We have been together 5 years, living together for 3. I (HL) have always tried to get her (LL) to be interested in sex but she has previous sexual traumas that she struggles with. I have been very understanding and patient about her struggles.
She has set up multiple rules of which I need to follow, like letting her know a day in advance. The problem with that is that if I let her know I may want sex, all of a sudden she has a horrible headache and needs to go to bed early. So i have given up on trying to initiate because I get blown off every time.
We have had MANY conversations on how physical intimacy is very important to me in a relationship because my love language is physical touch. It is a way for me to feel connection, desired and appreciated. But no matter how much we talk about it, nothing changes. I have suggested couples counseling or individual therapy, but she doesn’t want to. I also feel belittled and ashamed for wanting physical intimacy (partly by her). I’m lost because aside from that we work perfectly together and our relationship is great. I love her very much but I don’t know if I can prioritize my love for her over my own physical needs in a relationship.
We average having sex one time every 3 months. And looking back on my journal entries this has been a recurring problem for at least 2.5 years now. I just need a different perspective; do we go to counseling? Do we open the relationship? Or do we cut ties and go our separate ways?

Let me preempt this second post on Soviet serial killer Andrei Chikatilo by apologising for a lengthy gap between the previous part and this one. My future write-ups will probably only comprise a single part, but I'm still hoping to post them more regularly. Frankly I've been a little reluctant to cover this case since it's already well-known outside of Russia and there's plenty of information I've had to compile. I originally wanted to limit this story to two parts, but I’ve now decided to split it into three parts instead. The first one was about the investigation into the serial murders occurring in the Rostov region of Russia. This one is about Chikatilo’s early life and the development of his proclivities, as well as his second arrest. The last part will be about his interrogation, trial, and final years. I would recommend checking out the first part to get a better understanding of who exactly we are talking about today.
Andrei Romanovich Chikatilo was born on 16 October 1936 in a small village in the Sumy Oblast of Ukraine. When he was just four years old, the Soviet Union's so-called Great Patriotic War against Nazi Germany broke out and Chikatilo's father left to fight in it, leaving his mother to watch over both Andrei and his older brother Stepan. In late 1942 Chikatilo's village was taken over by the Germans who started carrying out public executions. Chikatilo almost became a victim of one such execution, though luckily he hit his head on a rock in the commotion and lost consciousness, while the Nazis left him among the bodies, believing him dead. That episode might have given Chikatilo brain damage in addition to diagnosed hydrocephalus, bedwetting, and myopia.
In 1943, Chikatilo's mother gave birth to a girl whom she named Tatiana. Considering her husband had left the village over two years prior, the identity of the father was unknown, though she had possibly been raped by a German soldier. The Chikatilo family was starving to such a point that Andrei had to subsist on grass and roots just to stay alive. Around the same time his brother Stepan disappeared and his fate, like the identity of his sister's father, is a mystery. Andrei's mother would tell him that Stepan was kidnapped by starving neighbours and cannibalised. Things went bad for Chikatilo's father as well - after being captured by Germans and sent to a concentration camp, where he developed tuberculosis, he was eventually freed by the Allies... only to be sentenced to a labour camp back at home as a suspected Nazi collaborator. Like many fellow soldiers, he managed to survive German camps but died in the Gulag.
In 1944, Andrei went to school, where he proved himself a poor pupil due to both his incredible shyness and short-sightedness. He was also mercilessly bullied by his classmates, both verbally and physically, but he was too timid to fight back. Years later, he would complain that all his life he had been "treated like a doormat." At the same time, Chikatilo developed an interest in politics and quickly became a veritable expert on Marxism-Leninism.
After graduating from school, he initially wanted to become a lawyer and applied to the Moscow State University but couldn't secure the position due to the highly competitive nature of the entrance exams. He pivoted to engineering but joined the military before finishing his studies. After his discharge, Chikatilo moved to the Rostov oblast in Russia, where he started working at a phone station and writing for local newspapers. He eventually married (more on that later) and decided to go back to studies, earning degrees in linguistics and teaching.
By 1970, he was teaching Russian language and literature at a boarding school in Novoshakhtinsk, which is when his sexual perversions first manifested. He would sit near female students, pretending to explain something, and grope them. In the evening he would wait until the girls started undressing before bedtime and barge into their room unexpectedly or, even worse, enter the room at night and molest the children, groping them and licking their genitals. Eventually he was forced to resign after groping a female student during a day out on the beach. Chikatilo took a second shot at teaching in 1978 (by then he and his family had relocated to the nearby Shakhty), but that stint was, too, cut short. Chikatilo, who was ridiculed by his students for occasionally touching his own genitals during classes, tried to grope a male pupil, which caused others to come to the boy’s rescue and beat Chikatilo up. He was fired from the school.
It’s worth noting that the very first time that Chikatilo experienced a sexual climax was not under normal circumstances either. One day when he was home alone, his sister’s female friend came to visit and the sight of the 13-year-old’s blue pantaloons excited Andrei so much that he wrestled the girl to the ground and got on top of her, which was enough to cause an ejaculation.
His later sexual life was an abject failure. Chikatilo was a tall, good-looking young man who received a lot of attention from local women, but his impotence precluded him from sexually performing (or even deriving any pleasure from intercourse) and sometimes became a source of mockery from his girlfriends. On more than one occasion, Chikatilo even attempted suicide because of the psychological and emotional frustration his impotence brought him.
However, he seemingly caught a lucky break when his sister introduced him to one of her friends called Feodosia. The two got married and while their sexual life was virtually non-existent (his wife later estimated that they had sex 25 times at best), Chikatilo barely managed to father two children, a girl and a boy. His sexual drive was strong, however, so in secret from Feodosia he bought a small wooden hut on the edge of Shakhty, which he used as a place for trysts with local prostitutes. Despite her husband’s impotence, Feodosia made peace with it because Andrei was a hard worker who didn’t drink or smoke, which was more than could be said about many other men.
Soon after he was fired from the Shakhty school in 1978, Chikatilo committed his first murder, luring 8-year-old Elena Zakotnova to the his secret hut, killing her, and throwing her body into the nearby river. I also talked about this crime in the first part.
“We entered the hut and immediately I threw myself on top of her. She started screaming. I gagged her but couldn’t engage in intercourse. Her screams excited me. I then grabbed a knife. After I realised I had killed the girl, I got up, got dressed, took the corpse to [river] Grushevka and submerged it in water. Her school bag followed.”
If you read my first post on Chikatilo, you may remember that the police managed to create a composite sketch of the murderer and the school’s principal confidently pointed to his former employee Andrei Chikatilo as the man in question. Unfortunately, Feodosia lied about her husband being at home at the time of the murder, thus giving him an alibi.
It was three years until Chikatilo claimed his second victim, a teenage prostitute, as he was afraid of getting caught. After Chikatilo solicited the girl’s services he tried to have sex with her, but his impotence got the better of him yet again. The girl apparently started mocking him, saying that his “apparatus” wasn’t working. That both embarrassed and infuriated Chikatilo, who proceeded to kill her. “I was achieving mental relief by hacking away without even looking,” he would later tell the detectives. Before the Rostov Ripper confessed to killing Zakotnova, that girl was considered his first victim.
One thing that in my opinion bears significance in the case of Chikatilo is that he never resorted to kidnapping his victims or threatening them with a knife. Every single woman and child who followed the killer to their demise did so of their own volition. The Rostov Ripper was extremely cunning and could always find a way to convince his victims to go with him willingly. He also managed to appear entirely harmless, presenting himself as a mild-mannered, soft-spoken older gentleman. He reportedly couldn’t even kill a chicken as it made him queasy.
However, once bloodlust overtook him, he would transform into a sadistic fiend, stabbing away at his victims, mutilating them, and even cannibalising some of their body parts. The sight of blood brought Chikatilo such excitement that his head would start spinning, blood pressure would go up, and he would lose all impulse control. The next half hour or so would be spent in a dazed, disoriented state, with him stabbing trees with a knife, walking in circles, or almost getting hit by passing cars. Confusion would soon turn into blissful relief, and Chikatilo admitted to sleeping like a baby after committing murders as if he was resting from unloading a freight car. It typically took two or three months before the “high” wore off and Chikatilo went out hunting again.
I should also note that Chikatilo, like fellow Soviet serial killers Alexander Berlizov and Gennady Mikhasevich, was part of a volunteer unit assisting the police in searching for the murderer and even had a document confirming it. That made it easier for him to avoid law enforcement as he had access to information that regular people didn’t.
In late 1984, by which point Chikatilo had murdered 32 people, he was arrested and the police found a very peculiar collection of things in his suitcase (the circumstances surrounding the arrest can also be found in the previous post). After only spending three months in jail for theft, Chikatilo and his family relocated to Novocherkassk. His job in logistics enabled him to travel around the Soviet Union, and as a result, several murders were committed hundreds of miles away from Rostov or Novocherkassk.
After his release from jail, Chikatilo killed two women (one of them all the way in Moscow suburbs) in 1985 and then decided to lay low for almost two years. When the Ripper resumed killing in May 1987, his victim preferences had changed somewhat, with him now targeting boys more often. One teenager had the misfortune of having a quick smoke in the hedgerow when he ran into the killer. Another was lured to Chikatilo's imaginary dacha under the pretence of forging a sick leave. Yet another kid agreed to the offer of celebrating his successful entrance exams. Like I said before, Chikatilo never had to coerce or threaten his victims into accompanying him. Because no new murders took place in the Rostov region between 1985 and 1988, some in the police even began thinking that the murderer had been arrested for unrelated charges or even committed suicide. In reality, he was simply killing away from Rostov.
Between May 1987 and November 1990, the killer claimed 19 more lives. Let us now return to the ending of my previous post and look at how Chikatilo was eventually apprehended. As you may remember, the Ripper’s last victim was a homeless woman named Svetlana Korostik whom he killed in the forest next to a way station on 6 November 1990. The woman put up a struggle, resulting in scratches to Chikatilo’s face, as well as leaves and small branches getting stuck on his suit. Upon exiting the forest, he was approached by sergeant Igor Rybakov, who took note of his dishevelled look and large duffel bag that seemed out of place in the woodland area (unbeknownst to the officer, the bag contained Svetlana Korostik’s severed breasts). While the sergeant had no valid reason to arrest the strange man, he jotted down his details in a report and sent it to the higher-ups. Eventually it reached the lead investigator on the case Issa Kostoyev, who instantly remembered that the name Chikatilo had already crossed his desk.
He quickly ordered to set up surveillance of Chikatilo, who remained none the wiser and continued approaching women and children in search for a new victim. Ten days later, on 20 November Chikatilo took leave from work to visit a doctor – his penultimate victim, a 16-year-old boy, had fought the killer hard and bitten his finger, which later got swollen. Chikatilo’s wife was still at work when he came home, so he grabbed a bite to eat and went out to buy some beer, carrying with him an empty three-litre can. It was a cool, cloudy autumn day. At the time, beer was quite difficult to get a hold of in Russia, so Chikatilo had a fairly long walk ahead of him.
All this time he was being followed by a surveillance team. After buying only 300 millilitres of beer (which struck the officers trailing him as odd considering he was carrying a three-litre can), he briefly went into a café. As he walked out and passed the cops, one of them asked, “What is your surname, citizen?” “Chikatilo,” he replied. “Citizen Chikatilo, you are under arrest.” He exhibited no reaction towards being arrested but, as the officers were taking him to the police car, he muttered, “here’s another proof you shouldn’t feud with the higher-ups.”

