either way, are fantastic people. Thanks for putting the time into some of those open responses.
And to those of you who just left one-word sentences or some gibberish in the open responses, you missed the point and the opportunity.
And to those of you specifically who are sending me meaningless threats of "I'll leave or drop the story if you do XYZ" with no actual substance, I find you to be obnoxious. Please slither back into whatever dark hole you crawled out from. Your opinions mean nothing to me, and they won't sway my vision of this story in the slightest. If I had given in to people like you, I would have stopped writing this story in Vol.2.
This is my story. It always has been and always will be. So I'll tell it how I want to.

According to the survey, things mainly seemed split. 99, no, 73, yes, and 106, no opinon. Now, depending on what side of the fence you sit on, you might think that 106 no opinion is more toward your side. But it seems a lot of those 106 people left similar responses in the open section (I think). I'm choosing to think of those 106 no opinions as "Certain things need to happen, and they need to happen well," instead of, "I don't care at all."
A lot of your concerns were the same,
"Sylvia wouldn't allow it."
"Cerila and Sylvia do not mesh at all right now. Them being romantic together makes no sense."
"A group of women "fighting" over one character is bad."
"As the characters are, them all entering a relationship together makes no sense."
"The partners should all be equally considered and not just be shallow prizes for Kaladin."
"Things should be thought out and developed."
"It needs proper build-up and a real connection between the different characters."
"They should behave like ordinary people and make realistic choices."
"Kaladin is currently not fit to have dozens of women in a harem."
"Having an obscene amount of partners in a relationship is typically bad and becomes cumbersome in the story. Diverting attention from what matters as it tries to get all the "partners" a piece."
Although these are primarily boiled-down versions of your responses, you get the gist. And to these concerns/remarks, I wholeheartedly agree with you, 100%. These are spot on and how I also feel, and I recognize all of this.
For those of you who said it was "impossible regardless" or "is too much of a suspension of disbelief," I disagree. Is a polyamorous relationship less likely to succeed than a monogamous one? Yeah, most definitely. Not that monogamous marriage is all that successful and the end all be all in the first place, but I do recognize these things. I also don't think it requires any more suspension of disbelief than is what is needed to believe in a reborn supersoldier in a fantasy world as an elf that slays dragons.
But hey, that's my humble opinion.
Anyway, to those above concerns, I once again agree. As things are now, Sylvia and "insert any character" would never be able to enter a relationship together with Kaladin as a package. If I forced it, it would be disingenuous to the characters I created and would be wrong. And there is no reason to pretend otherwise,
Sylvia is the number 1 candidate to be with Kaladin right now.
It would also be just as bad if Kaladin suddenly flipped the story on its head and started telling Sylvia to allow him to have a bunch of women or even to begin seeking out other women under Sylvia's nose or directly in her face. That's not Kaladin. That's not the character I created, so it won't be like that in this story.
Regardless, instead of telling you what I'm going to do. Let me tell you what I'm not going to do.
As I've said before, Kaladin is not going to suddenly become a playboy and start collecting women just because they showed interest in him. It took him this long to openly and purposely flirt with Sylvia in chapter 150, and it was the equivalent of "You as pretty as da moon." For him to go from that to banging any woman that showed interest in him would be wild, and it won't be happening, ever.
I said this once before, truly loving Kaladin should be hard. Sure, on the outside, being interested in Kaladin makes complete sense. He has money, power, prestige, a pedigree, looks, and a decent enough personality to tie it all together loosely. However, genuinely loving him would be challenging the second you peer through his cracks and see him for who he really is.
Just look at what happened to Ren. I'd say her feelings got crushed the second she saw him for who he was underneath the mask (literally, heh). Even if they did bounce back, saying they were the same as before would be hard.
Also, for example, Sylvia and Cerila having a single heart-to-heart conversation and just being like, "Oh yeah, I guess this is okay. Let's do it." Won't be happening. If it were to happen, far more things would have to go down in the story. And that includes any character being with Kaladin.
My track record of deep emotional issues in this story has been relatively successful, or so I think. I don't think I've done any character injustice so far regarding a serious "Drama" orientated matter. Things have been slow, and I've built a solid, somewhat realistic foundation for many of these characters, and I have 0 intentions of breaking them now. Just look at Kaladin. If a small half-assed conversation were enough to set him right, things would have been over a long time ago, right?
Basically, what I'm saying is, trust me and the process. I don't think I've let you down yet, and I don't intend to do so ever.
Also, for those of you who left questions about the current stance on Kal's relationship with Sylvia, I thought I gave a pretty good indicator in chapter 150. But maybe I missed the mark?
What I thought I did was Kal set a wall in front of Cerila with conditions for both of them that needed to be met to move forward in any capacity. Many of those conditions were realistic, would be challenging to accomplish, and there were no hollow guarantees of some fantasy outcome. That Kal openly accepted his feelings for Sylvia and will be progressing forward, even if it's awkward and a bit slow.
That's what I thought I did, but once again, maybe I missed that mark for some of you. Either way, you will see a marked difference in their relationship in Vol. 7, a big enough difference to go, "Oh, I see things really are changing."

