First off I'm not a Hokusai player but I do follow JP content a lot when it's about min turn content.
Before you play Hokusai's recent rank up I just wish to warn you that you may not want to do that.
Hokusai's greatest strength in TA is her having "Entity of the Outer Realm A" passive.
This passive lets her get extra 100% crit damage for 3 turns whenever Gogh uses her NP.
And for the context buster crits are inherently stronger than arts crits (150% modifier vs 100%). This is also true for buster crit support.
Therefore what I wanna say is Hokusai's buster crits are a lot stronger than her arts crits.
Here's a visual example of how she beat Super Junao recollection quest.

As you can see most of her damage comes from buster crits and buster oriented support.
Therefore you usually don't want your arts cards absorbing the crit stars.
It's not to say it's a bad rank up for Hokusai, she gets a nice starbomb and for AOE enemies she'll probably need to rely on arts crits to loop and Koyanskaya's buster star absorption is a lot stronger than her arta star absorption.
My advice is for you to wait and decide in time whether or not you actually want to unlock her rank up.

guys. since december, my upstairs neighbors on a two story apartment have been what sounds like taking a sledge hammer to the floor. i know this sounds exaggerative.. but if i could attach the videos i had, i would. i’m not one to complain either- i understand what comes with living in an apartment. This being said, when i complained, it was because due to this “sledging” we’ll call it, nails were beginning to become exposed on my ceiling & chips were falling off. to be realistic, there are now over thirty exposed nails & i just wanted to let the complex know so i didn’t have to pay for the damage. admittedly, im a 23f college student who isn’t really up for extra fees.. especially when i take well enough care of my things. regardless, i have complained a total of three times. once in january, another time in february, & last was the beginning of march. the first & second time, the complex told us fines were sent but required video evidence which my roommate & i had; many more than we’d like to be genuine. the third, with new management, told us those sledging noises were natural old house, typical door closings. insane if you ask me, like the video wasn’t watched. i ignored it, i mean, i didn’t know what more to do other than deal w it at that point & know i had documented the damage not being mine. The crazy thing just happened. i am a pretty deep sleeper, so the things to wake me up were my two cats huddling on top of me in a panic. it was four am & all of a sudden i hear banging on my sliding glass door- first floor. next, my roommates bedroom window. now my window. front door again. the walls are shaking. i have ring cameras, i again wish i could post these. i’m sitting here watching in confusion why this grown man is now harassing us at four in the morning. all of a sudden, there goes the sledging. my roommate & i are small, so we’re huddled in my kitchen, her filming & me on the phone w my family asking if i should phone the police. twenty minutes go by & a flashlight begins shinning inside the unit. check the ring, the police. the unit above, the man who just came & banged on every door & window of our unit, called the police on our noise level. i am so confused on to the motive or what is in store. the police said they told them our story, except that they have had no time to get the proof of the noise. so we pulled up the long thread of emails & videos previously sent along with the ring while i was still trembling, & they told us if it happens again to call so they can act, but meanwhile, go show this in the morning to the office- which of course. but i’m terrified of a break in or meeting him outside alone now that i know he is as aggressive as he is- again i wish i could post the videos. what would you do?

This is a game I made while studying for a year.
It was released today and I don't know how to promote it, so I'm writing it here.
I would appreciate it if you could play it if you have time.

So tonight at around 3AM my time. I was Qing for arena. We did a match, then we waited for 15 mins in the Q again. Then we were matched with the exact same team.
My question is:
Once we finished out match. No doubt the other team Re Qd up right after, same as us.
If we ended up matched with the SAME enemy team, 15 mins later. Did the matchmaking Q let both our teams (6 people Qd and ready to do arena) wait for 15 mins before actually matching us together?
How does the wow matchmaking system actually work? If both our teams Qed right after and we SOMHOW were the only 6 people Qing for arena in that MMR range. Why did we wait 15 mins?
Any thoughts apricated I am genuinely curious and simply wanting to know more after this experience.

