Common multiple of 5 and 9

Hello all,
I've recently picked up PoGo after first playing it in 2016. Since then nothing changed for the rural players, but I moved and now live on the outskirts of smallish city (14k citizens) where I have access to a couple of gyms and around ~20 pokestops after 20 minute walk. It's not much, most of my walks end in net negative ball gain, but I'm hopefull with spring coming in, once I get the bike, I'll be able to farm those pokestops more easily, and even get some exercise in, which is great. Maybe once I'm able to nominate pokestops I'll be able to get some more stops in the city, but it just seems so far away, since a rural player has no way to gain exp efficently.

Enough with the sob stories and on to the main point.
How on earth is any new/returning player supposed to catch up with years of events? How am I supposed to get for example the legendary birds or their shadow forms, if Giovanni is the only source of shadow leggies, with 3 months rotation?
Recently I learned that the research breakthrough used to be a good source of legendaries, but now it became a caricature of itself, with parasect being the best reward there, just for the dust.
There were 3 remote raid passes given daily for some chunk of time, which seems unreal given the current state of the game.
What I'm getting at here is there are no mechanics to catch up. I think It's straight unfair that I will never be able to have a Shadow Articuno for GBL, just because I didn't play during some time whatever.
What happened to this game, why are all the good things cut out and all we are left with is 10 TM 1100 coin box in the shop? Is post-covid really that bad for Niantic?
Solutions
To avoid this being a rant type post, I decided to outline some ideas which we could discuss in the comments.
Number one, for the past shadow legendaries, I think it would be a decent idea to introduce some kind of "Rocket shop", where we could exchange points earned for beating rockets for items or encounters with shadow legendaries. That way the top players can now try for better stat rolls on anything and new players have a way of getting previous Giovanni encounters. Not to mention it's crazy that some people were able to catch multiple Shadow Mewtwos by utilizing obsolete mechanics, this will fix it and allow anyone to get as many shadow whatevers as they like.
Two, there should be other ways of earning coins than just the gyms. Since this game aims for daily user interaction, I think introducing some kind of daily routine for the 50 coins would be great and a nice benefit for rural players, for example me, where instead of having to walk 15 minutes one way to the closest gym, everyday, using the same path (this gets tiresome, you know), I might decide to do the entire routine, like: walk 5 kilometers, throw 3x excellent, some other task from the pool -> 50 coins. Personally, what I would do is increase the coin limit to be weekly, so anyone could grind it out on the weekend. I believe this would focus players activity to the same time window, increasing the chance they meet up and actually interact, which this game is supposed to be about.
Three, fix the goddang shop. Right now it is literally pointless to open it up (thank you guys for posting the 400 coins INSANE boost box the other day, I would've never known about it). The daily box is like a grim joke, often giving less than a gift or a single pokestop. The items in the shop are insanely overpriced and not even relevant, honestly, you can live without them. I think it would be great to introduce subsection to the shop, some kind of a candy store, where we could buy candies for our pokemons. How would that work I'm not sure, maybe present a daily choice of X candies for Y different mons?
Four - super pokestops. If there are small amounts of pokestops, why are they not more generous in their rewards? How is a player with 5 pokestops in his city supposed to compare to someone in big city, who doesn't even need to move from his apartment to spin 10 pokestops (I know, extreme Tokyo example, but still, even having one stop on your home is a huge advantage - I know I would buy an autocatcher if I had one).
Five - better raid discovery. Being so far away from the closest gym, I can't even see it on the map. Often when I go on a walk I find that there are no interesting raids at the time (which is funny, because 16-18 should be the top time of activity). I also don't want to spend hours outside just to get one or two raids in, when they finally happen (again, rural player experience...). Increasing the radar range, or maybe marking the gyms I want to know about would be great. That mechanic already kind of exists, because when the game "flies" to your pokemon in the gym, sometime you can get a glympse of the surroundings, which is how I've been doing it with smaller or greater success. You also need to get lucky on the gym locations. But then again, your mon gets kicked out and you are stuck with nothing.

