Hello all. I have skated in my Edea Overtures for four months now and I feel like I have broken them in, but their shape is not quite perfect for my feet, they are still a little narrow around the toes. At the shop where I bought them, they told me Overtures could not be heat molded but that I could use a blow dryer to help with a particular problematic spot. Has anyone done that? Any advice on that?

Will be spending my 25th birthday in Seoul halfway through a 3 week trip across Asia. Thinking about celebrating in Hongdae for the night, any recommendations as far as spots/clubs/locations? I am male, will be in a group of 3 girls if that matters. Flexible around Seoul for other recommendations!

Hey everyone, I’ve been looking forward to writing this since i first joined this sub. Hopefully i can motivate anyone who has felt, or is feeling the fear of not getting in because of a few mess-ups throughout their process.
So a little bit of background. When i started undergrad i had a real rough start academically. During my sophomore year my GPA dropped below a 3.0 and was told by advisors to search for an alternative career path. Decided to tighten up and started grinding but there were definitely ups and downs. Got some A’s, got more B’s and unfortunately got three W’s. I knew my GPA was my weak point so I focused heavily on volunteering, shadowing, PCE, and LORs. I wasn’t able to pass the 3.0 threshold until right before graduation. I took a few classes after graduation and managed to get my GPA to an appropriate level.
Took one gap year and then I applied for two cycles - 1st cycle i applied to 21 schools, 2 interviews, 21 rejections. - 2nd cycle i applied to 20 schools, 3 interviews, 2 acceptances.
Here are my stats: GRE: 151V 156Q 3.5W sGPA: 3.29 cGPA: 3.30 Volunteering 413hrs - at two hospitals as a transporter and doing small stuff around the floor like passing around water and answering call bells Shadowing 183hrs - dermatology PA - cardiologist - general surgeon in the OR Leadership positions: 646hrs -various positions for a student organization such as social media coordinator, inter-club organizer, and Vice president. PCE 3480 hrs - medical assistant at a medicare/medicaid focused clinic in an underserved community - PCT on the med surge floor of a hospital
There were definitely points in this process where i didnt think i would make it and definitely felt defeated. Dedication and persistence paid off, im going to be a PA:)

I have an autoimmune disease and have a history of mold exposure from childhood - I remember asking my mom if the orangey spots on the bathroom shower ceiling were supposed to be there - to living in a water damaged apartment for 5 years - and now I'm about to buy a house with my fiance.
The inspection came up spotless for everything, including the crawlspace which had a moisture reading (when he could find one) of 8%. It's also winter in South Carolina, so I didn't think he would find anything anyway. He was very thorough and didn't see any history of mold growth, though he's technically not a mold specialist.

I am just so anxious about there potentially being issues in one of the biggest decisions of my life. I wish I could get a spore analysis of the apartment I'm in now because then I would have a point of reference...I feel pretty good here.

The show seems to have a lot of inaccuracies/little details that take away from the overall experience. Probably my worst offense is Carrie's referral to the M11 bus and how she can hear it when she and Berger first have sex (she also referenced it when the publishers first showed her the SATC book cover).
Carrie would only hear the M11 bus from her apartment if it were on the West Side or in Greenwich Village — looking at the bus map, you can see the M11 runs close to 66 Perry St., the physical apartment used in the series — not on E. 73rd St. where she's supposed to actually live!
Also, it appears a lot of the gang's favorite spots are centered in this area, despite for the first few seasons them all living uptown. Magnolia Bakery is close to Perry St., as was the original Pastis.
Just one of those finer details that annoys me because it would've taken no time to look at an actual bus route map and list the right one!!