I need your opinion about my situation because at this moment I feel all over the place and I don’t know what to think. I (25F) was deeply in love with a man (33M) who firstly was my long time friend (7 years) and then we caught feelings. He was my safest space when we were friends but once we became more than friends he started acting very inconsistent, on and off, then he would dissapear but then would always find excuses, always played a victim and everytime I forgave and forgave because I truly loved him unconditionally. after 4 years of on and off, I want to mention that he never called me his girlfriend, I was a friend and we had a special, one of a kind connection. The connection and bond was really special and deep, very powerful and the understanding we had with each other was till this day exceptional for me. He said the same that he had no person in his life who understood him as much as I did and that he trusted that much. Everytime I asked him what was the problem, if we had very intense sexual chemistry, soul connection, friendship, understanding, great fun together, what was the problem of starting a relationship. He would answer me that he was afraid of losing me and in the past he has hurt and lost every woman he was in a relationship with and that he is “sick”. I still encouraged him to just try and to not be afraid and we agreed to be more than friends but we hadn’t labelled the relationship. That time I spent 1 month in the country he was living we became closer and closer, would hang out every day and it was just magical, everything was perfect, the comfort and harmony we shared with each other. It was obvious that apart of having understanding of each other as friends on such a deep level for years, it was even more comfortable when we were together, cuddling and sharing love. After a month he confessed in his feelings to me and told me he was deeply in love with me and that he was grateful that I was patient enough with him. It was a long distance relationship, and we agreed that he would visit me for 2 weeks in August. before August he had to visit his hometown for a month and during this whole month he never called me. Ever. Just liked my pictures and replied to my stories, not even texted me how was I doing. As I knew about his commitment fears and attachment fears I tried my best to have understood him but his behaviour was still hurting me. When 3 weeks passed and he never initiated a call I called him and told him that the lack of communication we had was very much hurting me and that I didn’t think it was normal, and I asked him if there was anything he wanted to talk about because I felt change in his attitude. He answered that everything was the way it was, his feelings for me haven’t changed and he is looking forward to visiting me. It was just he was spending time with his friends and family and didn’t want to spend much time on his phone. He became more attentive after that talk, he would text me in every 3–5 days but still never called and the texts were very dry. I kept soothing myself by remembering that he was planning to come visit me in August and use all his vacation days to spend with me. So I didn’t want to make a scene or make it difficult, so I waited. And 2 weeks before he had to visit me he called me and told me that he can’t make it for 2 weeks because his parents are moving to another home and he needs to fly back to his hometown and help them and so he will only visit me for 4–5 days. I told him that I feel really frustrated and that he never keeps his word, he never finds time for me and I never feel prioritized and I told him I had to go to sleep because I had work early. In reality I never slept I felt so crushed and hurt. I never for a second believed that there was no way and that he and to help his parents. The next day he called me once and I didn’t pick up the phone, I was still very mad and didn’t even know what I wanted to say because I clearly didn’t feel like I wanted him to visit me anymore. After 2 weeks I reached out to him and explained that I was not intending abandoning or ghosting him, I just needed some time for healing and was still not ready to talk and maybe it would have been better if both of us would think about everything, what we need and want and then talk about it in person. I told him that I would fly to his city in a month and we can talk everything through not over the phone but in person. Before visiting his city I texted him how he was and if he was in the city. He said that he was ok and yes he is there. Then I told him that I booked my flights during these dates and then he never responded. When I arrived there I called him and he hung up the phone once he heard my voice and completely ignored me. I wrote to him a letter where I told him that I saw my part in all of this and tried to own my actions and apologize way earlier, however he never gave me a chance. He never responded to my message. And now I have that feeling that everything is blamed on me, as if I am viewed as a monster in all black who is not to be trusted and at all costs avoided. It kills my heart to think that, because all these years I was always forgiving, supportive, empathetic, loving and only once I slipped and shut down emotionally. Again because the way he was acting, making me feel like the last priority, it was always about his needs but never mine and now he is acting as if everything’s my fault and I’m toxic. Especially after I apologized for my behaviour he started sharing some posts on instagram how manipulative some people are and how snakes will apologize when they don’t get their way. It’s killing me inside and I feel total agony because I never intended manipulating him nor do I think I am a snake, nor toxic. This behaviour of mine, shutting down and ignoring him for 2 weeks was immature, I totally take responsibility and would never do it again but compared to all the things he has done over the years not seeing his role is just unexplainable to me. He had many toxic relationships before and always talked how his exes hurt him and how they were all toxic. Either this is true and as he is traumatized from relationships he is too cautious and easily triggered and defensive, or his exes were never a problem and never crazy. He cut me off completely without a single word, all this. years of friendship and love was just crossed like that.
Please tell me your thoughts. Am I really toxic? Or am I normal?