As for anyone else, we will have to wait and see how things develop.
Whew, hopefully, I got everything. Now that that is done, let me give a few more quick reminders.
Graphic, written out in detail, sex in this story won't be happening ever, no exceptions. Things, if/when they ever do occur, will be fade to black 100% of the time.
Basically, what you are going to get is what you've got now. At this point, thinly/scantly dressed characters or omissions to an appearance of a character in that kind of situation are as spicy as it gets.
Also, just because Vol.5/6 had lots of romance and drama doesn't mean that every single volume is going to be like this. I've got a lot in the tank, and that being the focus 24/7 isn't the goal. Although, don't get me wrong, Drama was always a primary genre of this story, and it won't be going anywhere.

Volume 7 & The Story-

So, yeah, Vol.7 is gonna be fun, hopefully. Action is coming and all that :) But we have to get there first, so there is some usual volume build-up, but I swear it will be worth it! And the fighting tournament should be fun with a bit of...well, yeah. No spoilers for that.
Honestly, the best way to look at the story right now is to think of Vol.6 as the end of the story's first half. And maybe seeing chapters like 143ish as the new prologue.
So that leads me to some Q&A questions I got regarding the story-
Q: How long is this story?
A: We are halfway through it.
Q: So does that mean there are 6 or 7 more volumes left?
A: I honestly have no idea. I know that sounds dumb, but it's the truth. There was a point in my head that I thought Volume 4&5 was the same volume. So telling you that there is going to be "x amount of volumes" at this point would be a lie because I don't know how long it's going to take me to get to the end.
Q: Is there an end to this story? To Kaladin's journey?
A: Yes, 100% there is an end, and I will make it come to life even if everyone leaves me. This story will not last forever or for ten thousand chapters. This will also not be an open-ended ending either because I'm not too fond of those in 99% of cases.
Q: Why don't you know about your own ending? Why can't you give us a guess?
A: Because if I give you a guess and I'm under, you will be disappointed for no reason. And if I overestimate, you might think things are going on too long. So I hope you know that I have the destinations for this story in my head. I'm just writing the journey :)
Q: Will we see Squeaks again?
A: Yes, in this volume, actually :) (Only spoiler you are getting from me)

What I've Been Up To & The Future Plans.
Keep this section rather short, hopefully.
One, I thank all of you who are concerned about my health. I know recently I've been saying I've been going to the doctor a lot lately, but I swear nothing is going on.
I'm in good health and just went over my biannual blood results—nothing of note or to be concerned of. I got glasses for driving at night and for far distances. That's a recent problem, I guess. But that's all my fault since I spend most of my life watching a screen. My up-close vison is still amazing and doesn't affect my writing at all.
As for the plans, I wanted to let you know about some behind-the-scenes things.
For one, I'm looking for a professional developmental editor(Whole nine yards of editing, not just a line editor), so if anyone out there knows one or is one, hit me up.
Before I think about getting a webcomic going up, I decided to solidify Volume 1's content and get it fully edited and published because it makes no sense to adapt a comic on content that isn't finalized.
And yes, I do plan on going back to all the old volumes and doing just that. Add more content/chapters, get artwork, and all that jazz.
Also, if you are or know a voice actonarrator and are interested in doing an audiobook, also hit me up.
I have some plans for all this. I think I'm going to go through with it in the summer. Things are looking good, and I'm looking forward to it.
Also, the second story... I've been slacking on this a bit. I intended to finish it last month, but things happened...oops.
As of writing this, I'm 75% done with both of the starts, and I'm almost ready to get people to pre-read them. We shall see how that goes.
I also figured I would give a notice of some breaks I'll be taking in the coming months, especially during summer. I'll be taking about a week off in June and maybe 1-2 weeks off in July. So I figured I would just warn you now and remind you again when it comes around.