I was told that we were supposed to receive some high yield interest payments from this Ponzi scheme, if you're an early investor.
You basically get the money from every time there's new investors buying, and you get a piece of that as your interest on your investment every year.
I even double checked Investopedia to make sure I wasn't getting that wrong,
Well....I've been invested for almost a decade now, where is my payment?
I've sold some at a loss, some for gains, along the way. But I never received any big yield for having them for a long time.
If I want to make any money, I literally have to give up my coins and sell them on eBay or something like that, to get any money out of them.
But of course, it was ultimately the buyer deciding how much they would give me for it. I couldn't get what I wanted for them, much less the gains I was expecting. Sometimes I sold them at a loss. Not what I was expecting from a Ponzi. What kind of bullshit is that? If I was interest in classic capitalism, I would have just opened an eBay store and sold my Pokemon cards on there.
And of course, the guy I sold them to, sold them right back to someone else for even more. I got hustled.
Where are my Ponzi payments at? Where is the cash that was supposed to be collected from all the new people and given to me?
I check my mailbox every day, not a god damn check.
But then, this week I decided to do something different.
I went on the blockchain, realizing that all the transactions and activities are there, and I could see what happened with everything, including the payments. Maybe it went to the wrong address.
I just came to a realization.
I think these bastards have been holding on to our Ponzi payments all along.
I noticed that NOBODY ever received any Ponzi payment. I think they just pretended to be a Ponzi scheme, with no intention of ever really diverting money from new users.
I'm even starting to think that Bitcoin might not be a fake investment, and might be a real cryptocurrency with a real blockchain. I think we all got fooled into thinking it was a Ponzi.
WHAT A TOTAL SCAM.

I've been trying to connect the dots. So many things didn't make sense to me till I finally pieced them together.
I'm currently 26 yo male with an amazing girlfriend and I hope that I will be able to stay in this relationship without blowing it up.
From around 13 yo, I've had an inexplicable fear and hatred of women. I was attracted to girls, but I couldn't seem to see myself being with them or even near them. The proximity or physical contact of a girl put me on high alert, like I was in danger. The pain of loving and hating women really destroyed me.
At 14 yo, I experienced serious depersonalization and derealization. I felt so out of touch with reality and myself. I remember trying to describe my experience to google and learning about these words. I spent most of my teenage years socially isolated. I was addicted to video games, masturbation and porn.
In my late teens to early 20s, I had a strong preference for older women, or women who were taller than me. I felt physical attraction to girls my age, but I had no interest in dating them. I had strange sexual fantasies too. I often fantasized about being molested by women, particularly older women. I didn't know why it turned me on so much. I visited prostitutes a handful of times and I only visited older women. Their ages ranged from 30 to 50. I realized at age 21 that I had a sex addiction problem. Each visit to a prostitute left me with deep guilt and shame, yet I kept going back. I hated masturbating to porn yet I couldn't stop myself. I decided to start NoFap to regain a sense of sexual normalcy.
I say with great shame that I had an incest fetish. I sexualized other family members. I fantasized about sexual encounters with an imaginary sister and with extended family members.
My mother walks around the house in just a tank top and panties most of the time. It has always been this way in my life. A few times in my late teens to early 20s, I felt aroused by the sight of her. I ignored these thoughts. Despite this, I couldn't tolerate any physical contact with my mother from the age of around 12. Any physical contact with her, no matter how small and inconsequential, would send me into a fit of rage. I'd shout at her to not touch me and to get away from me. It wasn't alway like that. I used to be very close and very affectionate with my mother.
My relationship with my mother is very strained. She has treated me like her boyfriend for most of my life. I have a younger brother and an older brother, but my mother treated me like I was special when I was a child. I slept with her in the same bed as a child till about 11-12 yo. She swung between telling me that she wants to elope with me to another country to start a new life together and telling me that she wants to abandon the family or kill herself. I was her emotional blanket. We had many deep emotional conversations and philosophical conversations together. I was in love with my mother.
The incest kicked in full swing after my father was imprisoned when I was around 10 yo. My father was physically abusive towards me till then. I remember being happy that he was gone. I didn't just want him gone, I wanted him dead.
We only had one usable bathroom/toilet at home. Once, probably around 10 yo, I wanted to poop while my mother was showering. I told her and she let me in to poop. I pooped naked at that time. Mind you, there is no wall, curtain or barrier between the shower and the toilet. I remember watching my mother shower and having lots of conversations with her. Somehow, this became a regular thing. Sometimes, I had no intention to poop, but I still went into the bathroom and be at the toilet naked while she showers. One time, I saw my mother having her period. I watched period blood flow down her legs while she showered. She explained to me that this is what women experience every month and that it's good for me to learn more about women. I simply nodded and listened to her obediently.
There was a time where my mother, my younger brother and I were watching a film at home together and there was a pornographic sex scene in it. I remember feeling uncomfortable and weirded out by it. I looked over to my mother and she seemed unfazed. I remember her telling me that it's no big deal, it's weird if I make it weird.
My mother often dressed and undressed in the bedroom with me inside. I asked my younger brother and he seemed to also remember seeing my mother change her clothes, but less than me. Often, I would be in my mattress and my mother would come in to change. She'd tell me not to look while she change. I would hide my face in my blanket to avoid seeing her naked. This makes no sense to me now. If she didn't want me to look, why didn't she tell me to leave the room? Why did she let me stay inside?
I seemed to have a strong fascination with my erect penis as a toddler. I vaguely remember showing my erect penis to my mother. I remember feeling very intrigued by it and asking my mother why my penis became big.
I have been hypersexual ever since I was a young child. I remember having sexual fantasies at around 5 yo. The sexual fantasies involved my mother or the female teachers in the kindergarten I went to. I remember looking at my mother's bra hung behind a door and feeling aroused by it.
I have a very suspicious memory. I was probably around 10 yo and my father was in jail at the time. I was in the bedroom with just my mother. I remember feeling very angry and violated. Then, my mother said to me that girls can touch boys, boys cannot touch girls. I became furious. I understood that my mother was telling me that I can be molested by women. I threw a tantrum told her that I hate girls. Since then, when I slept at night, I felt a strong need to cover myself with my blanket, especially my private parts. For some reason, I didn't feel safe sleeping. I am unable to recall what led up to this incident, but it is a strong indicator to me that my mother may have molested me. I have a vague feeling that she stopped since this incident.
I also remember at around 10 yo, a school teacher told the class that I used to be a very cheerful and happy kid when she first met me, but now I seemed sad and emotionless most of the time. From then till my early 20s, I had several episodes of depression and anxiety. Since 13 yo, I had frequent suicidal and homicidal thoughts till today.
The sexual abuse is only one piece of the puzzle. My father's physical abuse, my mother's borderline personality, the parent-child role reversal, the emotional abuse, the complete neglect by both my parents, the excessive hoarding that both my parents did, all of these left me deeply broken inside. I remember telling people as a teenager that I live with my parents but I feel like an orphan inside.

Hey y'all, so I've noticed that I can appreciate people of all races and ethnicities, but when it comes to dating and relationships, I always seem to fall head over heels for Asian men. It's kind of weird because I'm not Asian myself and I'm not even that into Asian media or anything. I just can't help my strong preference for them. I mean, have you seen some of these guys? They're absolutely gorgeous, and there's also this stereotype that they're really successful, which is a major turn-on for me.
But here's the thing: all of my previous partners have been Asian, and I've never really considered dating outside of that. I don't actively pursue them, but I always seem to gravitate towards them as individuals. Obviously, physical attraction plays a big part in it too.
My concern is that this might be a red flag for both non-Asian men and Asian men. I don't want to come off as fetishizing any particular group of people or limiting my options. How can I start opening myself up to dating other people and exploring outside of my comfort zone? Any advice would be appreciated!

Since the topic of when Sister Location take’s place has come up and is being discussed, I thought I would throw my hat into the ring with my own theory on it. The more I think about it, the less and less it makes sense for SL to be before the first game. For me, the mystery is more about how close to FNAF 3 it takes place, and I think I can give some good evidence that would put Sister Location as a direct prequel to 3, taking place as a lead in to the events of 3. Hear me out.
Molten Freddy and the Missing Children
A good part of this theory is based on whether or not Molten Freddy has the original souls (Complete or incomplete) of the 1985 MCI kids inside of him and I think he does. This is alluded to in The Fourth Closet when William Afton melts down the original animatronics and injects them directly into Funtime Freddy. When he injects Carlton with them as well, he’s shown some of the missing children. Fritz, Cassidy, and Suzie. He even interacts with them, they appear to be in a sort of limbo. He convinces them that they shouldn’t be following the bunny man and when he wakes up, Funtime Freddy and Mangle are attacking William, having turned on him suddenly. So thanks to the book, we know that Funtime Freddy also has at least some of the children inside of him. Which brings up the first interesting point.
We are shown that the souls, or part of the souls, of whomever is “trapped” in it can be in multiple places at the same time. In the book we see it’s in F. Freddy, as well as Carlton and probably still more inside the remaining remnant that William was saving for himself. Not only that, it shows that the soul part of one can affect the other. The animatronics turning on William as a result of Carlton talking with them after being injected is proof of that.
We can also see some evidence of this in the games. The Toy animatronics start acting up before Someone messes with them, and before someone uses the suit in the back. We know that parts were salvaged from the original animatronics to make the new ones. During the later nights in the games it’s shown that not only are the toy animatronics acting funny, the withered animatronics in the back are as well. A.k.a. The original animatronics who have the souls of the children in them. This shows that a soul, or in this case, a part of a soul, can inhabit more than one animatronic at the same time and both be possessed. We also get further evidence of this in the Fazbear Frights books, with multiple pieces of William's agony infecting multiple different objects in a Fazbear Warehouse, creating what eventually becomes the Afton Amalgamation.
Now, for the sister location’s time frame things start to get confusing, so let’s start with some things that we do know.
Dates we know

1. The first Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza was established in 1983 (Learned from the coins in Help Wanted)
2. The second Freddy’s (Toy Location) opened after 1985, since they had to beef up security as a direct results of the MCI
3. The Toy Location closed in 1987 because of the bite
4. Third Location opened sometime after that, and closed, in 1993
5. Fazbear Frights opens in, and is burned down, 30 years later in 2023

William’s Path of destruction

1. Murders at least 5 kids in the original location in 1985.
2. Murders unknown number of kids in the Toy location (Alluded to by Phone guy, someone using the yellow suit)
3. Disappears until after the FNAF 1 location closes, where he goes back and destroys the animatronics one by one, lured to him by Shadow Freddy (Still not sure how that works, but goin’ with it)
4. ???? (More on this below)
5. Get’s himself springlocked, being chased by the ghosts of his past and is locked away in the back room for 30 years
6. Phone Dude finds him, places him in Fazbear Frights in 2023 (We found one, a real one!)