Hi all. I am searching for someone/somewhere to train for Highland competitions (heavy athletics - throwing stones/hammers/logs/bags etc etc). I would like to work with a trainer but I also just need a gym to suit this kind of strength training. I am pretty casual in my journey so I don't need to be going to like, a crazy olympic level gym, and just somewhere that is uplifting and somewhat welcoming to people early-ish (6 months) in their weightlifting. So, who knows a good spot to lift (and maybe throw) heavy things?
I know it is a bit of a long shot (long shot put? sorry), but this sub has been super helpful in getting my life settled so hopefully someone knows something. I do have access to yards/open spaces for practice, so that isn't necessarily a dealbreaker atm.

im 14 male and i noticed about a couple weeks ago a couple of dark spots in the middle of toe and yesterday i went to the doctors office and they said its probably from trauma because of the way its aligned but let me be honest i cant take a MAYBE SO BECAUSE IT COULD BE A MELENOMA AND I COULD DIE what i dont understand is i thought it was a fungus they said no but they didnt even bring up melenoma but the only way it could be trauma is because i put my feet under my dresser and start hanging off it now it did start in the middle now it drifting to the left and right a little bit also where it is there is a little yellow and i am terrified i dont know what to think but when i was trying to figuire out what it was someone said that there is no myelocytes in the middle of the toe and it can only happen against the cuticle PLZ HELP I NEED THAT CONFORMATION

Like the title says I am having some problems connecting to a server on my local lan with sftp from outside my network. I'm using a Palo Alto 440 and my Nat and Security Policies looks like this.
NAT: Untrust -> Untrust, destination address FQDN, service ssh, destination translation is the server ip and port 22. Anything else is set to any and none.
Security: Untrust -> VM, Destination address FQDN, service ssh, application default, allow. Anything else is set to any.
Im using FQDN because I have a dynamic public address.
The traffic log shows that the traffic is incomplete and ages out. If I run a tcpdump port 22 on the server (freebsd) and then initiates the sftp connection it shows nothing and the sftp client fails to connect.
It feels like I have tried all possible kind of Nat/Sec rules, but I think I have them spot on as of now. Somehow it feels like the server don't get hit with any traffic, the tcpdump would have shown that right? I would also like to add that I have a different web server up and running with the only difference being the ports 80 and 443 instead of 22, and that is accessible from the outside.
Any kick in the head....I mean right direction is appreciated 😁

A bit of background: I have had IBS for 13 years. I have had an IUD for 8 years, because I have had always heavy periods (insane cramping, going no 2 a lot more than usual, heavy bleeding (often through my pyjamas and pants). The IUD worked always for me because it completely removed my periods , except for one day a month where I had some light spotting and cramps.
My IBS is already a lot better due to a very strict diet and taking medication for bile acid malabsorption, but it’s not 100% yet.
I noticed a change in January. I would get very intense cramps, and a lot more IBS symptoms. I realised my IUD was about to expire in April so I went to my gynaecologist. The appointment to change my IUD was today. In between the two appointments then I had a lot of heavy cramps.
I have a colleague that has endo and after looking it up online, I have a lot of the symptoms. I’ve also read that doctors don’t take it seriously. When I was at my appointment today, I asked my gyno “is it normal that my cramps are so bad that I’m almost doubled over when I have my period?”, she said “no” and brought up enzo straight away. She said that a MRI is the first step for a diagnosis.
So, now I have a referral letter for an MRI. It will take a couple of months but I’m happy that my gyno was serious about it

