TLDR: Evil sister took advantage and coerced our mom into signing real-estate documents after a court hearing found my mom to be mentally incompetent. Evil sis removed her from the state that found her mentally incompetent so she could get the documents notarized to proceed with the sale. Evil Sis is now with holding the money that should be rightfully our mothers from the sale of that home.
This is a long one, here goes nothing...
Background: My mother was diagnosed with schizophrenia about 2 years ago. Around that time the home she was given by my grandma when I was very young was being repossessed by my grandma and cousin due to lack of documentation showing the complete payments of land contract. This is what ultimately brought on the schizophrenic diagnoses from the doc. My mother's mood disorders (bi polar, depression, anxiety...ect) got much worse after the stress of the home she'd lived in for almost 20 years being taken. She tried to fight them in court but the documents she needed to prove payment were nowhere to be found. That house was eventually awarded back to my grandma in court and has since been sold.
During that process my mom went totally bonkers, got arrested and taken to a hospital where she was kept for over 3 months because she continuously tested positive for Covid and couldn't be released when a bed opened up in a real mental hospital. She was not happy staying in that hospital. That coupled with her extreme mental problems led to violent incidences taking place between her and the staff. Escalating to the point of her breaking out a locked room (she actually broke through the drywall of the room to make it into the neighboring patient's room, freed that patient from being tied down to the bed and left out the door.) The security guards chased, darted her with a huge dose of sedatives, tackled her down and choked her out. My oldest sister went to see her a day after this happened and found her beaten and bruised tied to the hospital bed so she couldn't try to escape again. When we requested the hospital provide us with the details of what happened and show us the security footage they refused and said it had been locked in a secure vault that could only be released through court order. We didn't know what to do and felt my mom had been acting violently so we just dropped it and moved on. After all my mom certainly wasn't in a position to be able to hire a lawyer, and any lawyers we talked to about it didn't want anything to do with it because of her mental status. Eventually the hospital released her and she was moved to a group home where she could come and go as she pleased. Remember she has no home to go back to now because it was taken during a court hearing which she could not attend due to being in the hospital and mentally incompetent (although mental incompetence hadn't been legally ruled yet). Eventually she showed up at my oldest sister's house. My sister got a motel room for my mom. She also got involved working with APS and the state of MI to try to get my mom some care or long-term treatment because it was becoming overwhelmingly obvious that my mom wouldn't be capable of self-care.
My mom co owned a second property in FL with my middle sister, we'll call her MS for simplicity sake. About 10 years ago my mom purchased the property with MS in the hopes she would help fix it up and have a place to live. This resulted in a very ugly and unpleasant real-estate battle, eventually settling on my mom making payments to MS until the full balance was paid off. It's hard to say since i don't have access to the records at this point, but I've been told my mom owed less than 15K to MS to pay that property off entirely.
But now my mom can't complete the payments because she's unstable and unable to care for herself. We started the process with the state to get guardian/conservatorship assigned to someone so those necessities could be addressed. Legal process is slow, especially because of Covid, it made things take 2x as long. Within that time the taxes started piling up on the FL property, fees from the city started coming in due to the grass being unkept ect... MS took on paying those things and became increasingly hostile and manic about the legal proceedings so she could sell the FL property. It was listed on the market and a few interested buyers made offers but mom was too paranoid and unstable to be willing to sign the docs (especially after the initial trigger of the first property being taken). Months went by, the court cases came, and guardianship was awarded to a 3rd party representative. During our court hearing, the representative for the guardian was not present (apparently due to family emergency situation... go figure), this responsibility was awarded to someone who was not in attendance. Weeks went by, we all received papers stating exactly who had been appointed, along with contact info. MS attempted to reach out over and over with no responses. After a while we were told that the guardian never actually signed the papers to accept the role. That was why there had been no movement in the handling of my mom's assets, living situation (she was still homeless, in and out of group home and motels when she was willing to trust staying there).
MS got tired of it; she flew to MI to coerce my mom into signing the real-estate papers allowing MS to take ownership and sell the property. MS also thought it would be a good idea to buy a plane ticket for my mom and fly her to the state of TX where MS resides. This was her attempt at "taking guardianship since nobody else would" even though the MI courts specifically awarded a 3rd party due to the disagreements in the family surrounding MS being guardian. Oldest Sis and I didn't trust that MS had moms' best interest at heart and assumed she only wanted the role to take advantage of the real-estate situation.
Once my mom left the state of MI, because the guardian never actually signed the paperwork to take control, I'm being told the entire ruling is no longer valid. If and when my mom gets back to MI she will have to go through the legal process all over again. We've tried getting her help in Tx but there are fewer social programs for someone like her, most things you have to apply for the only long-term mental facilities are privately owned, and we can't afford to house her there for long. And because she's paranoid she won't apply for any government assistance programs; nobody is legally her guardian so we cannot do it on her behalf. She's been homeless for the past 6 months, MS successfully sold the FL property and is now withholding the money that would have been my mom's portion.