There is a small piece of this puzzle that has never made much sense to me though... He destroys the animatronics, most likely to gather their Remnant and use it for his experiments as we see him directly doing in the books. That makes sense (In a FNAF way it makes sense anyway). I also don’t think that this all took place in a single night. He came back night after night, destroying one animatronic after another and taking their remnant, As Henry alludes to in his speech, he took the one thing the children had from them, again. Taking their soul for his own purposes. He took the gift that was given to them by the puppet for himself. I also believe that this happened after the location closed, as it would have been extremely strange to open up in the morning and suddenly animatronics are just… missing and then… continue operations as normal.
He melts the parts he had collected down, extracts the remnant and injects it into Funtime Freddy as part of an experiment (As well as probably all the other Funtime Animatronics not named Baby) But, he saves a little bit for himself. I think he injects himself with it as well in an attempt to become immortal, as he seems to want to do in the book.
After his experiment he goes back to the pizzeria. Now that he’s injected himself, he can see the ghosts of the children. They have more of an influence over him than they ever could before. They chase him down, he gets in the Bunny Suit (Possibly to scare them away? Not sure how that was going to work) and promptly dies due to things on the outside insisting on being on his inside. Only his body dies though, but like we see with Michael later, he isn’t dead thanks to the remnant he injected himself with. There, he’s trapped for thirty years until unleashed upon the world in FNAF 3.
So this is the part that’s bugged me. Why did he go back? He had all four animatronics, why did he need to go back to the pizzeria? Was it to burn the place down to destroy the remaining evidence? Did he want to find Michael? Make sure he didn’t miss anything? I can’t figure it out. This also brings up a bit of an issue with the entire concept of all five children being inside of Molten Freddy… Where is Golden Freddy? We don’t see William destroying him. Put a pin in that, I’ll get to it later as it ties to Michael.
Sister Location and Michael Afton
So, how and when does Michael, and Sister Location, come into all of this? I do think that we play as Michael in every FNAF game, until UCN. I just don’t think he’s a walking corpse until just before the third game. Yes, I know that he was fired for odor but I have a possible explanation for that. That's way more down to earth than “Literal walking corpse.” So let me try and break this down!
Michael, torn apart by guilt on a nightly basis, probably isn’t living his best life. Depression, Anxiety… they do things to ya. Constantly plagued by Nightmares whenever he tries to sleep he’s not getting the rest he needs nor is he taking care of himself. When he learns what his father is doing, it gives him purpose, he has to undo the damage his father has done. Going to as many locations as he can to attempt to free the children, while staying under cover as much as possible so as not to draw the attention of his father.
Once the guard in FNAF 2 is moved to the Day shift, Michael is hired to take his place but is fired the day after that due to “Tampering with the Animatronics, and Odor.” Now I think he was fired primarily because of the former, the latter is not really a reason to get fired. I think it’s really just as simple as he’s not taking care of himself in his personal life. If he’s not getting enough sleep thanks to nightmares he’s probably starting to have psychotic episodes, preventing him from making normal every day decisions, like showering. He’s also around what… 23, 34 at this point? He may honestly even be homeless, unable to shower even if he wanted to. Whatever the case may be, It’s not because he’s dead. Yet.
When the FNAF 1 location opens, he’s surprised by this and applies there once more to see what’s going on. Under a different pseudonym this time. He gets the job and sees immediately that things are just like they were at the last location. He tries to free the animatronics but is unsuccessful as dear old dad is the one that actually takes them out once the location closes after he’s fired for tampering with them, again. This also explains how, if you are caught by the animatronics and stuffed in a suit in Fnaf 1, you die. There is no Remnant to keep you alive.
As an added point, if FNAF 4 takes place during the nights of FNAF 1, and are Michael's Nightmares as he's trying to sleep between shifts, this brings up a couple of strange points. If he is dead, he wouldn't need to sleep, so why would he be having nightmares? They could be hallucinations, but even that doesn't make much sense because of the fact that you are surviving until morning. He would be at the Pizzeria until morning, and home to sleep during the day. I think he's still alive, and his nightmares are what we see in 4, recreating what he's going through during the night shift.
After his firing, one night, a message finds him. It’s from his dad. A message telling him where to go and find his sister. This was William’s contingency plan. In the event of his demise, or capture, he would need someone to set Baby free so that she could find him and save him. Who better than the one person who would be eager to try and put a stop to it all? Michael in his guilt addled mind would want to do anything to help his sister, right?
Michael goes to their old house, something that William made sure was still paid for and not torn down, and finds the location under the house where William told him to go999999999999999999999999999++++ and Sister Location begins. Wackiness ensues, he’s scooped yadda yadda yadda. We now have Ennard in the sewers and a walking talking corpse known as Michael Afton. We get to hear his voice for the first time in the true ending of the game.
“Father, it’s me, Michael. I found them… they were all there. They didn’t recognize me at first, but then… they thought I was you. And I found her! I put her back together, just like you asked me to… she’s free now. But something is wrong with me, I should be dead but I’m not… I’ve been living in the shadows. There is only one thing left for me to do now. I’m going to come find you…”
We then see a sign outside of a building that has “Fazbear Frights” on it, as well as a brief appearance from Springtrap himself. This would lead directly into FNAF 3 where we have the first of two (possibly three if we count Security breach?), showdowns between Michael (Now a corpse infused with Remnant) and his dad (Also a corpse infused with Remnant inside of an animatronic rabbit suit)
To me this answers a good amount of the issues that come up if SL is before FNAF 2.

1. It seems extremely unlikely that in 1987 or even 93 that someone would hire a security guard without interviewing them first and we didn’t exactly use Skype or Zoom calls back then. They would have noticed something obviously wrong with Michael in person. It makes sense that he’s not dead, yet, in order to get hired.
2. You can get away with it in FNAF 3 and 6 as they take place in the present day. Now, I know that FNAF 3 was released in 2015, but even in 2015, we were doing interviews over phones or zoom etc… Hell I was hired by a company via a few skype interviews in 2016 so absolutely possible. Plus even if they did see him the people running Fazbear Frights probably saw it as a bonus that he looks so ghoulish.
3. Because we see springtrap directly in the ending, it makes no sense at all to me for this to be before 1, springtrap didn’t exist yet. He wouldn’t be a thing until 2023 when he’s unleashed. So it only makes sense for SL to be not just after Fnaf 1, but many decades after it. Putting it just before FNAF 3, and acting as a natural lead into the third game.

Now... There are a few (ok many) lingering Questions
The Golden Freddy Question
So this does bring up one of the things I couldn't figure out for a while, but… may be hinted at by Michael himself. If all five kids are supposed to be in Molten Freddy… How is that possible? We see William destroying only 4 of the animatronics. He never got Golden Freddy. Well... I think he already had him. We get a clue to this in Michael’s Monolog “I found them… They were all there.” I think Golden Freddy, or in this case its original version, Golden Fredbear, was already in William’s possession and he extracted what he needed from it already. All he needed was the other four. As of FNAF 3, I don’t think Golden Freddy exists in a physical form anymore. Just a spirit, haunting William. That’s how it’s able to always be around, able to stop him from dying in 6 and able to trap him in a purgatory. The Golden Freddy endoskeleton has already been melted down by Wiliam. He just didn’t realize that by injecting himself with the remnant, he was subjecting himself to Cassidy’s wrath.
Now, if William already had Golden Freddy, how did Michael see him? I think that thanks to his lack of sleep, delusional mind, etc… Any time he sees Golden Freddy it’s him seeing a projection of his brother. A possible manifestation of his guilt, or, his brother reaching out to him from a far off location but only able to get through in rare instances. We never actually see Golden Freddy move, he just… is there, and in different forms over the years. We know that the Golden Freddy suit at one point was an actual suit, shown in multiple different places through the books and in the games so it does exist, or did exist, somewhere. But isn’t it odd that with the exception of William… no one else sees Golden Freddy ever again? We don’t see him in 6, or Security Breach. There is a small reference to him in the VR game, but we still don’t see Golden Freddy himself make any appearance. Only Michael and William ever seem to see him through the series, and in different forms.
Heck, in the Fazbear Frights story "The New Kid" We are directly shown that Golden Freddy can manifest a projection of a child that everyone can see, allowing him to lure people back to the suit, which is a physical suit. He's apparently already done it at least once before, and seems to be doing it again at the end of the story.
Happiest Day, or is it?
This also brings up the issue with Happiest Day, where the souls of the children were freed in one of FNAF 3’s endings. It’s quite possible that this is not the canonical ending. That, since part of the souls are in William, part are in Michael, and part are in Molten Freddy, they don’t actually get their happiest day until Henry enacts “Operation burn it all down”.
Even that isn’t successful as Cassidy keeps William alive. Michael is gone, Molten Freddy is gone, but parts of the souls of those kids live on in William. Cassidy forces them to hunt William down in an endless series of nightmares in UCN. This is possible due to the fact that because he injected himself with the remnant, they live rent free in his body with him while also keeping him alive, as we see in the Fazbear Frights story, the man in room 1280, a spirit can haunt a body directly.
“He tried to release you… he tried to release us but I won't let that happen. I will hold you here, I will keep you here. No matter how many times they burn us…”
There is a chance that part of their souls were released in Fnaf 3. The parts that haunted the original animatronics. All that remains are the parts in MF, William and Michael.
The Survival Logbook
This is one thing that seems to contradict pretty much everything I've typed here! In the book, Michael specifically references Sister Location multiple times. The Exotic Butters Basket, Casual Bongos, etc... so that means that when he was filling out this particular book, it had to be after SL. We also see in the book multiple spirits, Cassidy and the Crying child having a slight conversation. So how is this possible?
Well, one simple thing about the book is... we don't know when it was made either. For all we know, this was a book that made in Fnaf 6, and Michael is filling it out as part of his ownership responsibilities at Freddy's Pizza Place.
In Conclusion
So that... in a long winded nutshell, is why I think Sister Location takes place as a lead in to Fnaf 3, and the start of the final showdown of the Afton Family. As with all theories, it’s not perfect, there are always going to be plot holes. But for me it solves a lot of little issues I have with SL being before FNAF
I do believe William had created the animatronics before 1987, obviously since his child was murdered by one before he himself was springlocked, they had to be created before that. They just didn’t get their Remnant Infusion until after he destroyed the animatronics later, in 1993.
Hope at least some of this makes sense! I know I ramble a lot. Just had to get it out of my head and out into the world.

