My question is: a) If I put the borrowed MATIC in a LP position, then I (theoretically) still hold them and participate in the downfall of its price b)Shouldn't I have to sell the borrowed MATIC immediately and rebuy them after the anticipated price drop (and close the borrow position) to have this really be a "short" and make the pricedrop of MATIC positiv for me.

On my upper teeth I have veneers and implants. I know i cant get them any whiter, but right near the gums on my two front teeth you can still see my natural teeth a tiny bit and its driving me insane that it changed colors. I had a professional whitening done before i put my veneers and at first it was fine, but its been 2 years since and now that little part got yellowish.

I was always more interested in the macabre and darker parts of the internet. I watched conspiracy videos about all the strange happenings in our world. And there were a lot. I've spent the last 6 years of my life rotting away at home in my room. I'm turning 21 this year and have been trying to get the information i need to start my life hopefully, but ever since I was pulled out of a school my mother hasn't made much of an effort to get Critical documention I need. I was looking for a new biome when I noticed that I was near Aurora and had 2 Leviathan Reaper circling me. I thought I was able to sneak out since I was in the Kelp Forest already but it attacked my Seamoth. I got out for safety and the Leviathan was gone but my Seamoth is 50 meters up high in the air and I cannot make it down. It's got upgrades already so it kinda sucks if I have to make em again. Can anyone give me an advice I badly need it.
I (19f) met this girl (18f) by the end of 2021 online. Things went well and we started dating a few months later. This past month has been very surreal for me. I had an idea for a video, made the video and realized it suddenly had 10k views 2 days later. Recently, I have been thinking about a long running joke that we've been using in my friend group of the past decade or so: "no girl you'd want to date would want to date you because you aren't stupid and neither are they." What we mean to say is that our standards are high (debatably unreasonable, but I'll get back to that), and that in all likelihood, any girl that fits those standards would have similarly high standards for us--standards which we, of course, would not meet. To further clarify, we aren't referring to literally "getting a girlfriend," but finding someone who could see ourselves with in the long term, so 'dating around,' and intentionally looking for 'short term relationships' aren't the subject of evaluation here.
So begging the obvious question: are my expectations too high? And more generally: what is a reasonable set of expectations, goals, and/or motivations that allow us to more fully utilize our talents/potential and lead to a more general sense of contentment with ourselves and our lives. Taking the joke-debate as an example, lets say that based on reasonable psychology/ethics research, to have a successful longterm relationship/marriage, you want to agree on major points of personal belief (faith, family, children, finances, sex, ethical expression, etc.), and accept (or at least tolerate) cultural and ideological differences which are a distinct departure from one's own.
So let's do a little math; assume that every following trait can be evaluated on a scale from 1-10, with each given value denoting the lowest value on an upper bell-curve measurement which represents the statistical likelihood that I will meet an individual with that trait (so a 5/10, aka average, would mean 50% of people have a trait while a 8/10, aka three-sigma, would mean that 0.1% of people have that trait. The list and corresponding desired values could look like:

• physical attractiveness (5/10) = 50%
• intelligence (8.5/10) = 0.05%
• fiscally conservative habits (6/10) = 16%
• religious outlook *including for kicks abstinence before marriage* (6.5/10) *35% = 4%
• athletic ability (5/10) = 50%