I just hope there's some way justice can be done for my mom, yes, she's difficult and insane but that doesn't mean she should be robbed by her daughter.
I'm also curious if there's any legal options for holding the hospital accountable. The nurses mentioned that the security guards overdosed her with sedative and were concerned at the time. When we asked about it later, they refused to discuss or disclose anything.

At this point I feel I have no choice. I've decided to get involved to help figure out a living situation for my mom back in MI and escort her on a plane back home. MS refuses to disclose how much money my mom has so I can't determine a reasonable living situation and ensure expenses will be able to be covered.
All I want to do is help my mom have somewhere to go using the money that's rightfully hers so she's not homeless anymore. If anyone can advise on the type of lawyer I would need to talk to for help please share. I'm not even sure what legal grounds we have at this point since shes been moved from MI to TX. Any insight or suggestions for next steps is very much appreciated. I just hope there's some way justice can be done for my mom, yes, she's difficult and insane but that doesn't mean she should be robbed by her daughter.
I'm also curious if there's any legal options for holding the hospital accountable. The nurses mentioned that the security guards overdosed her with sedative and were concerned at the time. When we asked about it later, they refused to discuss or disclose anything.
Sorry for the insanely long novel, it's a lot, I know. At the very least i hope you all enjoy an unbelievably dysfunctional story about my family. Maybe one day I'll write a real novel!

- I'll be moving to a no income tax state, and although my income fluctuates, I estimate my 2023 to be around $100k, which I calculated to be a savings of $6,200 compared to my current state of residence. Since I won't own a property, higher property tax doesn't apply, and sales tax is also lower. Figuring this, I have assumed I can add some of that savings to my living budget. Is that a mistake?
- I'm a content-creator and it's my understanding that I can deduct a home-office using the regular method of the % of sq. ft. the office is of the entire apartment. Referencing one 2-bedroom apartment I liked in this area, it's 850 sq. ft. and the room I'd use as an office is 120 sq. ft. If I pay $1750 / month in total rent/utilities, I can deduct 14% of that, working out to $245 / month. $1500 is in the range I want to be for living expenses, so with the deduction, that's where I believe it'd put me. Since going from a 1-bed to a 2-bed is typically a $200-$300 rent upcharge, I'm assuming it'd be smarter for me to do the 2-bed with the office deduction, I just want to make sure I'm not mistaken in any of my thinking.

Today I was messing around and was going to book some movies for this Sunday. I was on my PC and decided to see when what times Renfield would be playing when it comes out in middle April. I usually go to a 16 screen RPX and nothing was showing for its release week. I checked the 22 screen with 4dx that's closer to 50 minutes away and there where no presales at that location either. So I looked at the local AMC and its several listing available for pre-order.
I checked the Regal App and sure enough a notification under promo's titled Sucks to be him. The notification clearly states that tickets are on sale now, but when I click on Get Tickets the app crashes and I have to restart.
Can anyone preorder Renfield tickets? Assuming its a bug and tickets just might not be in the system yet.
Edit: So it's clearly not a bug and a location issue. 14 Regals in NC and only 2 locations have presales for Renfield. What makes in strange is that the two theaters showing presales are much smaller. Who knows maybe some theaters are just slower adding dates or something.