Hi all,
I have been doing a lot of research and reading posts to try to learn more about finances and to put myself in a good position. I have decided I think I may want to move about $10-20k from my HYSA into investments. (I am leaning towards the higher amount as I have no plan to make any large purchases - such as a house - in the near future, and it still leaves me with enough savings in case of any emergency, room when student loans start up again, etc. so I feel this money might be used better to put into investments).
I am thinking to open an account at Vanguard and invest in VOO. Should I split it and put half into VOO and half into VTI? Is it a bad idea to put all into VOO?
My next question is what type of account do I open for this? I'm slightly confused on this step, I am thinking it would be an Individual brokerage account?
I appreciate any suggestions! I'm hoping to invest this large amount then continue to contribute monthly, and hopefully let time do its thing. Coming from a family that is not financially literate I am trying to learn more and break that cycle! Thank you!

TW: Mentions of self-harm, suicidal ideation and eating disorders / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / Hello everyone. I'd like to preface the subject of this post with a brief introduction. I'm a 22 year old who has struggled on and off with mental illness since I was 13; this includes but isn't limited to various forms of self-harm, suicidal ideation and an eating disorder. I am NOT currently suicidal or engaging with any eating disorder thoughts or behaviours - they are just examples of prior struggles. I am also autistic with an 'educational' diagnosis of ADHD; I was assessed/screened by the Learning Support department of my former uni, who told me I fit the criteria for ADHD. As they cannot professionally diagnose, I was given an 'educational' diagnosis for the purpose of receiving study support from the university. I am not diagnosed with OCD, but it's something my boyfriend suggested to me before when I told him about a few things I do. I've been lurking this sub for the past few weeks and am finally acting on my temptation to post to this sub. I don't want to label myself with OCD without a diagnosis of some sort (be it official or otherwise), but I feel like if I do have OCD then it falls under two themes: death OCD and moral scrupulosity. The theme I want to discuss here is moral scrupulosity.
A persistent worry of mine is that I'm a bad person. This has plagued me since my teen years, but it's gotten progressively worse as I get older. No matter how many times I've had reassurance/am reassured that I'm not a bad person, I still worry about it. I ruminate on past mistakes I've made and judge myself for poor decisions and nasty things I said as a teen. I wouldn't dream of judging anyone else for their past mistakes (I don't) but I'm always so worried about offending people that I beat myself up whenever I'm off with someone. When I'm upset or worried about something, my thoughts tell me that I'm emotionally manipulating people into feeling bad for me; they kind of argue with themselves. For example: one thought may say "You're emotionally manipulating them into feeling bad for you" while the other is trying to refute this with "No I'm not. That's not my intention." I would never willingly hurt anyone. I crave a moral clean slate. I'm a moral perfectionist with the gnawing guilt that I'm horrible and that everyone will see me for the bad person I am one day. Whenever I've been asked why I believe I'm a bad person, I've been unable to give a straight answer. I just hold myself to such high standards I can never meet - standards I never hold anyone else to. As aforementioned, I don't judge others on their past mistakes but when I make a mistake, I'm less than perfect so I must be bad.
I used to think that this fear of being a bad person started in my late teens; I've since done some reflection on my past and realised that it actually started sooner. When I was 14, I used to write apology letters to my friends. When I was younger, I used to sometimes lie when I feared the truth would get me in trouble. I still do this now to an extent. I had/have the sense to know this is an arse backwards sense of thinking: that lying is actually what can get me in trouble, but I still tell white lies sometimes because I fear being truthful will taint me as bad. As an adult though, I then feel bad for lying and it fuels what I believe to be moral scrupulosity.
When my boyfriend first mentioned OCD to me, I told him that I can't possibly have it because I don't flicker the light switches on and off with the fear that something bad will happen if I don't. My view of OCD was very stereotypical. This was about OctobeNovember last year. Since then, I have done a bit of research into the subject. I've reflected on past/present experiences and through lurking this sub, I've realised that there are many, many themes. I've read posts on this sub that I could've written about myself. I relate to some of the experiences here. I am not trying to diagnose myself and I'm not looking for a diagnosis here. I've had an epiphany since the initial mention that my boyfriend was kind of onto something when he suggested I had OCD. He's no professional of course, though. My behaviours may be explained by OCD or they could be related to some other diagnosis that I haven't considered. In the past month or so, I've developed a new fear that I'm acting 'more' OCD since my boyfriend mentioned it, but I know that's an irrational fear and that I've struggled with these thoughts since before he mentioned it. His suggestion has just provided me with a possible explanation of why I think/act the way I do. I will now describe a few recent examples of incidents I think might be related to moral scrupulosity.
1) I applied for a journalism apprenticeship in January and progressed to stage 2 of the selection process, which was an online assessment. Whilst waiting to hear back from the organisation, I had an email that told me I didn't complete the online assessment. It was a definite mistake on their part because the email also had the wrong location I applied for. So I figured there was some mix up. I emailed the organisation explaining what happened and asked for some clarification. I received a reply shortly after that explained they did in fact receive my online assessment and that yes, the email naming the wrong location was a mistake. No big deal. However by the time I received that email clarifying the situation, I didn't even care about the apprenticeship anymore. I had started worrying that my email asking for clarification was actually me kicking up a fuss and making a stink. I worked myself up into such a worry that I started doing compulsive behaviours to try alleviate my guilt. I tried rotating my phone x amount of times before doing things I'd never done before, like flicking the light switch on and off x number of times. Doing this convinced me that I was then faking the whole thing; that I'm only acting and thinking like this since OCD was brought up last year. I was trying so bad to satiate the guilt and nothing was working. The thing with the light switches was a new behaviour that just occurred to me as something I needed to do at the time; rotating my phone isn't a new behaviour. I do it whenever I 'pick my phone up wrong'. I sometimes feel like I don't do things right, as in it doesn't feel right when I brush my teeth, pick up my phone, etc.
2) I had an argument with a mate because we both caught each other at the wrong time. We were both in a bad mood for whatever reason and it lead to us snapping at each other. I'm an irritable person anyway, but most of the time I think I keep it contained. I do snap at people when I'm in a bad mood but I think that's just being human. We both apologised and the argument was resolved, however I immediately started beating myself up about it after the interaction had ceased. I tried doing things to alleviate the guilt again including flicking the light switches on and off. Like before, none of it worked. Whenever I'm off with people, I worry that they're gonna start hating me because I've exposed myself for the horrible person I am. When I'm not in one of these episodes, I have the mental clarity to acknowledge that my worries are irrational but it always feels real at the time. I always manage to convince myself that I'm horrible.
3) This morning, I had a spontaneous phone call from the recruitment manager of a company I applied for. It completely caught me off guard but I was told that I came across very well. I struggle to think on the spot so I feel like coming across well during a spontaneous phone interview is an achievement in and of itself. The phone call ended with an invitation to an open day at the office on Monday morning because they want to meet me as soon as possible. This was exciting to hear, but the excitement only lasted for about a minute or two. As always, my fear of being a bad person found a way to spin things into a negative. I started worrying that I lied to make the recruitment manager like me, and I told myself that I'll turn up to the office on Monday and they won't actually like me because they'll see me for the horrible person I actually am. It's apparently not possible for me to achieve something at the minute without convincing myself that I actually had an underlying motive of masking as a good person.
As stated earlier in this post, I have been worrying that I'm a bad person for years. It's just got more severe as I've got older because I've made more mistakes and therefore have more to ruminate on and feel guilty for. I also have more adult responsibilities to fulfill, so I feel like the stress of everyday life is why my moral perfectionism is getting worse. I think it's moral scrupulosity but I don't want to put a definitive label on it. I'm currently awaiting my second appointment with the mental health team I was referred to, and I'm hoping they can either tell me what I experience is OCD or tell me it's explained by another mental health condition. I don't mean to sound like I want to have OCD, because I don't. What I'm trying to say is that if what I'm experiencing is due to OCD, I would rather know sooner than later so I can learn how to live with it. Or, if I don't have OCD then I want to know what it is I am suffering with that's making me feel so worthless. In the mean time, I'm posting to this sub for advice I suppose. I don't want a diagnosis but I would like to know how I can live with the persistent worry of being a bad person. I can only apologise for the length of this post. If you've managed to get this far, thank you so much for reading.

This is a very long and detailed story that took place over the course of 2 months but I will try to sum it up as much as possible. I brought my car to get an oil change at Firestone and they also did an inspection and recommended over $3,000 in repairs. A couple days later I went back to a different Firestone near my house and had them conduct two of the repairs (Rear brakes and tie rods). They completed the job around 7pm and were closing up shop. On the drive home I noticed the car was making rattling noises and shaking. I thought it could be because of the brakes needing to be broken in so I didn’t freak out too much. The next day I decided to bring it in before going to work and have them make sure it was ok. I brought it in to a different shop because it was on my way to work. I was told they couldn’t look at it for 2 days because they had booked appointments. So I scheduled an appointment for two days from then. On the way to work it began to rattle and shake much worse. The car ended up braking down and the ABS light came on. The drivers side rear tire was smoking and tilted slightly to the side. Luckily, I happened to break down at a small tire shop. Before entering the tire shop I called the original Firestone that I had the work done at and explained what happened. They told me to get it looked at and bring it straight to their Firestone and they’d reimburse me. I had the small tire shop mechanic take off the tire and immediately he noticed that there were no bolts through the brake pads and caliper. He also noticed the brake hose was unhooked. He told me that he didn’t have the replacement parts on hand. He told me that there was another Firestone a few blocks away and that he could remove the rear brake and caliper so that I could make it over there. I agreed to do this. I took the car up the road to the other Firestone and they told me the exact same thing the earlier Firestone told me. They couldn’t take me for two days. I was in a tough spot and unsure what to do so I called my work and told them I wasn’t going to make it and drove 50 minutes to the original Firestone. From here I dropped off the vehicle and it was there for a week while they changed parts. They then called me and told me that the brakes no longer work at all and that the other tire shop messed up the vehicle. I explained that he didn’t because he didn’t change anything other than remove the damaged parts. The Firestone eventually turned the vehicle over to a Ford dealership because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I was told that the vehicle would be turned over to claims. Within one hour of being at claims, I received a call and the guy stated that Firestone isn’t liable for the damage because the other shop worked on it. I explained that the initial damage was caused by Firestone and that they also agreed to work on it afterwards. They weren’t having it and just kept telling me that they aren’t liable and the other shop is at fault. After this I asked for a refund on my $1,200 in repairs. He made a phone call and they agreed to reimburse $500. I denied this offer because I felt that were attempting to wipe their hands of the entire situation. This phone call took place over a month ago and this is the last time I spoke to anyone in Firestone claims on the issue. I have called and emailed everyday with no responses. I have contacted corporate daily and they have no solutions. The initial Firestone manager told me they are not liable and said it’s my problem now. I was told my file says “Case Closed: DO NOT REOPEN. The claims office did know research and immediately decided they weren’t liable. I didn’t even have an opportunity to explain the damage that happened to the vehicle prior to the other shop touching it. From my understanding at this point, I and supposed to either pay $3,000 for the car to be fixed by Ford or get the car towed to my residence. There are many more details that I can answer for if y’all need them. My question is what should I do from a legal standpoint? Do I have grounds to sue? Would it be worth it?

