Okay, so I volunteer at a center in Florida that rehabs desktops, laptops, tablets, monitors, etc. and then gives them away to people who can't afford computers who are in school or have kids in school. We also work on a variety of other stuff depending on what comes at us.
Yesterday a woman came in with an Xbox One, her son passed away and she is raising her grandson who was playing games on his dads account. All was well because it auto-logged in but recently she bought her grandson an Xbox Series X and they have no way of getting into the account because they have no way of getting into the Gmail account that is associated with the xbox account, when we tried "Forgot Password" it sent a authentication code to a phone number that (obviously) is no longer in service and that is literally the only thing that person set up on their account for recovering that account.
Is there anything I can do or is there anything Google could possibly do to help these people recover this Gmail account? My initial idea of transferring the hard drive from xbox one > series x will not work because she didn't realize at the time they were different machines with (im assuming) different software. She just thought the series x was just a different version of the xbox one so I thought I'd be working with two xbox ones.
So the only way of solving this issue is getting into the account and I am hoping Google can help, but I don't know who to tell her to call.

Hello reddit,

I am trying to build a PC for my daughter who wants to play the new Harry Potter game. My daughter has been a huge fan of the HP series ever since she started getting into the habit of reading books. I have always gifted her a Harry Potter book for her birthdays. She really likes the series and has even watched all the movies
Recently she came across the game on a YouTube video and has been pestering me to let her play it on my phone, later i came to know that the game isn't supported for mobile phones and is only available on PCs and video game boxes.
Despite her age she's really well behaved and unlike other similar aged kids she doesn't ask me to buy her toys or makeup kits and even if she does its only on a rare occasion so on her upcoming birthday which is in 4 weeks i plan to give her a PC with which she can play the game she's been asking me so much

While i do know how to use a computer i don't really understand how the hardware part of it works, so i went to my local hardware shop and inquired about a setup that can play the game
The cheapest option they quoted me was around $880, this was too expensive for me because my monthly salary is just $220. now i don't really know if the shop is just trying to scam me or computer parts are just that expensive in general so I started searching up the internet and came across this community by chance. I tried my best to understand the know how's but i am not sure if i can trust myself yet.

After a bit of research I have come up with this:

I don't know if the above configuration is any good or not, i have been overwhelmed by the amount of information so i would like to hear the thoughts of someone who knows about this kind of stuff before buying blindly. My budget is very tight so I would prefer to keep it around $250-$270 if possible. I know its very less but i just need something that can run the game without any issues don't really mind if it looks ugly or heavy.

I live in a third world country(India) so the prices may differ since we are taxed heavily on Electronics related items. Also i learned that one can play the game in a video game box too but our TV is too old so i don't think it'll work with that and the local shop here doesn't sell games for them either.

I don't want to do anything complicated; I just want to do simple stuff like write programs that do household calculations like determine how much bleach to add to water to achieve a given ppm of available chlorine. I'm not completely foreign to writing code. When I was a teenager I taught myself how to program both the Hewlett-Packard and TI calculators, as well as Fortran and the basic language that ran on the Commodore 64 series. About 25 years ago I also took two semesters of Visual Basic which I got A's in, and dabbled a little bit in C++. So I'm not a complete novice. It's just that now that I'm older it's more difficult for me to investigate a subject that I know absolutely nothing about. I need a little help gaining the lever that enables me to crack open the floodgates.
So where do I start? What language should I learn and how do I compile it to run on the phone, and how do I install the code after I've written it? I assume I can get everything I need for free off the internet/Library Genesis. All I need are simple prods to point me in the right direction to obtain the information I need. Any assistance you could give me would be mightily appreciated.

Was anyone able to fix the issue where the Huawei watch takes bluetooth call priority everywhere, if its headset i have on, or if its in a car. It just screws up the bluetooth call... My Watch: Huawei Watch 3 Pro
My Phone: tested on many Samsung A and S series.
For older watches its possible to downgrade the huawei health app to a certain version but that isnt possible for watches that didnt exist back then. This issue has been reported on forums in 2021 already with zero huawei acknowledgement. I am thinking of switching back to Samsung because of this. Using samsung's routines does not help.

I am mostly just curious if anyone else has had this issue, as googling around I havent found anyone yet. I got my Series S about 5 days ago. I start setting it up, installing the first couple games I want and then I run in to an issue. I was able to purchase Oblivion, and then I added all 10 DLC's to my cart which is 27.88. I click purchase, on console it freezes and goes to a screensaver type screen. A gradient of blues for the background with some diagonal white dashes and little white diamond looking shapes. I contact help and they dont get anywhere, say they are working on it and I should try ordering from a PC. So I do this, and the store tells me there is an issue on their end and I should try again later. I have tried on phone also. The biggest problem is I keep getting charged everytime I attempt this, and then have to wait for the microsoft refund. This has caused multiple cards to think there is fraud. I finally just got a $30 xbox gift card to use so my cards would stop getting locked up. I cant even purchase with that. I have been chatting with live support for the last 3 days on the issue, and they keep saying in 8 hours it should be solved. So I wait, try again, same issue. Contact help again and they say the same thing. They are forwarding the issue to their team that handles it and I will be fine in 8 hours.
This is my first Xbox. Been a PS guy since '99. This is not fun so far.

Seriously, it's getting really annoying. I just had a series of steps for We Stand Unbroken that was literally:

Please for the love of god stop making us travel every few seconds. If they can't all use the same holoprojectors to contact our guardians then please just get us an old world mobile phone or something.

Title. Such a basic feature that phones have since ages, I work on call and I carry my series in my backpack with me like half the week, everyday I gotta go through 10 minutes of remembering wifi passwords or decrypting them from my phone's QR Honestly this should have been implemented by now

hello kind strangers. I feel like I’m losing my mind here- any genius ideas would be much appreciated!
I have a wired Ethernet going into my Xbox. Fiber internet with 3-6ms pings on my phone and wired laptop as speed tested through the ISP. No other devices connected to the internet (i even turned off wifi on my phone). I’ve changed my DNS to a geographically close server. Updated my NAT type to Open. I’ve changed the Ethernet cord between the combined modem/router several times. I even traded in my Xbox series S for a series X. Im still getting 60-80ms pings. What on earth am I doing wrong here lol.