GTA 6 has been on the horizon for some time, and there have been rumors left and right about the upcoming game from Rockstar. Though the company has not announced nor confirmed anything yet, we could be getting closer to a launch of the much-anticipated game. Rockstar North, out of Edinburgh, is in charge of Grand Theft Auto development, and they are hiring a new game tester alongside other interesting positions.
Rockstar's website lists 18 different job positions currently available for applicants, including the rather interesting game tester role. Diving into the position, Rockstar is looking for people with "Knowledge of current generation games consoles and PCs" and who have "Competent gaming ability." Of course, this would all make sense for a gaming company; however, this is the division of Rockstar that produces the GTA series. Thus, we can reach a limited number of conclusions, including the fact that we could be close to at least a GTA 6 announcement.

Looking ahead this year, we will hit the tenth anniversary of the GTA 5 announcement, which could be good timing for the next game's announcement. While it may be a little cliche, it would be a great way to drum up hype around the dedicated GTA community. We could see a whole celebration of what has happened this decade with GTA, from the main campaign to GTA Online, and even smaller things like a thriving role-play ecosystem.
Whatever the case may be, it will be exciting to see if Rockstar North has anything in store for us later this year. Therefore, stay tuned to HotHardware as we keep an eye out for updates on any GTA 6 news hopefully coming soon.

Let me start off by saying that I am well aware that this kind of post was probably posted on this subreddit about 500 million times already. I just really don't know what to do or how to feel and could really use some advice.
I (22M), started dating my "ex" (25M), again after 4 years.
The reason the word ex is in quotes is because what we had 4 years ago had little to no resemblance to a relationship.
Some background on the last time we dated:
I was at a point in life where I didn't have a lot to do, basically sat home all day and played video games. He was very busy with work and other things. There were a lot of things wrong back then, but the main problem was the fact that I was needy and clingy, constantly needing reassurance that he wants me and so so. I was really hurt last time, because of a lot of things he did and said, and he apologized for all of those things when we talked about them. We were both kids back then, and changed immensely.
We talked about the other problems that occurred and we both changed, I believe that the other things will not be an issue this time.
I was in a really good relationship since and I know myself, to not be this needy person anymore.
I have found, that talking to him, seeing him again, dating him again, makes me feel this way again. Needing constant reassurance and just overall feeling like shit. I find myself waiting for text messages and looking at the exact way he types or says something. Looking at when was the last time he was online on IG to then proceed to lose my shit because he's been online and hasn't texted me. Trust me, I know I sound crazy, and I absolutely hate being this person. I like him, and I just want to feel normal with getting to know him again. I am scared that if I talk to him about it I will scare him off, and also I don't want to give him this power over me, like the last time went. I don't want to wait for a text or a phone call. I just want to be able to feel okay about this.

Whenever I'm doing the Match Madness, I'm alway flying through it to the point where I'm often waiting for the next correct corresponding words to appear, only for me to waste my gems on more time.

I'm almost 30 and I've only had one serious relationship in my life, it didn't even last a year and she was waiting till marriage so nothing happened there. She passed away, and I've been fighting myself to even attempt a relationship. I've been trying everything online because talking to people in person is hard for me. I've encountered hundreds of bots and scammers. I've been absolutely beat down by so many people that I'm just tired of trying. I can't do this shit anymore. I feel like I should stay a virgin. Like genuinely, in the years since she passed I found one person to date. It was a stripper. We went on one date and she ghosted me. I don't know what I'm doing differently. I'm just so tired of trying. Hell, I'm so inexperienced in every way that I can't even imagine what it would feel like.
The very rare times I do find a woman that I vibe with she ends up ghosting me when I tell her how inexperienced I am. I'm not gonna lie to potential partners about my sexual history and its actually causing people to not want to be with me because apparently virgin men aren't liked. Hey there! I'm the developer behind Markdown2Anki, a script that allows you to make your cards using markdown files (for example, from Obsidian) and have a whole new Interface for your cards, without the need of any Add-on :)

The original post has been around two weeks since I shared the project and I'm working on adding new features, so I would like to ask you for your thoughts on them.
Would also love to have feedback on your experience with the program or features requests, if you have any :)

The main new feature

The highest priority right now is adding the cards and images directly to your Anki collection, so that you don't have to import them manually.
This will allow you to specify some default decks (depending on the type of the card) to which cards are sent when the program runs.
Although the technical part of sending the cards is pretty simple, I have an idea on how to implement this: using optional metadata when defining a card, which I would like feedback on.
A card could look like this:

Deck: Coding exercises Type: type-in Tags: python, arrays, algorithms ## [Fill in the missing methods] ```Python # Write to the console "Hello world" {{C1::print}}("Hello world") ``` 