Since the topic of when Sister Location take’s place has come up and is being discussed, I thought I would throw my hat into the ring with my own theory on it. The more I think about it, the less and less it makes sense for SL to be before the first game. For me, the mystery is more about how close to FNAF 3 it takes place, and I think I can give some good evidence that would put Sister Location as a direct prequel to 3, taking place as a lead in to the events of 3. Hear me out.
Molten Freddy and the Missing Children
A good part of this theory is based on whether or not Molten Freddy has the original souls (Complete or incomplete) of the 1985 MCI kids inside of him and I think he does. This is alluded to in The Fourth Closet when William Afton melts down the original animatronics and injects them directly into Funtime Freddy. When he injects Carlton with them as well, he’s shown some of the missing children. Fritz, Cassidy, and Suzie. He even interacts with them, they appear to be in a sort of limbo. He convinces them that they shouldn’t be following the bunny man and when he wakes up, Funtime Freddy and Mangle are attacking William, having turned on him suddenly. So thanks to the book, we know that Funtime Freddy also has at least some of the children inside of him. Which brings up the first interesting point.
We are shown that the souls, or part of the souls, of whomever is “trapped” in it can be in multiple places at the same time. In the book we see it’s in F. Freddy, as well as Carlton and probably still more inside the remaining remnant that William was saving for himself. Not only that, it shows that the soul part of one can affect the other. The animatronics turning on William as a result of Carlton talking with them after being injected is proof of that.
We can also see some evidence of this in the games. The Toy animatronics start acting up before Someone messes with them, and before someone uses the suit in the back. We know that parts were salvaged from the original animatronics to make the new ones. During the later nights in the games it’s shown that not only are the toy animatronics acting funny, the withered animatronics in the back are as well. A.k.a. The original animatronics who have the souls of the children in them. This shows that a soul, or in this case, a part of a soul, can inhabit more than one animatronic at the same time and both be possessed. We also get further evidence of this in the Fazbear Frights books, with multiple pieces of William's agony infecting multiple different objects in a Fazbear Warehouse, creating what eventually becomes the Afton Amalgamation.
Now, for the sister location’s time frame things start to get confusing, so let’s start with some things that we do know.
Dates we know

1. The first Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza was established in 1983 (Learned from the coins in Help Wanted)
2. The second Freddy’s (Toy Location) opened after 1985, since they had to beef up security as a direct results of the MCI
3. The Toy Location closed in 1987 because of the bite
4. Third Location opened sometime after that, and closed, in 1993
5. Fazbear Frights opens in, and is burned down, 30 years later in 2023

William’s Path of destruction

1. Murders at least 5 kids in the original location in 1985.
2. Murders unknown number of kids in the Toy location (Alluded to by Phone guy, someone using the yellow suit)
3. Disappears until after the FNAF 1 location closes, where he goes back and destroys the animatronics one by one, lured to him by Shadow Freddy (Still not sure how that works, but goin’ with it)
4. ???? (More on this below)
5. Get’s himself springlocked, being chased by the ghosts of his past and is locked away in the back room for 30 years
6. Phone Dude finds him, places him in Fazbear Frights in 2023 (We found one, a real one!)

There is a small piece of this puzzle that has never made much sense to me though... He destroys the animatronics, most likely to gather their Remnant and use it for his experiments as we see him directly doing in the books. That makes sense (In a FNAF way it makes sense anyway). I also don’t think that this all took place in a single night. He came back night after night, destroying one animatronic after another and taking their remnant, As Henry alludes to in his speech, he took the one thing the children had from them, again. Taking their soul for his own purposes. He took the gift that was given to them by the puppet for himself. I also believe that this happened after the location closed, as it would have been extremely strange to open up in the morning and suddenly animatronics are just… missing and then… continue operations as normal.
He melts the parts he had collected down, extracts the remnant and injects it into Funtime Freddy as part of an experiment (As well as probably all the other Funtime Animatronics not named Baby) But, he saves a little bit for himself. I think he injects himself with it as well in an attempt to become immortal, as he seems to want to do in the book.
After his experiment he goes back to the pizzeria. Now that he’s injected himself, he can see the ghosts of the children. They have more of an influence over him than they ever could before. They chase him down, he gets in the Bunny Suit (Possibly to scare them away? Not sure how that was going to work) and promptly dies due to things on the outside insisting on being on his inside. Only his body dies though, but like we see with Michael later, he isn’t dead thanks to the remnant he injected himself with. There, he’s trapped for thirty years until unleashed upon the world in FNAF 3.
So this is the part that’s bugged me. Why did he go back? He had all four animatronics, why did he need to go back to the pizzeria? Was it to burn the place down to destroy the remaining evidence? Did he want to find Michael? Make sure he didn’t miss anything? I can’t figure it out. This also brings up a bit of an issue with the entire concept of all five children being inside of Molten Freddy… Where is Golden Freddy? We don’t see William destroying him. Put a pin in that, I’ll get to it later as it ties to Michael.
Sister Location and Michael Afton
So, how and when does Michael, and Sister Location, come into all of this? I do think that we play as Michael in every FNAF game, until UCN. I just don’t think he’s a walking corpse until just before the third game. Yes, I know that he was fired for odor but I have a possible explanation for that. That's way more down to earth than “Literal walking corpse.” So let me try and break this down!
Michael, torn apart by guilt on a nightly basis, probably isn’t living his best life. Depression, Anxiety… they do things to ya. Constantly plagued by Nightmares whenever he tries to sleep he’s not getting the rest he needs nor is he taking care of himself. When he learns what his father is doing, it gives him purpose, he has to undo the damage his father has done. I think it’s really just as simple as he’s not taking care of himself in his personal life. If he’s not getting enough sleep thanks to nightmares he’s probably starting to have psychotic episodes, preventing him from making normal every day decisions, like showering. He’s also around what… 23, 34 at this point? He may honestly even be homeless, unable to shower even if he wanted to. Whatever the case may be, It’s not because he’s dead. Yet.
When the FNAF 1 location opens, he’s surprised by this and applies there once more to see what’s going on. Under a different pseudonym this time. He gets the job and sees immediately that things are just like they were at the last location. He tries to free the animatronics but is unsuccessful as dear old dad is the one that actually takes them out once the location closes after he’s fired for tampering with them, again. This also explains how, if you are caught by the animatronics and stuffed in a suit in Fnaf 1, you die. There is no Remnant to keep you alive.
As an added point, if FNAF 4 takes place during the nights of FNAF 1, and are Michael's Nightmares as he's trying to sleep between shifts, this brings up a couple of strange points. If he is dead, he wouldn't need to sleep, so why would he be having nightmares? They could be hallucinations, but even that doesn't make much sense because of the fact that you are surviving until morning. He would be at the Pizzeria until morning, and home to sleep during the day. I think he's still alive, and his nightmares are what we see in 4, recreating what he's going through during the night shift.
After his firing, one night, a message finds him. It’s from his dad. A message telling him where to go and find his sister. This was William’s contingency plan. In the event of his demise, or capture, he would need someone to set Baby free so that she could find him and save him. Who better than the one person who would be eager to try and put a stop to it all? Michael in his guilt addled mind would want to do anything to help his sister, right?
Michael goes to their old house, something that William made sure was still paid for and not torn down, and finds the location under the house where William told him to go999999999999999999999999999++++ and Sister Location begins. Wackiness ensues, he’s scooped yadda yadda yadda. We now have Ennard in the sewers and a walking talking corpse known as Michael Afton. We get to hear his voice for the first time in the true ending of the game.
“Father, it’s me, Michael. I found them… they were all there. They didn’t recognize me at first, but then… they thought I was you. And I found her! I put her back together, just like you asked me to… she’s free now. But something is wrong with me, I should be dead but I’m not… I’ve been living in the shadows. There is only one thing left for me to do now. I’m going to come find you…”
We then see a sign outside of a building that has “Fazbear Frights” on it, as well as a brief appearance from Springtrap himself. This would lead directly into FNAF 3 where we have the first of two (possibly three if we count Security breach?), showdowns between Michael (Now a corpse infused with Remnant) and his dad (Also a corpse infused with Remnant inside of an animatronic rabbit suit)
To me this answers a good amount of the issues that come up if SL is before FNAF 2.

1. It seems extremely unlikely that in 1987 or even 93 that someone would hire a security guard without interviewing them first and we didn’t exactly use Skype or Zoom calls back then. They would have noticed something obviously wrong with Michael in person. It makes sense that he’s not dead, yet, in order to get hired.
2. You can get away with it in FNAF 3 and 6 as they take place in the present day. Now, I know that FNAF 3 was released in 2015, but even in 2015, we were doing interviews over phones or zoom etc… Hell I was hired by a company via a few skype interviews in 2016 so absolutely possible. Plus even if they did see him the people running Fazbear Frights probably saw it as a bonus that he looks so ghoulish.
3. Because we see springtrap directly in the ending, it makes no sense at all to me for this to be before 1, springtrap didn’t exist yet. He wouldn’t be a thing until 2023 when he’s unleashed. So it only makes sense for SL to be not just after Fnaf 1, but many decades after it. Putting it just before FNAF 3, and acting as a natural lead into the third game.