Final question:
Am I in the wrong here? Is this supposed to work like that, that if a one-time available mon happens to be meta relevant then just suck it up, too bad, should've played the game? What are your thoughts on that, because I'm sure my post will invoke violent emotions in the "hardcore since 2016" players.

All the classes had lots of cards that look super exciting and make you want to play them, to test them, to build decks around them. They might even be cards that build new archetypes, which is the minimum for a rotation...

But when I look at the Warrior classes, I'm sorry, but... Who wants it? Menagerie Warrior ? How does it fit with the fantasy of the class?
But most of all, none of the Warrior cards give a "wow, I really want to try this card! It looks like so much fun!". They're just normal cards. Even the legendaries suck? Copy the cards in your hand? Increases your minions' stats? Well that's great, stuff I've never seen in Hearthstone before.

I don't mean to insult or disrespect the developers. But what they did with Warrior is just extremely boring, uninspired, unfun, unhyping.
Even if the cards were SUPER STRONG with totally OP stats, it would still be BORING. And I wish Team 5 understood that.

So we'll have to wait a month and a half / 2 months before the miniset to get more Warrior cards, and hopefully the next expansion will be a bit more inspired.
Honestly I have no hope. It's so sad when you see that the developers had great ideas with Druid, Paladin, Rogue, Mage... The cards look fun! I don't know if it will be strong, but it makes you want to try them... Warrior cards are just... whatever. That's sad.

Which they then characterized as a straw man. I wasn't trying to debate them or form a coherent logical argument, but these straw man accusation keeps coming up, so I thought I'd dig a little deeper. A definition I found defines it as:

when someone takes another person’s argument or point, distorts it or exaggerates it in some kind of extreme way, and then attacks the extreme distortion, as if that is really the claim the first person is making.

I guess I can kind of see what they're referring to as a straw man. I'm not directly addressing it. I'm indirectly addressing it by comparing their position on gun rights with their original question on gun vioelnce. If my previous reply was a straw man, would this more accurately communicate what I was trying to convey:

I've been stuck between bronze 3 and bronze 2 forever it feels like people are just too toxic to climb in solo queue. I will go on 4 or 5 win streaks and climb a division followed by several games where one or more teammates gets tilted and either afks, or starts running it down to avoid the afk penalty. Or even worse those bitches who, after the slightest provocation will follow you around stealing your farm and inting your laner. I'd say 30% of games have at least one teammate who gives up and makes it a 4v5.

My elderly parents are finally downsizing to a relatively small one level house in a new neighborhood about 10 minutes from where I currently live. I have the opportunity to purchase the lot next door with a choice of about 8 different styles of houses.
The new house would cost around $390,000. I currently owe about $139,000 on a $220,000-$250,000 house. Mine and my wife's income is plenty to make the new purchase with the equity in our current home going to the new house.
It's been a long time since I bought a house, and I have two issues:

1. My current interest rate is 2.99%. It looks like the best I could get on a conventional loan now is about 6%. That hurts thinking about it.
2. I could take about $9,000 out of my Roth IRA to put down, but I don't have the down payment to get me to 20% of the loan amount to get past the 80/20 ratio. I would of course sell my house, which would cover over half of the new house, and it would go quickly in my area, but I don't want to end up in a situation where my house sells before the new house is finished in September (I guess I could put into the loan that we wouldn't close on my current house until the new house is closed?), or the opposite where my house doesn't sell before the new house is finished (the real estate company will not take contingencies). What are my options for financing the new house while still in the old house with the necessity of using my current house's equity for the new house?!?

I'm just not familiar with the new home loan buying/selling process, so any guidance would be appreciated. I am going to talk to the real estate company Friday. I am also going to talk to my agent today. This all came up quite suddently, and I would need to move quickly if I want to live next to my parents.
The pros for moving would be that I would be next door to help my parents when necessary, and the house itself would be our dream house.

