Hi I teach middle school math. An ELA teacher introduced me to the wonders of Blooket (I previously used Kahoot and Jeopardy Labs).
However recently in one of my classes (admittedly my lowest, most troubled, and most difficult one) it seemed that one of the kids (until this happened I didn't make them use their real names as long as it wasn't inappropriate) would suddenly get phenomenal amounts over the others in the Bitcoin Hack and Gold Rush games. Like everyone else would have 4 or 5 digit scores at once and they suddenly lhad something in scientific notation that would be a 20 or 30 digit number!
The kids got mad and they had heard on social media there was a way to "hack" these games and accused one or more of their classmates of doing it.
No I know these games let you steal other kids points (something I like about it so if a kid whose not doing as good in math gets a question right they have a fighting chance against a kid who gets all the questions right....reversing an issue I had with Kahoot), and I've seen some large amounts build up on these games before (but slowly, and more like millions of points), but until this I had never seen such astronomical scores, and not with the other players all having scores so much smaller.
My next class was my high honors class, and when I told them about it they claim that what went on is legit that you can suddenly get and steal such a high score but they just generally agree amongst themselves not to take it so far so as not to ruin the game play.
Who is right here? I not only have made them now do real names but I only do Blooket with games like racing that aren't points based that the kids don't like as much. Any help resolving this is much appreciated thanks.

Honestly it's been like 2 years or something since hacks came out for blooket. Why hasen't there been an unlimited tokens hack. If people are working on it it dosent take a year or even half a year. With this Blooket blooks will be so much more easier to get. You need about 10,000 tokens to get the least rarest blook. About like 10% of the comminity has that much tokens. The other 90% will never play blooket again because of getting the blooks. So I ask once again, please make an unlimited tokens hack for Blooket!

Small rural school, 81 7th graders. 75% Hispanic, 15% white, 10% black/other. Students still say, “That’s gay,” still say things are reta**ed, calling each other monkeys.
I show them the news story of the Hispanic city council president who had to resign for calling people monkeys, show them all sorts of material on how hurtful racist language is. Words are banned in my class and detentions have been given out plenty.
Playing Blooket yesterday. Crypto-Hack, a game where students select a password and answer questions trying to guess other student passwords for game-money.
One of my two Black young lady students has chosen her password as… wait for it… EZ_monkeyz.

Is this humor? Not sure, but I need to laugh at something right now.

Does anybody know how to use blooket hacks when you school blocked bookmarklets? I just want to know if there is any solution because the blooket hacks don't work for me without bookmarklets. My school also blocked inspect console so that doesn't work either. If anybody can help me please do.

For a little while now I've been creating a quiz where you have to guess the rarity of every blook in Blooket, whether they were unobtainable or not. The only exceptions are those special blooks from Tower Defense because their rarities are not confirmed and are not actual blooks you could select in game if you did that hack where you give yourself all the blooks. Anyways, the reason I made this in the first place is because I saw the one by Metella and it made me mad because it didn't have every blook in it so I did it myself. And no it doesn't have terrible images, all of the blooks have a transparent background. (Except for Rnbw Astro since I still have never found a good gif of it. I got suspended for no reason yesterday when I was in a middle of a game. I contacted Blooket support and the said that they detected hacks on my account. I am confused because I did not hack. Any ideas why they thought I hacked? thanks