Now... There are a few (ok many) lingering Questions
The Golden Freddy Question
So this does bring up one of the things I couldn't figure out for a while, but… may be hinted at by Michael himself. If all five kids are supposed to be in Molten Freddy… How is that possible? We see William destroying only 4 of the animatronics. He never got Golden Freddy. Well... I think he already had him. We get a clue to this in Michael’s Monolog “I found them… They were all there.” I think Golden Freddy, or in this case its original version, Golden Fredbear, was already in William’s possession and he extracted what he needed from it already. All he needed was the other four. As of FNAF 3, I don’t think Golden Freddy exists in a physical form anymore. Just a spirit, haunting William. That’s how it’s able to always be around, able to stop him from dying in 6 and able to trap him in a purgatory. The Golden Freddy endoskeleton has already been melted down by Wiliam. He just didn’t realize that by injecting himself with the remnant, he was subjecting himself to Cassidy’s wrath.
Now, if William already had Golden Freddy, how did Michael see him? I think that thanks to his lack of sleep, delusional mind, etc… Any time he sees Golden Freddy it’s him seeing a projection of his brother. A possible manifestation of his guilt, or, his brother reaching out to him from a far off location but only able to get through in rare instances. We never actually see Golden Freddy move, he just… is there, and in different forms over the years. We know that the Golden Freddy suit at one point was an actual suit, shown in multiple different places through the books and in the games so it does exist, or did exist, somewhere. But isn’t it odd that with the exception of William… no one else sees Golden Freddy ever again? We don’t see him in 6, or Security Breach. There is a small reference to him in the VR game, but we still don’t see Golden Freddy himself make any appearance. Only Michael and William ever seem to see him through the series, and in different forms.
Heck, in the Fazbear Frights story "The New Kid" We are directly shown that Golden Freddy can manifest a projection of a child that everyone can see, allowing him to lure people back to the suit, which is a physical suit. He's apparently already done it at least once before, and seems to be doing it again at the end of the story.
Happiest Day, or is it?
This also brings up the issue with Happiest Day, where the souls of the children were freed in one of FNAF 3’s endings. It’s quite possible that this is not the canonical ending. That, since part of the souls are in William, part are in Michael, and part are in Molten Freddy, they don’t actually get their happiest day until Henry enacts “Operation burn it all down”.
Even that isn’t successful as Cassidy keeps William alive. Michael is gone, Molten Freddy is gone, but parts of the souls of those kids live on in William. Cassidy forces them to hunt William down in an endless series of nightmares in UCN. This is possible due to the fact that because he injected himself with the remnant, they live rent free in his body with him while also keeping him alive, as we see in the Fazbear Frights story, the man in room 1280, a spirit can haunt a body directly.
“He tried to release you… he tried to release us but I won't let that happen. I will hold you here, I will keep you here. No matter how many times they burn us…”
There is a chance that part of their souls were released in Fnaf 3. The parts that haunted the original animatronics. All that remains are the parts in MF, William and Michael.
The Survival Logbook
This is one thing that seems to contradict pretty much everything I've typed here! In the book, Michael specifically references Sister Location multiple times. The Exotic Butters Basket, Casual Bongos, etc... so that means that when he was filling out this particular book, it had to be after SL. We also see in the book multiple spirits, Cassidy and the Crying child having a slight conversation. So how is this possible?
Well, one simple thing about the book is... we don't know when it was made either. For all we know, this was a book that made in Fnaf 6, and Michael is filling it out as part of his ownership responsibilities at Freddy's Pizza Place.
In Conclusion
So that... in a long winded nutshell, is why I think Sister Location takes place as a lead in to Fnaf 3, and the start of the final showdown of the Afton Family. As with all theories, it’s not perfect, there are always going to be plot holes. But for me it solves a lot of little issues I have with SL being before FNAF
I do believe William had created the animatronics before 1987, obviously since his child was murdered by one before he himself was springlocked, they had to be created before that. They just didn’t get their Remnant Infusion until after he destroyed the animatronics later, in 1993.
Hope at least some of this makes sense! I know I ramble a lot. Just had to get it out of my head and out into the world.

last year I had a dream and until now my dream continues, it's about a flaming eye with a ring and wings and on its wing there are small eyes around it but before that in my dream I was there in a grass that there are many trees and on the side of that there is a stream and in that stream there are people shouting but because I am far away all I can understand is that they are shouting for help and it seems random to listen because I am far away... I try to approach but there is a man there with wings but he doesn't have a face because he is covered with a blue and black robe and he is holding a cane... I asked him if what is going on here why there are so many people stuck in the creek but he answered me that "you can't go here because it's not your time yet, and the people here are the ones who didn't pass because of the test of faith" and I was surprised because he pushed me so hard and I just saw that I changed places in the woods and then I saw the flaming eyes with a sounding trumpet and like lightning that is incomprehensible but good to listen to the ears... I hid because of fear but he saw me and said " why are you here you can't come here! " that screamed and then I ran and ran while he was following me and suddenly I bumped into a small eye with a sing sing and a lot of wings and he pulled me up even though he didn't touch me then he said at the same time " why are you here who gave you permission to enter the clock of life? "then because I was so scared I threw a stone at him but he didn't hit him and he kept saying things I couldn't understand except for a few words like "I am the one who watches over time and life, I am the one who crosses life and death, I am the one watching over him" then suddenly the place moved to the house and I opened our door and then looked for something that I could throw at him until I didn't see him but when I was approaching my room I saw an old man who was very perfect to the point with no flaws in his appearance then he didn't let me near my body until I took a pair of scissors and stabbed him in the head but he cursed because the color of his blood was different like light yellow white which was very hot in my hand then when I stabbed him he pulled my hand on his head and I pulled his hair then when I woke up there was a yellow liquid on my hand but after a few seconds that yellow liquid disappeared but I felt very tired and my tears kept falling... I just let it go until I calm down for a few hours until you fall asleep again because I'm just thinking it's a dream or im having a sleep paralysis. and I fell asleep again.
and according to my dream I see my body falling asleep but I'm flying high as if I'm free.... I enjoyed myself as in but I saw the old man I stabbed and he changed form with eyes that were burning and he is very wise but the trumpet and lightning are still playing around... I asked him "who are you why are you following me?" he answered me that "I am the clock of life, I am the one who gives orders to people like me, I the one who will watch over him" but now he seems to be neutral towards me... until he asked me "do you want to see where I live?" but I hesitated and said no but suddenly I changed place and saw the garden it's so beautiful but this time it's different that I see it's a big place that's all white with lots of plants and a lot of trees that are very dazzling to the eyes and have fruits that you can't see here in our world... but while I was walking I heard what the eyes say (that's what I named him until now because I always see him and with him while I'm there in my dreams) "wait, im hungry then he suddenly changed to huge eyes with a ring and he was full of wings then he suddenly reached for the flying one that looked like a square with wings and ate it, he was filled with a yellow liquid that looked like their blood and when it was all gone he returned to his human figure then I was sitting in fear but he just told me "don't be afraid because you chose this thing, you can't get out of it even if you want to" then he says a lot that I don't understand idk what dialect that is but I've searched and searched and still can't find it...

Is this what the future of trucking looks like?
For a few years, electric trucks were mainly being worked on by startup companies, while the large tech companies were mostly silent on the issue. This all changed around 2017. Tesla unveiled its all-electric autonomous truck in 2017 and the early customers of this product are Walmart, UPS and PepsiCo. Then, Daimler unveiled the electric siblings of their most popular trucks, Cascadia and M2 as eCascadia and eM2 in 2018. At the ACT Expo in 2018, Roger Nielson, the CEO of Daimler Trucks, said that the time has come to contemplate the post-internal combustion engine. The production of Daimler electric trucks will begin in 2021. In April 2019, the Nikola Motor Company, a tech startup unveiled its semi-truck powered by hydrogen fuel cells. Anheuser Busch, a beer making company has planned to buy 800 units of Nikola’s hydrogen fuel powered semi-truck.
Uber has also acquired a startup company, Otto which is working on autonomous trucks. In October, 2018 Otto completed the first shipment in the world from a self-driven truck. The cargo hauled by it contained 51,744 cans of Budweiser.

Any technological advancement requires large investments. According to a report from CB Insights, $2 billion has been invested in startup trucking companies as of 21st May, 2019. The investments in tech startups jumped a huge leap from $114 million in 2014 to $3.6 billion in 2018. The growing interest in the future of trucking has increased the scale of investments. The costs of electric trucks are quite higher than that of a diesel truck. Nielson went on to say that the business scenario at present will not allow a sane fleet operator to buy an electric truck. The industry needs to find ways to carry on research and make batteries that are half the current size and price. Also, it must double the energy density. In the meantime, partnerships and grants can make production of electric trucks possible.

Electric Trucks - Future

The depletion of the conventional sources of energy have made researchers seek alternative sources to power vehicles. Additionally, vehicles need to be designed and structured in such a way that is compatible with alternative sources of energy. Thus, conservation of nature has been a driving concern behind a lof of the recent innovations.
Since trucks were first used in the late nineteenth century, they have come a long way. The future seems quite exciting as truck manufacturing companies are aiming to build electronic and autonomous trucks. Trucking had altered the way America did business and a lot is set to change in the coming years as well. With Tesla, Volvo, Daimler and other truck giants about to launch electric trucks in a few years, the future of trucking never seemed so promising and exciting.

A Brief History of Electric Trucks

The first crude yet viable electric motor which could power a tiny car was built by ÁnyosJedik, a Hungarian priest in 1827. 28% of vehicles running on American roads in 1900 was actually powered by electricity. Milburn electrics was the vehicle used by President Woodrow Wilson and his team of secret service agents to travel around Washington, DC. Once charged, the vehicle could travel a distance of approximately 60-70 miles. Though, initially electric vehicles did not have rechargeable batteries. The first electric carriage was invented somewhere around 1832-1839 in Scotland by Robert Anderson. It ran on primary cells which were non-rechargeable. The nickel-iron battery was one of the kinds of rechargeable batteries.
Of the many companies that produced and sold electrical vehicles, Baker Electric, Detroit Electric and Columbia Electric were quite notable.

Why did electric vehicles lose their prominence?

Cars powered by internal combustion became cheaper. Also large petroleum reserves were found in Oklahoma, California and Texas. Additionally, roads outside urban areas began to improve. Due to the availability of better roads, cars with internal combustion engines became a more popular choice.
In 1913, Henry Ford introduced a line of gasoline-powered vehicles. These vehicles were mass produced which lowered the price. Gasoline vehicles became more and more popular. The electrical vehicles began to lose ground, only to come back with a bang after nearly a century.

Can use electricity generated by non-conventional sources

Electrical vehicles need electricity to recharge batteries. Apart from fossil fuels, this electricity can also be generated from renewable sources like solar, wind and tidal energy.

Leaking oil from conventional engines

The conventional engine may leak oil. If not detected in time, this can lead to damages. Electric vehicles do not have this fear as they run on rechargeable batteries.

Regenerative braking

Regenerative braking is one of the key advantages of plug-in or hybrid electric vehicles. In a hybrid vehicle a conventional way of propulsion is often merged with an electric one. This braking system helps an electric vehicle gain back the kinetic energy which is usually lost as heat during friction braking. As electric vehicles do not run on conventional sources of energy like fossil fuels, there is no smoke emission. Hence, it can be driven in environmental zones as well.

As electric trucks use rechargeable batteries to function, the energy consumption of the truck is maximized.