We have been together for 4 years now and it’s been some of the happiest years of my life. I feel like our connection is on another level, I’ve never loved or been loved like this. But I can’t take the lack of sex anymore. Its like once a month, if I’m lucky. And we have lived together for most of this time. Only in the first few months of the relationship was there frequent sex, at least every few days, and obviously I know that lessens with time but not to this. He also barely masturbates, he has a generally low libido. Within the first year I had a conversation with him about it to say I wasn’t happy with this, and he blew up on me. It’s a common theme with him and having issues brought up, he’d rather shut me down than address it properly. So he gets very mad that I’ve even brought it up and says that he knows and if I bring it up it will only get worse, and lo and behold he was right because he became more anxious around sex after I brought it up. And I want to express I brought it up so gently and kindly because I know it’s not a fun thing to have to hear, but I only want us to be stronger and happier together. He reacted so poorly that I decided to drop it and just get on with it, because we were so happy. So a year or two go by with no improvement, I’ve brought it up not in a way of ‘I’m still not happy about the sex’ but instead I thought what if I start initiating or doing sexy little things to rile him up and make him want me. Never works. He’ll either smile and say later baby or stop me and say naughty girl with a wink or whatever, I never get the action. Important thing to note is that since the first convo, he’s been having trouble staying hard. This was never a thing at the beginning, but now a lot of times we try to have sex when the day of the month comes around, he can’t even stay hard. This has resulted in me feeling like shit about myself. Honest to god I can’t explain how unwanted and unfuckable I feel now, it’s seriously impacted my happiness and confidence. And I know he doesn’t enjoy having this issue either, he’s bought pills to try and do something about it but he still doesn’t initiate. So I brought it up again to him in a big convo we had. He promises me it will get better. It doesn’t again. This takes us to a couple months ago, where we had a fight and almost broke up. I really thought I was finally going to do it, despite how bad I didn’t want to have to. He asks why, what the biggest reason is and I tell him the lack of sex. He says he’s trying to improve, I tell him I’ve been waiting too long and nothings changed but he ends up begging me and promising things will finally get better. I’m sure you can guess from the fact I’m writing this that no improvement has been seen. I know I want to be having more sex than this, I can’t have this be the rest of my life. And he just keeps making the same empty promises when it’s brought up. So provided we have talked about this so many times and I’ve heard the bullshit of things will change and watched it stay the same, what do I do now? As I said I love him with all my heart, I love our life together, but I can’t go on like this. Thanks for any advice.
TL;DR: Been with my boyfriend for 4 years and we have sex about once a month, I’ve brought this up to him many times and he tells me it will improve but never does.

It seems like we have been hearing rumors about Grand Theft Auto 6 since the beginning of time, though in reality, it has only been almost that long. If you were hoping for some clarity with a release finally being around the bend, well, brace yourself—we could be in for several more years of rumors, not just weeks or even months.
Naturally, the folks at Rockstar Games are not offering up any juicy tidbits about the inevitable release. So everything we know, or think we know, has come by way of leaks and rumors. To that end, multiple leakers are reporting that GTA 6 might not come out until 2024 or even sometime 2025. As things stand right now, YouTuber Tom Henderson says the next version of GTA is very early in development.
Henderson notes that, historically, he has not been associated with GTA leaks (he's been more plugged into the Battlefield scene), but the information he shared in a YouTube video is based on what he has heard from multiple sources. He is not the only one that is hearing GTA 6 is still several years away from being released, either.

Given the success of GTA Online, it seems Rockstar Games might not be in a rush to push out another major release. At the same time, it's said the developer is focusing "very heavily on employee well being," which in part means avoiding the crunch that precedes a game's release. However, there is at least one other factor at play as well.
It's said GTA 6 will launch on PC and the latest generation game consoles (PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S). By taking its time in releasing GTA 6, Rockstar Games will have a much wider audience of compatible console owners to drum up sales. And while not mentioned, the same could be true in the PC space, as hopefully discrete GPUs will be plentiful again by the the time GTA 6 arrives.
As for the setting, Henderson says GTA 6 will in fact mark a return to Vice City. Rockstar Games may opt to add more locations to the map over time (post launch), but it looks like a modern take on Vice City is headed to the GTA universe.
Given how much we had playing Grand Theft Auto V when it came to PC several years ago (and still holds up today), we're excited to see what GTA 6 brings to the table, even if it means waiting another 3-4 years.
