Mindy seems to be trending today because of the ending of Never have I ever on Netflix.
Many are claiming that she has a history of writing the indian girls love interest as the white, Jewish, nerdy man who is misogynistic and very cruel to her at times.
After watching both shows, unfortunately I agree in a way. Devi should have ended up with Paxton for so many reasons but alas, she ends up with Ben who is basically a milder form of Danny.
Anyone here watch both TMP and NHIE? What are your thoughts?

So I feel like this group will be the only people who could possibly get this.
So I have been doing yet another rewatch, which about killed me from laughter when my husband panicked when he noticed it had moved it's way up on the continued watch list on Netflix and tried to play it off like "Oh uh Gilmore Girls! That's nice.....when were you watching that babe?.... recently??" Wondering if he should panic since it is one of my go to comfort shows. And I don't know if it's because I am way more emotional than usual this go around than I usually am, because of a ton of health issues, but for the first time ever I was so much more in tune with the troubadour songs. And I realized it made me so sad on the episodes he isn't in.
I love how no matter how many times I watch this show,I always have new things that stand out.