Types of Electric Vehicles available

Electric vehicles can recharge batteries from a number of energy sources:

Based on the type of energy used, electric trucks can be classified into four categories:

HEV or Hybrid Electric Vehicle

Instead of using only a traditional engine, a HEV or Hybrid Electric Vehicle, adds to the engine an electrical option. By using regenerative brakes, HEVs convert kinetic energy into electric energy as mentioned above. These vehicles use both electric energy and use gas or diesel to operate.

PHEV or Plug-in Electric Vehicle

A hybrid electric vehicle which has a battery that has the option of being recharged by plugging it into an external source of energy is called PHEV or Plug-in Electric Vehicle. These vehicles use electricity for short distances. When the battery is over, the driver can switch over to the conventional combustion engine. This type of vehicle allows the driver flexibility that ensures high fuel and energy utilization. The use of electric energy to run the vehicle saves fuel costs. The emissions from the tailpipe are also minimized.

BEV or Battery Electric Vehicle

This type of vehicle uses chemical energy stored in its rechargeable batteries. This is a pure electric vehicle. Being battery operated, BEV vehicles do not have a combustion engine. Instead, it uses electric motors along with motor controllers.

FHEV or Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle

This type of vehiclehas an electric motor, that is recharged by the chemical reaction of oxygen and hydrogen. It is true that some emissions are created while the hydrogen is produced for the fuel cells. However, water is the only waste product while an FHEV is driven.

Autonomous Vehicles

The advancement of electrical vehicles in recent years calls for another futuristic feature in trucking: autonomous driving. The concept of autonomous driving began with the notion of ‘driver assistance’ or ‘assisted driving’. It aims to have completely driverless vehicles or a vehicle where the people inside are passengers. Undoubtedly, the concept of autonomous driving demands an advanced technology with superior sensors. P C Mag has defined an autonomous car as, “A computer-controlled car that drives itself.” Autonomous trucks can save a lot of money too. Morgan Stanley estimates that if American trucks are made autonomous, $168 billion can be saved each year. Though, we are still many years away from full autonomous driving as of now. Autonomous driving has been set to five stages. The fifth stage is considered the most technically and mechanically advanced one:

Stage 0 – No Automation

Vehicles controlled by human drivers and without any sort of support from computerized driver assistance system is considered stage 0 or ‘No Automation’.

Stage 1 – Driver Assistance

Vehicles in ‘Driver assistance’ level or stage 1 are jointly controlled by the driver and a computerized automated system. There are a number of ways in which this system can work. A driver usually always controls the steering, while the automated system may have certain control over the brakes and speed of the vehicle when required. At times the engine power is controlled by the automated system which ensures that the vehicle can maintain a specific speed. At times parking assistance is also available with this automated system. Here, the speed of the vehicle is controlled manually while the steering is done automatically. However, the driver has to be alert and ready to take up the control if any problem arises. This type of driving is also called ‘hands on’ driving.

Stage 2 – Partly Automated Driving

In stage 2 or the ‘Partly Automated Driving’ level, the driver monitors the driving process while it is conducted by the automated system. If in any situation or condition, the automated system cannot do its job or fails to respond, the driver has to take up manual controls immediately. This stage is at times called ‘hands off’. In this stage it is mandatory for the driver to keep hands on the steering wheel at all times. This mandate is for safety purposes. Having the driver constantly holding the steering wheel means that immediate manual control of the vehicle can be taken up during any situation.

Stage 3 – Highly Automated Driving

The ‘Highly Automated Driving’ level is commonly called ‘eyes off’ level. This means that the driver is not required to constantly monitor the driving or look at the road ahead. The automated system will be able to perform on its own and without any human interference. If any problem occurs, automatically the emergency brakes are applied. Though the driver can usually do personal work while the vehicle is on the road, during adverse or critical conditions human intervention may be required. These situations will be specified by the manufacturer before-hand.

Stage 4- Fully Automated Driving

In the ‘Fully Automated Driving’ the human driver is allowed to take their ‘mind off’ in most of the situations. The driver may sleep or do other work in other part of the vehicle as the vehicle is capable to look after its own safety. This type of vehicle is capable of completing the journey and park itself. However, during traffic jams (which falls under ‘special circumstances’ category) or tight-spaced areas, the vehicle has to be operated by a human driver.

Stage 5- Full Automation

In a vehicle having ‘Full Automation’, the steering wheel is optional. Hence, it does not require any human intervention for any aspect related to driving. Through this type of vehicle, full automation is achieved.

What is our present stage in Truck automation?

Volvo’s VNL and Pleton’s Platooning System are examples of trucks that are available in the trucking market today that have Stage 1 automation. Under the Stage 2 automated truck category, the new 2020 Cascadia will be the first truck in Northern America according to Freightliner. It will begin production from July, 2019. Embark and Starsky Robotics are the two other Stage 2 automated trucks that will be available in the future but at present are in pre-commercial stage. Freightliner Inspiration and Uber Otto are trucks that fulfill the criteria of the Stage 3 automation. However, at present they are only available in prototype retrofits. The Freightliner Inspiration was the first automated truck to be licensed to operate on the highways of the country back in 2015.
At the CES electronics show in Las Vegas on 7th January, 2019, Daimler trucks announced that it will invest more than half a billion dollars and create 200 new jobs in its global endeavor to launch Stage 4 or highly automated trucks in about 10 years. The switch from Stage 2 to Stage 4 is natural and hence the step of conditional automation is being skipped as according to Daimler, conditional automation will not provide any extra advantage to the truck drivers. In the 3rd stage of automated driving, drivers can go about doing other work but have to take immediate control if the system cannot tackle the situation. The mental and physical switch from leisure to prompt action may not be as quick as required thus, it is judicious to skip the Stage 3 altogether. Additionally, Stage 4 will ensure optimal utilization of the trucks. They will be able to travel at night and avoid traffic congestion by smart route management. Future of trucking is looking very promising with autonomous vehicles.

Platooning in Trucks

Another trucking innovation in the near future is platooning. Platooning is the coupling of two or more trucks to form a convoy through the use of automated driving support system and connectivity technology. The ways in which platooning works is:

• The trucks maintain a set automatically.
• The space between the trucks is reduced when the trucks are connected to each other during certain parts of the haul. This reduction of gap between the vehicles improves the aerodynamics which in turn improves fuel efficiency.

Peloton Technology plans to commercially introduce a platooning system that is partially automated. This system at present allows two trucks to work in a close chain. Peloton technology’s PlatoonPro is already being used in fleet operation by six of its clients.
The features of Platooning system by Peloton Technology:

• In the PlatoonPro system, the driver of the rear truck steers the vehicle.
• The powertrain and brakes are controlled by the PlatoonPro system. This allows the vehicles to follow one another at a small gap.
• According to Peloton Technology, the PlatoonPro system ensures average fuel savings of 7%.
• The Automated Following system is a combination of radar-based active braking and software with vehicle-to-vehicle communication. This allows the human driver to guide the steering, acceleration and braking of the following trucks. The human driver will also be able to connect the trucks’ safety systems with little or no latency.
• According to Peloton Technology, the L4 Automated Following truck will double the freight a truck driver is able to haul in one trip.

Usefulness of platooning

Platooning is said to have a number of benefits for the future of trucking:

Improved safety

Truck platooning is said to improve the safety of the convoy as the brakes of all the trucks can be applied automatically and immediately. It has been seen that during truck platooning, automated brakes take one-fifth of the human time to analyze the road condition and apply the brakes.

Efficient performance

There can be optimal utilization of roads in the platooning system, increasing the range of the roads and avoiding traffic jams. As a consequence, goods can be delivered quickly and efficiently.

Cleaner environment

During truck platooning, the Carbon Dioxide emissions can be reduced along with fuel consumption. The air-drag friction is also considerately reduced as the trucks drive close to one another.
However, Platooning is not really as fuel-effective as it is being claimed by some. Daimler has said that during testing of the platooning system its fuel savings are less than estimated even in perfect conditions. These savings are further reduced if the platoon is disconnected and have to be accelerated again to get reconnected.

Shipper Platform: Uber Freight and Amazon Freight

Freight brokerage connects shippers with the appropriate carriers. Recently, technology is playing a role in this aspect as well with Shipper Platforms.
The Trucking business was taken by storm with the introduction of shipper platforms like Uber Freight. Shipper platforms connect shippers with small fleets hauling freight via a load-matching feature. Uber Freight launched its load-booking app in May, 2017. The main intention behind the launch of Uber Freight was automating the manual processes of shipper selection and increasing market visibility. It was also intended to relieve shippers from time consuming legal proceedings and the anxiety of getting the best possible deal. This is one of the many ways on how owner operators can find loads.
The features of Shipper Platforms and how they may impact the future of trucking:

• Carriers can book a load with just the click of a button.
• Shippers can instantly connect to a network of drivers and fleets of the Uber network and manage shipments from their office or home.
• Uber freight enables shippers to tender a load with the click of a few buttons saving time and energy.
• Transparency of quotes helps shippers know the marketplace pricing instantly. The Uber Freight’s rates are current on-going marketplace rates which are generated in real-time.
• The vast network of drivers and small fleets with Uber Freight ensures that reliable and appropriate fleets are chosen.
• Shipments can be tracked. For every major milestone, automatic notifications are sent to the shippers.
• Uber Freight’s Uber Freight Plus has a loyalty program. It gives the drivers fuel discounts, servicing discounts, and helps in the purchase of old and new trucks among other features.
• With the completion of the delivery, all the necessary documents are arranged automatically for shippers.

Uber also reported that the freight division has a network of more than 50,000 carriers and mentioned that some of the largest carriers in the country are users of the app. However, it has not been all great for Uber Freight since its launch. Uber Freight posted a loss of $64 million in the first quarter of 2020. According to CNBC, Uber Freight gives 99% of the revenue generated to the trucking companies, which leaves little room for profitability.
There may also be a few other reasons why Uber Freight has not been fully able to live up to its vision:

Rudimentary features

With the growth of GPS tracking and ELD devices, merely providing shippers the details of the truck’s location is not unique. Shippers also need to know the route the truck is taking and the HOS data.

Not so reliable in fleet and driver selection

In Uber Freight there is not a lot of barrier to sign up. All carriers do not have to provide basic requirements like an active DOT/ MC number, proper safety ratings or proof of insurance. A shipper may not feel comfortable about doing business with such carriers.

Shortage of drivers

Uber Freight provides drivers a number of perks. In spite of this, driver shortage is quite a problem. Drivers will want a steady job that ensures a good livelihood. Hence, many drivers will prefer to work with a trucking company with regular pay, rather than rely completely on Uber Freight.