DISCLAIMER: As someone in their late teenage years, many of these mistakes have been made, and most of them have been learned from experience. This guide has been created to help educate anyone involved with drugs on how to best protect themselves against law enforcement, and to do this for a very, long time. However, despite this probably being the quickest and easiest method to generate money, the risk far outweighs the reward. You can put your family, friendships and personal life in jeopardy, and you will have to rely on too many stupid people not to get caught. If you or your friends don't mind that, then read this before you do:
-Don't get high off your own supply. Consuming your own product may reduce any profits you make. For example, you buy a bag of product but inject it all in one day, now you don't have enough money to buy more needles and expand your business.
-Frequently test your product. Failure to do so in an unregulated business may eventually result in overdose, arrest and death. For example, you decide to sell a new batch of product your supplier has cut without reagent testing, and you are later arrested because your customer died of a fatal substance interaction.
-Invest and sell in bulk. Only invest in large quantities of product that have the highest profit margins and rate of purchase, while reducing the customer base to bulk buyers. For example, products bought in bulk such as benzodiazepines, cannabis, opiates and amphetamines will generate the most income.
-Trust no one. Don't engage in activities that require trust such as fronting people anything like money, or product. For example, if a junkie can't afford his addiction, don't fuel his debt.
-Loose lips sink ships. Unnecessary disclosure of sensitive information can be used as evidence against you. For example, your customers think it is okay to short change you because you've boasted to them about how many gucci belts you own and how much money you earn.
-Don't shit where you eat. Everything relating to your business should be dumped off your property or destroyed. For example, you should never be vulnerable if you get raided.
-Better safe than sorry. Never get comfortable, always analyse and improve your security. For example, imagine you are the prosecutor looking for holes in your defence in court.
-The aim of the game is to have no name. Make it known to your associates that you will not do business with anyone who discloses your name or any sensitive information. Cut everyone off who does, as this presents a major security issue for you. For example, if you have any unknown contacts for your business, then that is an indication you need to cut off one of your associates.
-Ignorance is bliss. The less you pretend to know about anything related to your business, the better. For example, intent to possess or sell product is usually required for law enforcement to charge you with an offence.
-Never let anyone know your property. This is because your property will link back to your personal life and compromise your anonymity. For example, no one should know where you live, what car you drive or firearm you possess.
-Never handover product first, without the handover of money. Customer could receive product without releasing funds. For example, you give a crack-head a bag of product and he runs away with it.
-Don't do business with anyone you don't know. A verification system must be used to qualify people as associates such as customers, suppliers or employees, where a person requires at least one successful transaction to be able to make direct purchases or sales, and people without verification should not be able to contact you. For example, you can be relatively certain that a potential customer is legitimate if they have made a successful transaction.
-Use third parties and dead-drops for high risk transactions. These techniques make it difficult for law enforcement to create links because they separate you from any transaction. For example, your middleman was able to retrieve your product because law enforcement did not have the resources to constantly surveil the dead-drop.
-Never come under control by other people's property. Doing so reduces the chance of you being able to escape a robbery or arrest. This includes things such as cars and houses. For example, you give money to a person inside his car in exchange for product, then he hands you a bag of dog biscuits and drives away.
-Dictate the location/time of every transaction. This reduces the chances of being robbed or arrested. For example, choosing a time closer to a transaction, and a location further away from a station would give less time for law enforcement to act.
-Keep all transactions public and discrete. This reduces your chances of getting robbed. For example, think of creative ways to make a transaction in public more appropriate and efficient.
-Don't use your vehicles for business. Vehicles have number plates which can be traced back to you through registration. For example, you can get pulled over and charged by law enforcement should there have been reasonable suspicion to search it.
-Force any encryption onto electronic communication between yourself and anyone related to your business. This includes customers, suppliers and employees. For example, you can use encrypted anonymity tools for communication such as Tor and Wickr to conduct business.
-It is best only with verified associates to discuss sensitive information in person. Using electronic communication in this case is more vulnerable than communicating face-to-face, given that you can't be certain of who is on the other side. For example, it is important to treat personal communication as a layer of security if you have reason to believe your electronic methods of communication have been compromised.
-Never leave any electronic device to hibernate while you are accessing sensitive information related to your business. Other people can retrieve your sensitive information from devices such as computers, phones, hardrives or tablets while you are not present. For example, a house mate gains access to your sensitive information because you left your laptop to hibernate while you went to the toilet.
-Use a logless VPN to change your IP address (physical location) to hide from your ISP (internet service provider) from your electronic devices when in use. This is so that your communications and browsing history cannot be linked with any of your business online. For example, accessing the same website through both business and personal ISP accounts without a VPN may link your personal internet traffic history to your business activity elsewhere, making you a potential suspect for law enforcement.
-Keep all things related to packaging hidden and separate from product when not in use. This is so that they cannot be identified by law enforcement and linked with the sale of product. For example, written documents, clip seal bags, scales, mail, cutting agents, heat sealing devices and drug paraphernalia.
-Ensure product during processing is disposable at all times. You should be able to dispose of product in the process of packaging before law enforcement can get to it. For example, you flushed the product down a toilet or sink before police could seize it during a raid.
-Move stash frequently. Repeated visits to your stash creates a pattern which can be traced if you are under investigation by law enforcement. For example, the police followed you to your stash from home, planted cameras near your stash and acquired evidence for the stash being in your possession.
-Don't let anyone else apart from yourself know where your stash is located. Doing so will most likely result in a robbery, and it can also result in your arrest if that person became a police informant. For example, your stash goes missing, your employee gets arrested or robbed, unable to return funds or product, and snitched on you after having informed him where your stash was located.
-Wear gloves, hairnets and long cloths when handling business. Biometric evidence such as fingerprints, hair follicles and skin can be used to gather evidence for possession of product. For example, your fingerprints on that bag of product is evidence of you possessing it.
Destroy (wipe) all digital evidence after use. You can wipe hardrives clean with programs such as DBAN, and wipe any digital documents and photo metadata with software like Tails, and learn how to factory reset your mobile devices. Ideally, all digital information must be temporary, amnesic and self-destructing.
-Destroy (burn) all physical evidence after use. Do not dispose of evidence inside your property's garbage bins, as it is routine for law enforcement to search them. My problem is simply a feeling of anxiety in every waking moment caused by PTSD. This doesn't help my sales because this makes me sound anxious and not at ease - that's just my state of mind.
I've made some progress but at the end of the day anxiety caused by PTSD is getting in the way of reaching my full sales potential.
I'm honestly surprised I already closed almost 7 deals so far this month.
Seeing as there (apparently) is no cure for PTSD I feel like I'm stuck. I guess I can see why a lot of people resort to substance abuse in sales.
Anyways, this is probably more of a vent than anything else. But if you have PTSD how have you been doing in sales?

