Hi, 32M here, currently with improved lifestyle (mild alcohol 1-2 per week, cardio, sports 2 times a week, I dont lift since it never brought me any results and it is hard to keep up the motivation) and a long history of ups and downs in penis sensitivity, delayed ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, depressions. I was a heavy drinker (each day several glasses 4-5 years back), did not care that much about myself, was in a toxic relationship that only supported the depression. Finally found a new girl and went to urologist last September since my problems with ED and DE were seemingly diminished but I still felt like shit. Found out I am borderline low T (265 ng/dl), 1.8 LH, 9.2 FSH, slightly smaller than average testicles, varicocele grade 2. According to my urologist this is pointing to primary hypogonadism acquired long ago. It all started to make sense and since I wanna have kids, went for SA (again, borderline low results, doctors suggested IVF with such numbers), went for varicocele surgery. Erections and libido got slightly better but I feel the inevitability of TRT (urologist prescribed me the androgel to test it for one month and felt significantly better). Nevertheless I know it will further lower down the production of sperm. And definitely the top purpose in life for me is to take care of a family someday. There is HCG replacement, I know. But I'm just scared that it wont be that successful due to the long duration of my issues. Urologist also mentioned anastrozole for temporarily boosting my SA (and cryopreserving) but again not sure that will work. Partner is very supportive but not entirely happy about it of course we would prefer conceiving naturally. Anyone walked a similar path? Any insight on how you dealt with such situation?

A little bit about me:
I’m an 18 y/o (will turn 19 soon) and I moved out of my home very soon after my 18th birthday (as in 3 days later). Since I was a kid, I wanted to study at a prestigious college with a beautiful campus like they showed in movies, even though we weren’t financially capable. Through the years as I grew up, my family’s situation changed, and I could see my dreams turning to reality in the near future. I wanted to dedicate my life in arts (cinematography, literature) but also had an interest in human anatomy. So I decided to take up medicine, hoping it would allow me enough time to be able to pursue my passion, and also fund it as neither of cinematography nor literary studies are a cheap hobby.
I completed my 12th (Biology) in March 2022, gave IELTS in May with 2 weeks of prep, and got an admission at an overseas university for July 2022 intake.
I moved to a different country (or a different continent entirely) for my further education. I struggled a bit in the first couple of weeks, but the nerves settled soon after. I am doing fairly well at studies and social life too, as I somehow managed to convince other students to elect me as the president of one of the student clubs lol. I have also managed to start a photography business (a stuff of dreams, really) and although it is just taking its baby steps, I have high hopes it would turn out well.
Looking back at the last couple of years since I passed my 10th in 2020, the COVID lockdowns, the quarantines, the online classes, I am glad I managed to get through it and be where I always wanted to.
So that was a part of my story which i wanted to convey. I probably just needed to vent/rant about it or someone to discuss it with. So if you wanna discuss more about education abroad (I researched so ducking much about it, prepared excel sheets comparing universities and their eligibility requirements, fees, course details, job prospects, etc, I feel i might know more than any agent out there, maybe wrong though) or life in a new country, or anything in between, I would love to interact.

In addition i purchased a WD SN700 M.2 drive to install a fresh install of windows 11.
The problem i am having is that all internet browsers crash. Firefox simply crashing without explanation(the individual tab) and edge gives me Error code: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION. Also only on the browser do some images get pixelated or they have lines with distorted color. No image problems with anything but the browsers. I don't have any extensions installed and don't have a browser account signed in. I cannot for the life of me figure out why i only have problems with the browser. I found another reddit post of someone having the exact issues on another AMD build but not solution was every found.

Things that i have tried.

• Running ram at default speed and expo speed
• i updated bios and drivers
• installed a fresh copy of windows about 10 times between windows 10 and windows 11
• i removed my graphics card and just connected to the mobo hdmi port
• did both prime95 and memtest64 for a few hours with no errors
• i disconnected Ethernet cable and use wifi
• immediately after installing a fresh windows the only thing i do is open edge and it crashes right away with no other programs or updates installed.
• tried firefox, edge, chrome, opera, brave
• i dont have the cpu overclocked

I have no idea what to do everything is new and the only thing that gives me problems are the browsers. its so weird that the problem is isolated to the browsers especially the vertical lines/pixalation

My pc is used to gaming/browsing only. WoW and e-sport titles. The thing is i just want to plug n play experince mostly which Intel gave me in past. AM5 is no brainer with longevity of socket and 7800x3D but i am afraid of problems with AM5 platform - DDR5 training and boot times, faulty mobos with USB which doesnt work sometimes and problems with booting at all. I am not biased against AMD. I would like to buy 7800x3D but there seems to much problem right now with AM5 and i dont want to spend hours to tune things. I am not that kind of guy.

x3D cpu should dominate WoW which is my main game. So what now? :D Will 5800x3D be wiser choice? AM4 is dead end but on the others side its more matured, stable and 350e cheaper.

