Anyone else having problems accessing MySJSU? I've been using it for months now, and suddenly (beginning yesterday) every time I try to login it routes me back to OneSJSU. When I click the MySJSU app, and even when I click my bookmark to MySJSU, it always routes me back to my OneSJSU dashboard. Anyone else having this issue? Thinking of reporting it soon.

2023.01.31 04:03 blueaqua_12 Already graduated, can I still access my SJSUone/Mysjsu login?
I already graduated a few years ago, and I'm still getting those Handshake emails from one of my personal emails which I usually just delete. When I was still in college I didn't really used my sjsu.edu email, so all emails regarding schoolwork, etc.. was in one email at that time(kind of dumb now that I think about it). Since I got tired of deleting the emails and even unsubscribing from it, I decided that I'll just delete my Handshake account since I never really used/needed it. When I tried signing in, it prompted me to the mysjsu login website and forgot my password. I also remembered that I had a duo factor app that I downloaded from my phone where it was needed to sign in(this was required back then??, idk about now), which I've deleted after graduating. Is there another way that I can login to Handshake, and do I still have access to my sjsu account even after graduating??

I am trying to retake Math 30 this semester by enrolling in Math 30X and 30W. However, mySjsu says that I do not meet the requisites to enroll. This doesn't make sense because I got a satisfactory PPA score prior to orientation. Do I have to retake the PPA? Or am I not fulfilling some other requisite.

My MCOM 104 section 2 was cancelled. So if one of my classes got cancelled, do I have to drop out of it on mysjsu before I pay?? I don’t wanna pay including my cancelled class. Or will it be automatically dropped from my charges? The new class has not been uploaded so I didn’t register for the new class they will offer.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to ask if any of you have been experiencing a problem with MySJSU on your phones. I have an iPhone and the site recently changed/updated but I literally cannot see anything at all let alone figure out how to navigate it. The site still works when I try it on my ipad and computer but it just does not show, it has a menu option and that’s it. Let me know if you guys know what I’m talking about or may have a solution for me.

Does anyone else have this problem? I even cleared cookies and it loads the student center page but there’s nothing on there. Classic view only gives me to do’s, holds, and about me but none of them work. Please tell me if I’m doing something wrong 😑

As the title says. I thought I had seen something about it being October and it looks like last year they came out around October 10-14ish but a message in MYSJSU is saying it could be all the way till early November?
Anybody got some useful information or am I unfortunately right and we must wait till November?

I made a plan with my advisor for the courses I'm going to take next semester but since it's 18 units, I would have to wait for a couple weeks to enroll for the last 3 as it is over the 17 unit limit. However she didn't tell me which ones would fill up the fastest. I've tried monitoring these classes this semester via mysjsu, but it is kinda hard to tell. The classes and # of units are as follows:

2022.08.11 06:19 somebuddy13 something weird happened with my tuition for fall 2022
I've been planning to attend and have selected classes for this coming fall 2022 semester. I applied for financial aid earlier in the year and I registered during apr 26 - aug 9. I was waiting for the financial aid (pell grant 1 and state university grant were already applied aitomatically) before paying the tuition fee, and the full fee was still there yesterday. However this morning, I look at the outstanding fee section on mysjsu, and it showed nothing. Which was concerning. Since the deadline is now 1-2 days left, and I didn't receive a notification of this. The combined amount of both grants was WELL over the tuition fee, could the tuition fee have disappeared because of the grants, now? It says they're both applied in the accept rewards section, and my mysjsu now says "you have no outstanding charges at this time." Thank you!

I’m a 4th year and my FAFSA rewards have just been uploaded to MYSJSU this morning. I received my CAL grant, loan options and work study, but no pell grant. I received my pell grant my previous 3 years, and my EFC has not changed much, if at all. Does the pell grant upload later? Should I contact the financial aid office?