It is an objective fact that an income tax is a progressive tax where the rich pay more than the poor. If Washington wants to hold its position as a progressive state, an income tax is the path forward. I would expect this would also end our sales tax at the same time.

To provide some backstory, I submitted a claim for an attempted theft on my 2013 Hyundai Accent in early January of 2023.
While the thief did not get away with my vehicle, they got their bodily fluids over nearly every area on the inside of my car. Blood and other substances were found soaked into the seats of the vehicle, headliner, and nearly every other panel in the vehicle interior. Furthermore, beyond the crippling ignition damage and smashed window that was caused, they left their used drug paraphernalia strewn about my vehicle and the odor from the substances was absolutely horrifying. In short, the vehicle was completely unfit for human occupancy (even in small instances) and was a biohazard. I quickly contacted my insurance company (Amica) about this issue after filing a police report and they stated it would be several days before an assessor could look at my vehicle. The vehicle sat unsecured and completely trashed in the parking lot of my apartment complex during this time.
For reference, the vehicle (pre-claim) was not in amazing shape. It has fading paint all over, cosmetic damage to the exterior, and was well used with over 130,000 miles on the odometer. The Kelly Blue Book value of this car in perfect condition is approximately $4,000; my vehicle is nowhere near that state and worth far less. Upon assessment, despite my insistance that the vehicle should be totaled, the assessor estimated the total cost of repairs in the realm of ~$1,200 dollars to remove all biohazards, replace the rear passenger window, and repair the steering column along with some other damages. To give you an idea of how far they went to avoid totaling my destroyed Hyundai, they quoted a rear-window replacement at $25.00 from a junkyard in a city that is over 150 miles from where I live. In what world does it cost only $25.00 to acquire a piece of glass and transport it 150+ miles and then install it? This exact process was completed for all listed repair items.
I was able to get my vehicle into a shop the week after the assessment. However, fast forward nearly three months later and my car has yet to be repaired. Meanwhile, I have had to pay out of pocket for a rental car and had to go out and purchase a new vehicle to stay financially solvent during this process (because rental cars are really, really expensive). - I teach 23 six-year-olds at once every single day so I believe I have the most patience anyone can have lol. Even though it’s very difficult at times, I absolutely love it and wouldn't trade it for anything else with seeing their faces light up when they accomplish something.