Hi all, I've never come to this subreddit before so please excuse my long winded nonsense. I appreciate anyone reading it in advance.
I (23) met my now girlfriend (23) when we were very young. I always sort of had a huge crush on her for a long time actually, but figured it was best to stay away as I was kind of a punk kid and made awful decisions. Thank God I did that, in hindsight lol.
We actually did not start dating until recently. Like, last week in fact. We both just got out of 5 year relationships, with some breakups and other relationships and hookups (with other people) in-between.
Recently we grew very close as we are at very similar stages in life, have similar professional goals and even similar careers, and have definitely bonded over our shared fierce independence and recent brutal break ups. This has truly made me love and respect this young woman as an individual. While visiting her last week, we both just passionately melted into one another- the next thing I knew, this absolute goddess of a human being told me she loves me and wants to date me. I still am in disbelief of it myself, truly I am very very lucky.
We are similar in so many ways, and yet totally different in others. I feel it creates just the right amount of mutual respect and passion for our beliefs and goals. This is all to say I believe we are very compatible.
But therein lies my problem- I am definitely a "my health be damned, x and y have to get done and they have to get done right" type of person, and so is she. She's attending graduate school about 2.5 hours away from where I am (which is not really a huge problem for me), and works a job on the weekends as well as an internship. This woman literally gets one day off a week and spends it doing chores, she gets zero time to socialize or relax like ever. Luckily she graduates in 6 weeks and will be moving back here.
It fucking kills me inside. I too was on the "grindset" for quite a while, but have recently learned to take time for myself, as working yourself to insanity to line the pockets of some CEO is not a wise life choice. While that is neither here nor there, I truly worry for her health.
When she was younger, growing up poor as I did, she was extremely malnourished to the point that it has caused long term bone density problems for her. She was forced to get a job to feed herself, as I once did. She gets joint pain all the time, and yet still continues to slave away, working non-stop constantly to achieve her goals. She also has endured some low self-esteem issues that caused her to not eat as much as she should have, which in turn makes this problem even worse.
God damn it if I don't admire her so much for this and so many other things, she truly inspires me every day to push myself. But I worry constantly about her.
She makes dogshit money slaving away at fucking PetSmart instead of relaxing and enjoying her weekend, while her lazy fuck coworkers are all too happy to take advantage of her hard working nature in order to do nothing all day. She has this disgusting roommate that is just a complete pig and leaves all the cleaning to her, and all of her internship coworkers and even classmates pull the same shit with her group work intensive studies.
So this woman that I admire so much is worked to the bone 24/7. I listen to her problems whenever she needs with no hesitation, but the male part of my brain constantly screams "help her man she's drowning like you were! Don't you wish someone helped you then?!" And I can't seem to turn it off.
A good example is this upcoming Thursday, which is her only day off in the week. Her plan was to spend it at a mechanic shop getting ripped off by a stranger to fix her car and then running an assortment of errands all day.
I simply snapped, and said "you are absolutely not doing that, you're going to put on some pj's and relax while I work on your car and run those errands. I'll cook you a nice dinner and meal prep you for the week and be on my way, no strings attached." And she thought it was an ungrateful thing to do to me because of the drive and whatnot! She did say yes and that she's happy to see me, but I am paranoid of sabotaging the relationship by being clingy.
I completely understand this, as I would do the exact same thing. I get that we just started dating and that it might be a bit too much, but she has no support system all alone in a new city working so much. She also does not tell her parents or friends any of these things that she tells me. Regardless of the romantic aspect, I would have done this as a platonic friend. Hell, she could call the whole thing off tomorrow and I'd still do it.
It breaks my heart to see her suffer in this way, but I worry that I might suffocate her a bit. It is just in my nature to do this sort of thing in my defense, I have always tried to love and support all of my friends and family like this. I worry that she might think of it as clingy or something, or an excuse to come see her. I just want to give this woman one stress free day to relax, especially with her finals coming up.
I guess my question to you all is, how do I compartmentalize helping this human being that I love and respect so much with the new and inherently fragile romantic aspect of our relationship? Please feel free to speak freely, any advice or comments are greatly appreciated.

I'm a new to the game and struggling to understand how the Dwarf team should be played against higher strength bash teams. The main strength of the dwarves is their sturdy line of blockers, but they obviously can't compete with opposing line of higher strength. The slayers are the obvious answer to this but often they become marked easily due to their poor mobility. Due to low mobility and large availability of block dwarves want to play the bash game but I often find my team surrounded if I have the ball, unable to break through due to having so many unfavorable blocks against my team. At the same time, low movement and average agility makes it difficult to play the passing game. Should I just take the one die blocks and hope for the best?
How should I set up and plan my game when im on the offence?