hi! for personal reasons i’m going to keep me and what show i went to private, but it was one of the september shows on the NA tour. these people know me, i know them, and i’m friends with some of them still (thankfully the ones i gravitated towards didn’t go to the aus/nz shows).
i flew across the country for my (SINGULAR) show because they weren’t coming to my city. i want to start this off by saying i know i’m privileged, there’s certain circumstances that make travelling east for me, and i’ve travelled for bands before, but never followed them. my parents were with me on this trip and staying in a hotel a street down from the venue, so as soon as we got off the plane, we hopped in an uber and RIGHT as the uber pulled up to the hotel i went to the arena. this was 6pm the day before my show, and there was a show happening that night.
before this i had never camped out, but i saw posts online of people camping out for two days beforehand so i really wanted to secure a good spot in line as i just got off an 8 hour flights and spent my life savings on this trip. i like waiting in line as is, so camping out was cool with me because mcr is like the one band i’d do it for.
get to the venue, there’s one other person in line. we introduce each ourselves and stick together that day/night, at this point it was 6pm and nobody else got in line until that night BUT when people started lining up.. they were going in front of us. i know they saw us because we were right beside the door with a blanket, the other person was on an air mattress, etc. but walked right past us. so yknow, i go up and introduce myself, tell them i had been there since 6 pm and already started a numbering system for when people show up. they start kinda pushing on me being like “well if you were here since 6 why weren’t you sat here” so i let them know security told us to sit there, as there was a show going on…………i could tell they were REALLY annoyed despite only being two of us. the people who came after they were so nice and we chatted but this group of people specifically did NOT like me telling them “what to do”. of course we got our spot and the numbering system in place, but that night /i/ was kind of cast out while everyone else talked to each other. at that point i thought it was just my social anxiety making me think they were giving me attitude, casting me out, etc. which honestly really upset me because i love making friends at concerts!!!!! until i saw these recent posts about them.
the next day they were a lot better, i spoke with them a good majority of the day but still kind of got that outcasty feeling and didn’t know why.. new people kept on coming up to them and they were treating them so nicely but i wasn’t receiving that same energy? because i kindly let them know we were in line before them i guess???? there was one person who made me feel really at home within that group, so much so they invited me to come with them to their next shows (i didn’t because i was BROKE after that trip alone) so i thank them, but their friends did not. like at all.
it comes to the point where we’re getting let into the venue and they are LITERALLY shoving past me, who was already in front of them, to get a better spot, running, getting really pissy at security for being slow, etc. and it got SO overwhelming because before this the only shows i’ve been to were small ones and i had no clue what i was doing. at one point i got lost trying to find my way to floor because we had to go through so many doors so i asked one of them for help and THEY TURNED BACK, LOOKED ME UP AND DOWN AND IGNORED ME. i also want to specify i am autistic and once again, riddled with social anxiety, so i was on the brink of tears trying to figure all this out but ofc they had an advantage because they were doing all of this the night before.
i don’t know how but i somehow ended up making it to the floor FIRST by the help of security and plopped my butt down at centre barricade. all of them came out, i don’t know if they reacted to me being there first or anything because i was too busy freaking out i was actually about to see my favourite band, but guess what happened!!!!! same exact thing that happened in line!!!!!!!!! i got alienated. i was no longer around the person i originally sat with either and i was surrounded by the brigade, so i kinda had to just sit there silently and awkwardly until the openings came on, which they QUITE LITERALLY SLEPT THROUGH. like not even on their phones. they had their head down in their arms on barricade and they napped.
no issues with them during the concert, it was fine, but i recall talking to one of them about how i wanted a setlist that night because within the 40 shows i’ve been to in my life, i’ve never gotten one. the girl told me she’s gotten multiple set lists from mcr ALONE and that she’d try to get me one.. but when the time came, the security guard was coming up to me to hand me the setlist, but she grabbed it out of his hands :-)
so yeah, that’s my experience with the brigade. i genuinely believe if i hadn’t started the numbering system, which i somehow managed to keep going until the line made its way around the building, they would’ve pulled the shit they were doing in aus. i would also like to specify that this was one out of four of the shows my country got, similar situation w the australian tour, and once again; they didn’t let the locals get barricade. i know i wasn’t a local as i was across the country, but at least i was a citizen LOL.
TLDR; the brigade is mean and extremely passive

Absolutely any advice or guidance on how I can get my update to work would be appreciated.
When the Albums are displayed there is a button for update which i want to load a new page that will display the currently selected Album and allow the user to overtype it and submit the new updated album.

So, I’ve grinded most of the light tanks with bad depression, but this tank angers me to my very core. It can’t hit a barn if it’s 2 meters in-front of it and because of the depression it can’t be used in literally half the maps in the game. I can spot people decently with but this tank is terrible at everything except for running away. I’ve already used the t-34-1 and t-34-2 and absolutely love them, but I can’t bare this tank. Help is very much appreciated!