Focus on shippers rather than carriers

While launching the load-booking app, the shippers’ perspective was given a lot of importance as the price transparency feature shows. However, the carriers are an integral part of the trucking business too. Apart from the loyalty program there has not been a push to ensure that carriers get steady and constant work through Uber Freight.
Uber Freight is not deterred from their path though, and mentioned recently in 2020 that their focus is still there to grow the Uber Freight business.
Amazon has also launched its own freight app, ‘Amazon Freight’. Amazon Freight was released quite quietly some time in 2016 or 2017. This app allows truck drivers to take up jobs of hauling Amazon packages in Prime-branded trailers across the country.
Fleets can sign up through the website and hauling assignments get allotted accordingly. There are a few requirements which drivers have to fulfill:

• A fleet should have at least 3 trucks.
• The trucking company should have its own DOT/MC number.

Amazon tried to use the truck drivers base and enhance its business via the Amazon Freight service. However, truckers do not see a good livelihood coming from only hauling Amazon trailers. Anecdotal evidence says that the payment is fairly low. It can be kept as an option, or can be opted as back-hauling. Doing business exclusively with Amazon Freight is said to not be fully profitable. In spite of the initial setbacks, Uber Freight and Amazon Freight are changing the future of the trucking business.
Amazon launched its freight app ‘Relay’ in 2018. It operates in 5 states—Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland, New York and Pennsylvania. Its aim is to give truckers additional freight information. It has features like route tracking and expedited checking procedures at the warehouses. It has been designed to help truckers get faster entry and exit at the Amazon warehouses. It is Amazon’s first attempt at automating the truck delivery process.

The trucking industry in general has certain inefficiencies. Deals can take time to get finalized. The related paperwork is again, time-consuming and hectic. The trucking industry needs an open platform where shippers and carriers can view each others profile, get the selection process done in less time and get the load rolling. However, how will this be possible? The Blockchain is kindling hopes of achieving a seamless and frictionless trucking system. First, let's understand the basics of blockchain and how it can make the trucking space a community where work can get done more efficiently.

What is Blockchain?

Blockchain is an open digital ledger. It is a business network where transactions can be recorded along with tracking of assets. Blockchain technology is inherently based on cryptography, a complicated branch of mathematics. Blockchain is also decentralized. It depends on the consensus of a peer network spread across the world to function. This digital ledger is made up of a series of ‘blocks’. The blocks are the bundles of transactions which are connected together in an open ‘chain’. The data entered in the blockchain is considered to be true and valid. As being a decentralized forum, there is no single authority to verify the facts. Everyone is always on the same page. Easing out the hassles of documentation will make payments possible in less time.
Some trucks, especially refrigerated ones, carry medical shipments. These are at times detained at customs for large periods of time. This mostly happens when trucks exceed the allowed range of temperature. A blockchain enabled refrigerated truck-trailer made by the Swiss Tech company, SkyCell, lowered the temperature-deviated rate to less than 0.1%. With the use of smart approvals, clearance at the customs checkpoints can be made smoother and more efficient. Moreover, a refrigerated trailer has to be closely recorded at every step. It has to pass through more than 30 organizations which require more than 200 different pieces of information. Any miscommunication can either delay the shipment or the shipper may lose track of it. A blockchain network will ensure that communication at every step is clearly noted. This ensures the shipment reaches the respective facility on time.
The e-commerce industry has developed in such a pace that same-day and 2-hour delivery options are provided to customers. For a parcel to be delivered in the same day or in 2 hours, the technology should not have any glitch. The traditional trucking technology largely relies on paperwork at every stop can not be suitable for such a fast-paced delivery. The blockchain technology with its immediate access to order tracking and authentication ensures that the delivery takes place in the required time.
At times, trucking companies order spare truck parts and also old trucks. The tracking of these spare parts or old trucks can be pretty exhausting as no proper forum is provided for constant tracking. However, the blockchain network will enable the efficient tracking of the supply chain as well.

As mentioned above consumer expectations are ever-increasing along with demands for same-day delivery and two-hour delivery. Blockchain will not only take care of the tracking of the shipments but also help in authentication.
In order to ensure consistent improvement in trucking operations, authentic data has to be provided to transportation companies. EDI or electronic data interchange and API or application program interface leaves room for data manipulation or misinterpretation. Blockchain has the backup of the entire network to contribute information and authenticate the data. Hence, there is no scope of data tampering. Blockchain also improves the efficiency of temperature controlled and refrigerated trucking which is reliant on on-time delivery by giving data backup at every step.

IoT (The Internet of Things) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) enhance monitoring efficiency

Carriers and shippers can detect the total space taken up by a shipment in a trailer with the help of IoT. This helps to determine the expense of the shipment and all the information can be transmitted to the blockchain. This aids in maintaining the transparency of the freight cost. SkyCell had created containers for air freight. These containers monitor humidity, temperature and location for transporting biopharmaceuticals that require refrigeration. Maintaining vehicle performance history

While it is very important to have fleet tracking records for future use, the tracking records of a vehicles performance is also beneficial for the future. A vehicles performance records include its maintenance history and past performance. When considering used trucks, buyers are usually interested in the past history of the truck. Platooning technology uses vehicle to vehicle communication to enable vehicles to work together as a convoy. This communication via IoT can improve the vehicles efficiency and safety as the platooning system claims to do. In a blockchain network, all the loads can be verified by others and get time-stamped in the process. This will ensure that loads are not duplicated and the carriers get authentic information. Smart Contracts

I played this game for the first time yesterday, but I couldn't find any invasive monetary systems. Being a quality free to play game made by Gaijin, I was expecting the game to have rentable weapons, premium ammo or some other method to demotivate you from playing a few hours into the game.
So far I've only been able to find a store, battlepass and a gold currency. With this lack of transparency, it makes me hesitant to put any hours into this game.
My question here is: at what point does the game start screwing you over and start bog you down until you open your wallet? And how can I prepare for this?

Hi, i've been thinking about getting a menu and I found Stand Regular. It's at the top of what I'm willing to pay but seems worth the money.
But I wanted to ask a few things from people who have some experience modding:
1.Is that a good choice? I don't need some options, mostly just making money(from missions, not by adding artificially) crash protections, teleport and other quality of life changes, i wouldn't be needing any griefing tools or anything that interferes with other players.
2.I understand it's an internal menu, running as part of the game. How can it avoid detection by Rockstar Launcher checking the game files? Won't it get me banned for just being there?
3.Is the site I'm looking at, stand.gg, legit?
4.Is there a way to see when a Rockstar employee is spectating me? As far as I know you can get banned by auto detection of cheated money/cars, by getting reported for cheating in a public session, or by an admin who decides to take a look at what you're doing and witnesses you cheating. Can the menu prevent or warn me about the last one?
5.Are menus like Stand fun to use for someone not amused by griefing and aimbotting? As in, are there some fun things to do not designed to ruin the fun of others?

We have been dating for what would have been 5 months just yesterday if I hadn't found what he had hidden in his phone... On Monday after coming home from a group outing with his work friend in a bar he insisted that they should continue drinking at home so they stayed up till 6 am.
(Note: I should mention that I moved in with him in just 3 months of dating. Red flag much..? Sigh)
I couldn't sleep so I stayed up all night in our room while they were downstairs in the living room talking to their (older) female coworker in a veeery friendly teasing way that made me feel something wasn't right. My gut was telling me something was wrong. I had a plan. I waited on him to say goodbye to his friend and for him to fall asleep (he's a heavy sleeper when he drinks) and decided to check his phone.
(Note: He has two phones. One I bought for him as a hand-me-down from his brother. He would hide his screen whenever he was on his phone and wouldn't let me see it. He wouldn't let me check it either which I was fine with because I respected his privacy as opposed to me, my phone was an open book for him.)
I was devastated with what I found... I found a ton of inappropriate screenshots of girls from his Facebook, some he was friends with and others were randoms. He was flirting and complimenting, replying to stories, with others he was asking and suggesting for nudes, this had been going on for the past two months but that wasn't the worst of it all. I saw a screen recording of a lewd video call, it was him and an older coworker showing their bits to each other while he was working extra hours on his late night shift and I was home waiting for him... I also found a ton of extremely explicit pictures of an older women (not sure if it was the same coworker).
(Note: I wasn't really allowed to work, he had this thing where if I wanted to work he'd guilt trip me into not doing it because for him it meant less time together.)
What I felt then is undescribable, the shame and disgust while I kept looking for more and also found pics of his member he would send to God knows who but not to me. I recorded all the evidence and then woke him up. The alcohol was still in his system so he was pretty confused and nonchalant about this whole deal. I was hysterical ripping all of our memories together that we had in that room. I asked him why he did it but he couldn't give me an answer, he tried holding me back from going downstairs and tricked me into not leaving the room with a "I need to talk to you" but literally saying nothing to me. I wanted to leave so I packed my things and waited from him to take me home (I had no ride).
Just yesterday, i get a call from his mom telling me she talked to him and kicked him out the house meanwhile also getting text messages from him saying how sorry he is, how much he regrets doing it , he says he will change for us and told me he did it because work was going extremely well and so was gis paycheck so he felt like he could basically have anyone he wants while also having his masculine men urges to blame. He wants me to give him another chance but I'm honestly so heartbroken I don't know what to do. He invited me out and I accepted it, we talked and i made it clear to him I don't want a serious relationship with him that i we were completely over but somehow part of me believes that maybe yeah this was a mistake and he could change.. Looking to help my brother build a gaming PC, but it's been a while since I built mine, and unsure of whats the best way to go with CPUs these days. His gaming needs are for 1440p at high framerates, at least 60 but preferably to match the refresh on the monitor. Performance of games is the top for him, he is tired of stuttering and inconsistent fps.
He does not play online multiplayer, its all single player games, RPGs mostly. Games he is looking to play are Baldur's Gate 3, Midnight Suns, Diablo 4, Starfield, Dead Space Remake, and old stuff like Minecraft, Kerbal Space Program.
This machine will be used pretty much only for games and web browser, no other high end requirements.

I like DLSS and I have had great experiences with GSync, but I know that AMD could be better. Lately, I've been feeling a bit conflicted about the trend of sharing all of your artistic secrets for views and exposure.
It seems like hustle culture has taken over the art world, and everyone is expected to constantly produce and share content in order to gain followers and make a name for themselves. But is this really the best way to approach our art?
Personally, I've spent the last three years really developing my practice and honing my skills, and I'm not sure I feel comfortable just giving it all away in one 5-second video for the sake of likes and views. Of course, I don't mind teaching people the basics and helping other artists improve, but giving away my entire process just to get my art out there seems like a disservice to myself and my craft.
What's worse is that I've been made to feel like I'm not a "real" artist because I don't want to share all of my secrets. My friends and colleagues tell me that I'm being selfish and that I should be more open with my process. But the truth is, I've put in a lot of time, effort, and money to develop my skills, and I don't think it's fair to just give it all away for the sake of exposure? Am i wrong for this lol? It's frustrating to see so many artists on TikTok and Instagram Reels sharing their entire process in hopes of gaining followers and exposure. Don't get me wrong, I love watching other artists create, but it feels like the market is becoming oversaturated with the same content.