- I already bought the motherboard from Newegg, and bought the SSD as well (but I do feel it is a bit overkill wondering whether I should swap to a cheaper SSD), Main concern is the case, PSU and video card, I bought them mostly based on sales. But first the case (got $55 in CC before tax) is not white (which is OK but preferred white) and not sure if it is a good choice, also no RBG so likely have to spend more later to get RBG fans. For the PSU, it seems to be a good unit, and that is the only reasonable price PSU I can find for a while, just not sure if I should go higher watts. I have also considered going with a less know Azza white case and Azza PSU to keep price down but not sure if it is the right way to go

Tattoos: Sure, whatever, as long as it's not overwhelming or flat out tacky, in this day in age it's harder to find someone with none, so as the trend follows above.
Piercings: Depends, some people can pull off septum piercings, but I personally dislike them, so if it compliments your facial features, sure why not. But there is definitely a breaking point where it becomes overwhelming and you just look like Hellraiser.
Education: Strong preference towards educated women, this does not necessarily mean academics, open to all.
Profession: No preference, but I do tend to like women in psychology (I have my reasons.)
Personality: If I have to learn "your" pronouns, or apologize for my "white male privilege" you can fuck right off; I don't care about politics.
Children: Strong preference in favor of not having them, unless we never intend to meet, or you don't expect a level of commitment from me to them, then I don't readily care, non-factor. To explain a tad bit, it isn't that I can't, I just would rather not raise children, I have too many plans in life that children would derail, maybe later.

