I have fully modded skyrim recently and it’s almost perfect. The one thing that I want to change is when you have your one handed weapon and say a spell equipped, your character is slouched over a bit. I want to change that to them standing straight up when I’m not moving. Is there a mod out there that affects just that?

Problems
  1. Chosen Spawns
  2. Infinite Reinforcement spawns after 4 turns
  3. You have to search a MASSIVE map for recruits
  4. Then manually walk each recruits back to exit
  5. Then reinforcement EVERY TURN
  6. None of the Recruits have weapons even though its a "training camp" what were they training with finger pistols? and making pew pew noises?
  7. No Enemy Materials
  8. Do reinforcement kills even give kill XP?
Suggestion
  1. Remove infinite reinforcement
  2. Number of Reinforcements = Advent Strength of Region - 2
  3. The mission wins when all reinforcements + chosen dead
  4. You get all the enemy bodies

These 4 changes will make the mission actually feel worthwhile to the player.
I doubt most players ever try to rescue everybody, Probably rescue the nearest 3 - 4 then evacuate

Platform(s): PC (maybe it was also on console, not sure)
Genre: Beat'em up
Estimated year of release: late 2000's, around 2008 maybe
Graphics/art style: I'd say the graphics were a bit better than PS1 graphics but the polygons were still visible
Notable characters: There was a selection of 4 characters, one women character, one guy with a black shirt (longsleeve i think) jeans and black hair, I think there was one guy with an afro and the last guy I don't remember how he looked but he was the strong looking character
Other details: 3D beat em up with a locked camera, the game starts either with a club fight section (there is one but i'm not sure if it's at the start or later) or with selected characters walking out of the back door of the club, it's a tight alley with a trash can near the door. After you finish the enemies on the screen you go down the road somewhere. You can pick up weapons from the floor and, most of them are melee but I do remember that there was a rocket launcher too.

2023.03.30 19:27 Spiritual-Image7125 The 4 runes replaced with 4 abilities....thoughts?

Actually I'm surprised the demo covered all 4 abilities and he had time to cover. Was thinking, clearly are to replace our previous 4 abilities for new challenges! Here's how I see it:
Fuse replaces bombs in a way ... I'm sure we'll be making bomb shields, bomb arrows, bomb weapons that we throw (bomb on a stick!), once we get to islands where bombs are sold or are growing as plants...I love that better than the slate making bombs which made no sense;
Ascend and Ultra Hand replace Cryonis as it will make us find new ways to cross water or go up waterfalls (find a ceiling!);
Ultra Hand of course replaces Magnesis to move objects;
and Recall of course replaces Stasis, where we rely on time to make the object go backwards, not force from a weapon
Thoughts? Did I miss anything? Of course new things too they will allow us to do, but this is why we don't need the 4 old runes.

It's very much possible in Gmod, but I don't know if any good modder ever tried this, the first person in gta 5 is beyond awful. And just changing the holding animation would spice it out so so much.
The closest thing I found was the "tactical grip mod" for gta 5, but the author doesn't have a good tutorial on it, and it's very complicated, so if you also know how to install that mod, pls do help. Would be much appreciated!

Far Harbor is 6 dollars (most pricey here), nuke world and autamatron is only 4 dollars.

Hello all, we are the 777th Siege Korps of Krieg, a new Death Korps of Krieg unit! We formed this place after being unable to find a unit we really vibed with for quite a while so instead of continuing the search we decided to found our own unit. Our hope is to be a relatively serious unit with a few jokes here and there allowed, this doesn't mean "yes sir no sir" Though it does mean that we are going to be a tad stricter about things. To explain in straight terms, We are fine with you making jokes with your friends here though don't go overboard and ruin other people's fun.

Our Tactics: In true Krieg fashion our tactics consist mostly of multiple rifle teams besieging various objectives in quick succession, The only moments we aren't either raiding compounds or getting shot by enemy tanks are when we are driving to the next place to raid (though sometimes we get shot by tanks in this part as well) All in all we do our best to keep on the move and keep the action happening right near you no matter what squad you happen to be in, We strongly prioritize fun so even though we are serious at the end of the day we do our best to make sure you get to shoot a bunch of stuff.

Our Schedule: Our operations are currently set every Saturday at 2pm EST (7pm GMT) so that our friends across the pond have a chance at joining. We also hold side operations throughout the rest of the week as well. Our hopes are that as we grow we can find other individuals interested in zeusing so that not only our main zeus can play an op once and a while but also so that we could possibly hold multiple main ops a week.
When Joining: When you join the unit basically you just need to say in the channel you can type in if you are a unit rep or wanting to join, At that point you will have a few questions sent to you that are just basics for you to answer, Here they are so you can answer them when you first join if you wish.

So i have been noticed that my fps is lower than my friends pc that have "shittier" components. I have Omen 45L 3080ti, i9-12900K 4.9ghz, 64gb ram ssd etc. My friend can play with elden ring with max graphics 60 fps with rtx on (3060ti) And when i try i get 40 fps. Same thing with many other games 1440p both. Any ideas because im getting frustrated. Sry bad english.
This is what i have done now. Updated drivers, reset whole pc, Virus scans, All random tutorials and alot of other things.

The current commendation system has conflicting goals:
  1. Incentivize pro-social behavior for match made teams.
  2. Act as a progression gate for Guardian Ranks.
  3. Act as a type of flair.
Of the goals number 2 has the strongest incentive, the number everyone can see next your name goes up. Pro-social behavior is nebulous and the flair you only see when investigating someone's profile or hover over their name in a menu. Because of this, people hand out commendations to everyone every match regardless of their behavior and no one cares to give out a commendation for a specific type of action so it's service as flair has no meaning.
Proposed Solution: Ditch all the goals outside of the reason the system was included in the first place, to improve the behavior of the D2 community and thus the quality of it's match made experience. To accomplish this:
  1. Decouple commendations from Guardian Ranks.
  2. Remove categories.
  3. Allow only a single commendation per match.
  4. Only allow guardians to give commendations to other players they were matched with, not queued with.
  5. Give no incentive to hand out commendations, other than the desire to say GG or possibly the hope someone will give one back.
  6. Create a strong incentive for players to want to earn commendations, such as for every 5 commendations the ability to cash in commendations for a piece of end game gear (I.E. artifice armor or a red border weapon).
This new methodology would create a strong incentive for players to want to earn commendations through pro-social play and remove the conflicting goals that are currently making the system schizophrenic and meritless.

Hear me out on this one. If I added a hit/miss ratio for every single type of attack, the martial arts would look like your little brother's COD K/D. I absolutely love the fact that each and every one feel different from the rest, and honestly I don't hate most of the movesets from a visual perspective, but I feel like I only land 60% of the hits from the attack at most. I've played the game halfway through NG+ and I'm just now really diving into my different weapons and I have to say, not only does it suck that you can't embed different martial arts on your weapons (which makes farming even MORE of a pain), but the simple fact is that they're all very situational and I never find myself in the perfect situation to get it's full effectiveness. Maybe it's just me, but flailing my weapon around and only scraping them 3-4 times just feels unrealistic in comparison to the rest of the combat.

Meanwhile, the SPDR S&P Regional Bank ETF (KRE 43.61, -0.72, -1.6%) has given back this week's gain.
Besides financials, only the health care sector (-0.02%) currently trades below its flat line while six of the remaining nine sectors display gains of no more than 0.4%. This leaves real estate (+1.1%), consumer discretionary (+0.9%), and technology (+0.8%) atop today's sector leaderboard.
Treasuries have inched to fresh highs, but the 10-yr yield is down just a basis point at 3.56% at this juncture.