And I don't think that this seems unreasonable, since I estimated (rounding) to the nearest 1/2 standard deviation of my own value. (Other traits are left out due to the difficulty of numerically modeling them.) But just running this limited set of numbers, and assuming that there are 4 billion available females in the world, this means that there are roughly 3200 that would fit. Now maybe I'm crazy, but something seems off here. It is possible that some of these traits self-select and aren't independent like I assume, maybe these traits don't have anything to do with relationship success, maybe this is actually correct and finding a generally corresponding person is unlikely.
Now let's say that my estimate is off by two orders of magnitude, so instead of 4000 there are 400,000 girls that would qualify. Then we have to control for age and geography; roughly 1/6 people are between the ages of 18 and 28, and that 5% of the world population is located in the continental United States. This brings that number down to again roughly 4000. 4000 girls in the whole of the United States. So assuming that the large positive error bars brings my prediction within reasonable certainty (ie that my estimate is correct) what do I do? Do I wait and pray that I meet one of these people, hope that we connect long enough to start dating, that nothing goes wrong, etc., etc.? This again seems statistically unreasonable.
So while I am not particularly trying to seem pessimistic, the math isn't looking all too promising. So this again begs the question: lower my standards or just remain alone?
If you'll humor me in one more example to shy away from relationships; one could reframe this in terms of academic performance. Suppose you are taking a class for which 50% of the grade comes from homework. You can turn in homework up to 3 days late with light penalty but after that time it cannot be submitted at all. You are then sick for three weeks. Because a grace period is built in, you cannot opt-out of those homeworks as the university considers the grading method valid, but you obviously weren't able to complete those homeworks. Had you not gotten sick, getting an A would be easy, but now there is no mathematical way to get that grade. Gonna keep this post briefer than my normal ones. I'm an INFP type personality, which is a mediator, I communicate perhaps too well, and I can confirm that, cause I am good listener, and try hard to be not judgemental, when I am, I keep it more to myself, and try and see the good qualities in people. I would say my childhood was normal, other than growing up in a broken home, no father, mom and other family members abused alcohol and hard drugs, which is one of the main reasons I only smoke weed and drink occasionally. I also joined the Marine Corps, was injured during my 2nd deployment and if that doesn't scare you off right away, I am very approachable and can talk about it, without reliving it. I do have good and funny memories to share from the experience. I smiled a lot, even there somehow.
That's essentially me, the guy that leans more optimistic, and always trying to make myself laugh and others. Makes plans and takes care of myself and my younger brother that lives me, I however don't drive, but I live near Philly and utilize public transportation, when I need to travel, and that's something I want the most. Gimme a beach, or some mountains and wildlife, and I am content. A friend, or certainly a LTR, with someone who can support a guy, who was influenced by punk bands, but is a huge metalcore, deathcore, and Industrial nerd with everything from Kesha to Queen, basically I rather listen to Nickelback than Maroon 5.
I wouldn't consider myself a jack of all trades, but my interests outside music and movies, includes video games mostly ARPG's and shooters like Borderlands and Bioshock, and my 2 dogs, both females and one's a full pitbull, and the other is a german-shepard/pit mix. I like most animals, aside from birds. I grew up on adult swim, comedy central and MTV. I enjoy a wide range of movies, and own over 1,000 movies, if you add up my blu ray and dvds.
Not interested in sharing spicy pictures, or receiving them, and not looking for the one, just someone who is supportive, can be sassy but polite and most of all, appreciate a guy willing to make the effort to try and make you laugh with a mix of corny throw away jokes, and dark humor. My female celebrity crush is Aubrey Plaza, and my ideal relationship would resemble Dax Shepards and Kristin Bell or Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively. You don't have to look like those women, all the women I have dated were BBW, I'd say I would prefer a Goth/Alternative women, mainly so we def share musical taste, but I'm also the guy, that finds majority of women attractive regardless of race, social status.

I found this used car and the seller contacted me sending me its last inspection done not so long ago. They said they took care of the oil leaking and are taking back to the shop for the transmission issue. I did noticed the AC is dead but I don’t care about it much. Should I pass or go for it?

Alternative; there’s 2006 Model AWD 137k but seller lost its title. In Oregon, they would need to file for a transfer application I think and I would take this with a title registration and bill of sales. But honestly I don’t think this is a good idea. He seems too eager to sell due to moving away

Hello everyone. I am a record collector from North Italy. I am looking for hardcore/fastcore/PV records mostly from the 90's/2000's. I'd like to add some of them to my collection but they are not so easy to find, also, I'd love to buy some hidden gem to discover more about that crazy period that I love so much. I may say come classics like Infest, Despise You, Spazz, Charles Bronson, Youth Crew stuff and so on, but I am honestly opened to everything, even something more "punk" like NOFX early works, classic punk hardcore and so on.