How the metadata works:
There could be three different types: basic, cloze and type-in (or typein).
The program can already differentiate between basic and cloze, so you need to specify the Type only if it's type-in (a special kind of note type that uses the Fill the blanks addon, very useful for coding cards to build up muscle memory). This means that if you don't use type-in clozes, this change won't affect your use of the program.
There will also be default decks set in the configuration file, so you need to specify the Deck only if it's different from the one you've set there (for example, you usually use the program for coding cards but today you made a card on geography and want to send it to your geography deck).
Tags are the tags that are added to the card. I could potentially also make it so that tags are recognized when writing them in the body of the tabs (such as #myTag), but the metadata way could be better in Anki (even though I could give a special look to tags in tab bodies, such as a different background, to highlight them). I don't know if it would be of much use in Anki cards tho.
In many markdown editors or note taking apps you can make templates, so you could add the metadata of a specific deck with just a shortcut form your keyboard (thinking of Obsidian).
Questions regarding this new feature:

• Should there be the possibility of writing the tags in the tabs using #This_format?
• Is the metadata invasive/annoying or do you think it could work? Do you have other ideas?

A small fix

When you run the script, it checks for updates. Since it doesn't let you know of it, it might appear as if the app takes a while to start, while it's actually just checking if the package has been updated, so that it can let you know there is a new version available.
I will add a message with "Checking for updates..." so that this will be clear. The check should "fail" (and just presume you are using the latest version) after two seconds, so that at worst you have to wait a very little time before using the script.
I'm sorry for not adding this sooner.

Other features that I have in mind:

Defining multiple input files
Adding the possibility of specifying different input files in the configuration file, so that you could run the script using the name of the file. Example:
In the config:

input file n1: path/to/file/called/myGeographyCards.md input file n2: path/to/file/called/coding.md 

When running the script:

md2anki myGeographyCards 

Will use the input file number 1.

md2anki coding 

Will use the input file number 2.
I think I could potentially add the possibility of specifying different "default" decks for each of these input files, even if I'm not sure how right now.
Do you think this feature would help your workflow?
Allowing for Maths using Mathjax (and mhchem) or Latex
The styling would follow what Obsidian allows for, so you would be able to write $inline latex$ or $$latex block$$.
Anki supports either MathJax or Latex, with the latter requiring extra setup. If I implement it the way Anki does, meaning I just use Anki's engine to render the Maths correctly, it shouldn't take too long/be too hard, as it would simply require adding an extra pattern to recognize when parsing the markdown and compiling it into HTML.
Do you have preferences on which of the two implementations you would like to have? Mathjax or Latex? Mathjax would also provide support for mhchem I think.
Add live demo
I could use github pages (a free web page that comes with projects on github) to have a live demo of how a card that uses the note type would feel/work.
This could be useful for new users to try out the note type and the tabs functionalities.
Would this be a deal breaker when it comes to trying out the project for you?

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. For private accounts only, the user is free to change the password. In this case, changing the password does not void your warranty. The user is free to utilize all the streams allowed to run simultaneously and share the account with friends/family at their discretion. These guarantee 99.99% uptime. I doubt that you will need a replacement but I provide a warranty nonetheless :)
2. For shared accounts, the user can only use the service on one device (one stream) and they are not allowed to change any login details. This will enable the account to last even longer past the warranty period.
3. Warranty is as specified above. In case of issues with the account, please PM me with the current details of the account for a replacement. Kindly allow for at most a day for the replacement. This may also apply to regular deliveries. I am not online 24/7 but I try to be online for as long as possible. Kindly be patient as you wait for your ordereplacement.

I hope someone could help me here. I am looking for a new ARPG to get addicted to.
I absolutely love PoE...but the last couple of leagues have left me playing for a week and quitting. I still would like something to scratch that ARPG itch while waiting for the next league because I just cannot give up on this game.
That being said I have never seen much of the end game yet...at all. I have put in close to 400 hours on Steam and easily another 1000+ on the standalone and the most I have done is reach red maps and I have been playing on and off since the talisman league... The game is way too complex for me, yet I absolutely love the gameplay loop even if I never actually see the end game
Other ARPGs I have tried include:

1. Grim Dawn - I have put in about 30hrs many years ago but it felt too slow so I never came back to it. I am open to trying it again though if it is better than I remember.
2. Diablo 3 - I did not enjoy this one. I havent played D2 which I heard a lot of good things about but my friend had D3 at the time so I played it for a bit but it felt kind of...boring? It did not scratch that itch. I am still open to trying Diablo games. I have not played D4 beta but I heard some good things about it so far and D2R seems like a good start too.
3. Lost Ark - Well..I am kind of stretching this..it is an MMO but it plays like an ARPG and the combat was really fun. It's a shame though once I got into the mindnumbing "endgame" loop I got burnt out.