Well just to filter some things out, since I get this so many times... I will not be putting a big editorial process to this update(I say this now, after already re-reading, and editing a minimum of 5 times; I'm a slave to my own perfectionism,) so if you mostly have questions about me, ASPD, and things of the like, read this before you message me.
While I absolute love to talk about myself because I'm just such a narcissistic-hedonist, I also do get bored of repeating myself, even if it is a new person. As such read everything in it's entirety before you message me, as I'm going to entertain less, and less messages about me, and not what I'm seeking, I'd rather focus on only replying to potential partners, and absolutely nothing else, that being said if anything I have not covered in this update, or post still burns an answer from you, by all means message me.
"Were you formally diagnosed?"
I get asked about this A LOT, I'm not going to go into very many details, suffice it to say, yes, but it's been labeled as a misdiagnosis, all you need to know is I score high, and I do the things you'd expect, the pyromania, the violence that is actually associated at early age, the works, I'm not comfortable giving you more beyond that, and I will not be entertaining questions about my personal life, maybe a partner could ask me those questions, but I'm not letting you in my head, that's my game, not the other way around :).
Please do your own research beyond this point, it's borderline laziness how often I keep getting asked about this.
"Why are you so open about it(ASPD)?"
Isn't it obvious? A lot of you can't fathom why someone with ASPD would just openly come out, and admit to people, well I guess I really should've brushed up on this when I first made my post, or at least go into a far more descriptive detail than I had originally, so here goes:
If I'm ever to lead a sort of a long term relationship based on trust, and honesty, just how in the HELL do you expect me to explain this to you ever so casually? It's best to show your cards in the beginning, this is my own baggage, or some form there of.
There's two reasons I'm choosing to do this online, and vehemently under anonymity; 99% of you will be irrelevant to me, 99% of you will never meet me, it's just that simple, ergo why wouldn't I just preface my entire description as such, and as brutally honest as possible? Secondly I do not want a partner whom I need to continue to wear a mask for, I want to be me, the real me, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
What I find the most is women that fetishize the entire ordeal, that's all fine and dandy, but it does show just a lack of understanding about what APSD is as a whole, and to be perfectly blunt, you're wasting my time, I don't need to feed into your lonely thrill romance you spun in your head from watching true crime dramas. More often than not, this what happens, spare us the role-playing, I'm just not that bored.
"Empathy"
One clear distinction I'd like to make, so I can stop getting asked about it, we DO have empathy, it's just not how YOU experience empathy. Think of a light switch, by default most of the population's is on, ours is off by default, and furthermore we have the ability to turn it on, and off. Yes, it is that simple, yes we use it for manipulation, now stop asking me about this, it's boring to repeat this.
"Emotions"
Boredom, rage. This is what I'm capable of in the dark, empathy off. I'm constantly seeking stimuli, if you notice by actually looking through my posts, I've moved a ton of times, and always national parks... New atmosphere, new adventures, new dangers, you know, the shit that gets your heart pumping, adrenaline. This is my favorite drug, this is the high I constantly chase to kill the boredom. Rage is just self explanatory, my defaults are animalistic.
I am fully capable of experiencing all emotions, it's just for the most part, because I don't want do, I don't allow myself to.
"Manipulation"
For the longest time I told myself who cares if I burn bridges in my wake, I'm building a highway in its place. Mostly still true, and I absolutely use it on a daily basis for survival, I must stress, and emphasize survival, here is why; I'm human, like the rest of you, what do you do on a daily basis, if not find means, and ways to survive, and entertain yourself? I know no other way other than to use people to my advantage, I minimize the damage where I can, and move about my daily existence, guilt, and worry free about doing any wrong, an argument could be made that we all use each other in some weight, or capacity, and that's good enough for me.
I'm sure by now you're probably wondering what the hell any of that has to do with anything, it's simple if the point flew over your head, again. I'm tired of manipulating people, using them, abusing them, discarding them, I didn't grow a conscious I'm not "growing" as a person, but much more likely, I'm just bored of the routine, or the process, which has become the symphony of my life.
"Love"
I by no means ever want to experience this love you all chase like Alice clumsily falling down the rabbit hole. I've seen it so much in my life it's downright pathetic, and I actually feel bad for those of you that have such strong emotions, see empaths. You're slaves to these emotions, you let people use and manipulate you, you've been hurt, and had your heart ripped from your chest, and it feels like you no longer have purpose, lacking direction, and meaning in life. I merely know this from generally observing humans for most of my natural born life. I'm more than happy to remain the way I have always been, and never wish to experience emotions in the way you do, I find it to be an advantage, one I can apply to more important things in life, like the pursuit of knowledge.
I hope the psych nerds will now stop asking me these questions, I've paid my dues.
"Preferences"
My preferences, are just that, a list of my preferences, at no point in any of my writing did I say I was prejudice between one thing, or that I show favoritism. I merely made a chart listing some of the attributes that I myself, personally find to be significant to me, but that isn't to say, or detract from other things. It's the equivalent of asking me if I prefer Metallica, or Megadeth; well I'm going to say I prefer one over the other, but I enjoy both, and the genre as a whole, the genre being women in this case. I enjoy women for my own personal entertainment, and amusement -- which makes it all the more hilarious to me when I get called a misogynist.
so please spare me all your comments, and messages telling me that it's so "intimidating", if my post intimidates you, what can I really even begin to say about that? It doesn't sound like we'd be compatible, or much less you'd be able to accept me as a person, in any case this is a personal issue.

 | I just bought the game during the Spring Break sale on Steam two days ago and every time I try to play the game 20 minutes in or at best, an hour in, the game would suddenly close on me without showing me an error message, sometimes seeing the ERR_GFX_STATE message but mostly without one like the game would just suddenly send me back to my desktop with no error message showing. My computer meets the recommend requirements with my GPU being an RTX 4090, and CPU being an i9 13900k and having RAM up to 128 GB (DDR5). Outside of that my OS is Windows 11 and my API is set to Vulkan since I get much better performance than DX12.