Greeting fellow Survivors. So i got myself a server to play with a friend who doesnt feel like playing mutch anymore and wanted to know if some of you would like to join me ^{^}
Short info about me: I speak english and german I play in the central european timezone The server stats a slightly boosted but nothing to much just so that it doesnt take hrs to tame somerhing and the resource gathering is a bit over the average. The difficutly level is set to 6 so the highest lvl tames are lvl 195 and the breeding imprinting is very boosted because who has the time to wait for hrs for them to grow xd
Also little warning im very bad and confused most of the time :p
The map is Fjordur atm but i wana get a second server with either Abberation or Lost Island i didnt realy decode which one for now though to play cross server like.

I am hoping someone in here can help me because I trust my immigration advisor less and less over time.
Basically me and my fiancé are shortly applying for a fiancé visa (I am the UK citizen, she is American). We are basically sitting around waiting for the financial year to be over as I need to submit my tax return for the financial year 2022-2023 as a part of my financial requirements part of the application. I am a sole trader. I can’t do this until the financial year ends on the 5th but in the meantime I can compile my evidence.
Here are some concerns I have (all pasted sections come from my advisors written advice)
Bank statements:
I know I need to provide these as a self employed person. This is what I apparently need to show:
BANK STATEMENTS Bank statements must:

1. cover the period(s) specified and be: (1) on official bank stationery; or (2) electronic bank statements which are either accompanied by a letter from the bank on its headed stationery confirming that the documents are authentic or which bear the official stamp of the issuing bank on every page.
2. a letter must be on the headed stationery of the bank, building society or other financial institution and must clearly show: (i) the account number, (ii) the date of the letter; (iii) the financial institution’s name and logo; and (iv) the information required on transactions, funds held and time period(s) or as otherwise specified in this Appendix in relation to bank statements.

I am just a little confused by the difference between the two types of bank statements. Firstly, almost all bank statements these days are PDF, so I am unsure of the difference between a “real” bank statement and a PDF one. Surely they are the same thing? I stopped receiving paper statements years ago. Even for my tax return I simply click on the “print current view” option and send him that electronically. I’m unsure what home office wants from this.
Stamps?
Regarding the stamp, is this a process that I can have done by simply walking into my bank branch and handing someone a stack of papers? Or do I have to book an appointment in advance with some special stamping person?
Letter from the bank?
Also regarding the letter from the bank - the way this is worded it makes it sound as though I need bank statements AND a letter from the bank. Or do I only need a letter from the bank if I don’t have “”””original””” bank statements? Will they know what they have to write in this letter? Or do I have to tell when what to say?
Other evidence:

1. Evidence of the amount of tax payable, paid and unpaid for the last full financial year. - what evidence is this? Surely this information will be on my tax return? What other document could I provide if not my tax return?

2. (b) The following documents for the last full financial year, … (where those documents show the necessary level of gross profit as an average of those two years):

1. (i) annual self-assessment tax return to HMRC (a copy or print-out); and
2. (ii) Statement of Account (SA300 or SA302). - what is this exactly?
3. (c) Proof of registration with HMRC as self-employed if available. - the only proof I have of this is a letter I received last here from HMRC but I’m not confident I even have it anymore. The only reason it said to keep the letter was to have access to my tax reference number but I can easily access that online so the letter is not useful to me beside that. My advisor did say that not having this confirmation letter on hand is not uncommon and that it shouldn’t hurt me if I can’t provide it.
4. (d) Your Unique Tax Reference Number (UTR) and/or the UTR of the partnership or business. - this is clearly displayed on my HMRC home page when I log in to my area. Is there any way I can screenshot this page as proof of my UTR and therefore my registration with HMRC? If not then what other evidence can I provide for this tax number?

Ongoing employment:
. (g) Evidence of ongoing self-employment through the provision of at least one of the following: a bank statement dated no more than three months earlier than the date of application showing transactions relating to ongoing trading, or evidence dated no more than three months earlier than the date of application of the renewal of a licence to trade or of ongoing payment of business rates, business-related insurance premiums, employer National Insurance contributions or franchise payments to the parent company.
I am a freelance video editor who is on a month to month contract with each of my clients. Can I use my contracts as proof of ongoing employment? What about the bank statement showing transactions relating to trading? I don’t trade with anyone and I do not have employees. Seeing as I already have to provide bank statements to prove my income, I’m not sure what other bank statements they would want to show my ongoing employment?
